It was my first time going to Gray. She's very sweet from the start and down to earth. She introduced herself and told me she wanted to know about my type of her hair before she starts working on it. I told her that i have very curly and dry hair and I wanted it blow dried and ironed. My hair is usually very difficult to straighten but she knew right away exactly what to do. She used a mask to soften my hair first after washing it and she took her time to do it exactly how I wanted it. As soon as she started blow drying my hair, I knew right away that it was going to come out really good since I've tried other stylist before who didn't have experience with my type of hair. She was very friendly and knew what she was talking about, but took a really long time. I was there almost 3 hours and didn't even get all the things i paid for. I had to take stuff home to do myself since we were going on 3 hours. She captured what i wanted, but i wasn't too thrilled with the haircut.
