I had a great experience with this company from day one. I had a pike break which resulted in a major flood in my kitchen that expanded into a bathroom, living room, and dining room. Rapid Plumbing first showed up to get the leak under control, and then they sent ESR to fix all the water damage, and do the drywall and flooring. I mainly worked with Reynoldo, but also with Sergio and Gio. They all did an amazing job with everything, were very attentive, and made sure all of my needs/concerns were addressed and resolved. Josh, Jessie and the cute young lady who was with them did an excellent job. They arrived an hour after I called, quickly set up their pumps to remove the water from under my house, and stayed several hours until it was fully drained. Then they set up their other equipment to begin the drying process. It took several days, but the end result was fantastic. They were all very nice and polite and easy to do business with and fair pricing too . They all worked very hard to stay on top of things. August 2022... I seemed to have a condensation leak from my air conditioning unit that, over time, began to fill up the ventilation duct underneath the house causing the cool air not to blow throughout. Josh came over within 3Hrs after placing the initial call for assistance. That same day he and his crew pumped out gallons of water and made sure nothing flooded under the house. Maybe 3 days later there was concern that water from the insulation may have drained back into the ventilation duct. There is a reason there are so many 1-pentangle reviews for this "company." The only reason to call this company is to set up a sting operation with your district attorney. They own other companies and will swarm the unwary. A bathroom sink overflowed after a tap was left running. Enough water made its way under the floor to cause some plaster to fall from the ceiling in the room below. It is a lathe and plaster ceiling. The lathe was not soggy or sagging. (Some water dripped from the seams of the wood-paneled living room ceiling, which was not detected by ESR.) This required a Chernobyl-level clean-up that cost as much as a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage at CarMax. Powers Plumbing recommended them. For $1547, Emergency Services Restoration, Inc ripped out some carpet padding that wasn't wet. The guy convinced my father that the carpet was possibly destroyed because clean tap water might have been in contact with it. But gee whiz, miraculously, the carpet survived. Still, he ripped off all the base molding in the room and left it lying there, nails exposed. And he's going to "perfectly" match the replacement padding and install it. He brought two dehumidifiers and a heater. He plugged them in and turned them on. The drain hose on one was bent 180 degrees. Didn't matter. There was no water in the room, thus no humidity. Another "company," acting on ESR's instructions, came and took every stick of furniture out of my parents' bedroom, wrapped it in blankets and plastic, and filled the garage with it. That's a California king bed, two nightstands, a sofa, three dressers, one with a mirror, and two tall book cases full of books. They moved it to the garage, 17 feet away. They also moved the living room sofa, two large leather chairs, two end tables and secretary desk about 28 feet. Why? There was one wet spot on an open area of carpet.The charge for moving the stuff to the garage, needlessly, was $2000. They'd have wanted another $2000 to move it back. A 3rd "company" ripped open a bedroom wall, taking away about 10'x9' of lathe and plaster, and removed about 10'x10' of plaster from the ceiling, leaving the lathe. The bill was $1136, and the guy wanted $2300 to restore it. On the invoice ESR refers to the clean tap water from an overflowing sink as "sewage," which must have alarmed my elderly dad. It sounds like a hazardous waste site. It's fraud. NONE of that was necessary. All that had to be done was clean up the plaster, open the windows, clean the carpet, and let the place dry out. My pictures prove that. Now I'm live-Yelping. They just came back to get their junky old equipment, which I set out in front of the house for their convenience. My dad let them back in, and they started round 2. I already talked to the lead guy on the phone when he called, so he knows that I know this is elder abuse. He doesn't notice I'm sitting in plain sight in the living room videotaping. I don't know how I could have been more obvious except by shouting "Fire!" His moisture meter detects no dampness on the living room wall today. But wait. He moves east with the meter, and it beeps. It even beeps on a bone-dry built-in bookcase full of bone-dry paperback books. My dad says "That's weird. You wouldn't expect water over there." "No you wouldn't," says ESR. "But it's there." And then he noticed me. And he shut up, because it isn't there. There was no water there at any time, ever. I heard him tell his straight man not to worry about me as they climbed the stairs to look at the bathroom where the sink had overflowed. No, don't worry about me. Worry about yourself. They're gone. They managed to convince my dad that there's a previously undetected wet area in the bedroom wall, and put a dehumidifier and a heater back in the bedroom. It is not wet. It is bone-dry. They'll be back in two days. Cost: ??? Update: Finally got my dad to fire them. PS The darndest thing. First, some background: I noticed in the ripped-open wall that there was no staining on the wood from any water that might have leaked down it. Well, guess what? Another member of this household just caused the same sink to overflow, but for a much longer time. The first time it was just a matter of a couple of minutes, but this was 20 . Water did run down the ripped-open wall, dried, and left stains. I'm going to come right out and say that ESR's pal demolished the lathe & plaster wall for no reason. No water from the first leak touched it. How they pulled it off: Lathe is nailed to studs every 2 inches or so. They use a pinless moisture meter, meant for stone and brick, that gives false positives for nails. A two-pin meter meant for drywall and plaster wouldn't have beeped unless the stuff was wet, and therefore conducted electricity between the two pins. ESR and the bogus movers sued my 86 year old dad when he elected not to pay them. He missed the trials because he was in the ER for one and in skilled nursing for the other. DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS! I had flooding in my house. I cleaned up the water and bought two dehumidifiers for $250.00. ESR came and set up 3 more dehumidifiers and 4 fans for two days - no cleanup. They also put up a plastic screen in the hallway that collapsed two hours after they left. For the use of their equipment they charged me $1700. They came to pick up the equipment two days later and wanted to charge me another $500. for leaving one dehumidifier. I could have bought that same equipment for a third of the price and owned the equipment myself! I have never felt so ripped off and stupid in my life! read more

They are in the same office and if you use one, they will send the other. BEWARE. Estimator TONY GONZALES will rip you off and leave you with an incomplete job. IMMEDIATE RESPONSE RESTORATION and EMERGENCY SERVICES RESTORATION in Lawndale are right next door to each other and affiliated with each other, possibly the same owners but I haven't confirmed that. After a plumbing issue that caused water to leak from a bath tub onto the first floor bedroom, the ceiling and flooring had to be removed. Emergency Services Restoration (Josh Hagewood) handled this part of our problem. IMMEDIATE RESPONSE RESTORATION was sent in. We dealt with their Estimator, TONY GONZALES. TONY GONZALES' quote to our insurance company included replacing the carpet. TONY was a bit of a bully about the payment demanding payment for certain things before the job was complete. He even went so far as to say "He would have to send us to collections" if there wasn't payment at a certain time. The job wasn't even complete at that point and we were simply waiting for the insurance check, which came fairly quickly. On the final day of work, the walls had been repaired and painted....but no flooring! No carpet, nothing. TONY refused to complete this portion saying it was not included in the quote. My husband went ahead and paid the amount, which was over TONY'S original estimate. We later called the insurance adjuster who confirmed the original and less expensive quote contained replacing the carpet. TONY GONZALES is a real shyster. We even made a call to IMMEDIATE RESPONSE RESTORATION after confirming with the insurance adjuster and all they did was have TONY call back and still refuse to replace our flooring. Bottom line, if you check out this company or EMERGENCY SERVICES RESTORATION prior to them coming out for work.....DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY. This review is for the overall cost of the service the company provides and how the information is delivered to the customer; Josh, the person who showed up to perform the initial assessment is real nice and the review isn't reflective of his performance. Issue 1: Price is high. We had a very mild case of water spillage due to our water heater failing but at the time we were worried as it looked bad from the surface. In the end this company delivered 2 industrial-size hair dryers which ran for 72 hrs while using our electricity. No personnel conducted any work, no mold treatment was done (luckily we didn't have any) it was just 2 machines left at our place left running. $1,207 seems a steep price for such service especially considering it nearly matches the price we paid by the company that later on performed a full reconstruction of the space affected by the water damage. Those folks torn down walls, replaced insulation and patched up and painted everything like nothing ever happened; that's REAL work. Issue 2: Clarity and communication. Poor clarity on how information was given to us, Josh, albeit very nice, could have done a better job explaining costs. In his original quote he planned for worst case scenario alluding to the fact the price would decrease against his original estimate if it took less time to dry the space (and it did but the price had remained set to the original quote). I explained all of this to them and the company agreed to reduce the bill by $200 (which helps) but it could have been a much better experience if things had been "flagged" and explained more thoroughly from the get-go. Unfortunately when a person finds himself in an emergency there is little time to look at all the details and one only has the faith and trust in the people he hires. So go in with all this in mind. Prices are steep and we paid everything out of pocket (no insurance). Emergencies tend to leave little time to sit down and look at all angles but make sure you have a clear agreement and set the price with them before you pull the trigger. read more

I am beyond the word pissed and this company has swindled me and I am sure have swindeled others. This guy, Doug, is quite a talker. I had hired him to fix the mold in my outside closet and he charges exorbitant fees for his dehumidifier and his so called emergency services. I was told that the demo guys will come do an assessment before doing anything else and that is it. I wanted to get an estimate first before agreeing to anything further. When I told the guys I wanted to think about it due to high costs, Doug was forcing me to make a decision of urgency or else the mold will get worse and charge me extra days for leasing the dehumidifier if I had not done it today. After firing him, he keeps tagging on more costs to a ridiculous fee for 1.5 days. He tries to use scare tactics and even tells his own subs that do demolitions a different story. He is untrustworthy and has no integrity. My big mistake. Should've Yelped and did some research first. He should be reported to BBB. Actually, I looked up this company on Better Business Bureau and there are 19 complaints against them. He coached me to use the words 'pipe burst'. He did an awful job taking extra days then leaving one of our vents open which created a rodent problem for us. We were referred through our plumber after a pipe burst and refrigerator line leaked in our home. I suspect that they receive a kick-back for these referrals, but I don't know for certain. They were extremely pushy and tried to get us to sign a work order before the claim was filed with our insurance company - saying that 99% of the time they see that claims are covered. They said that if they waited we'd get mold and it would cost more and (I was pregnant at the time) it would be dangerous for me and the baby. They also wanted us to sign a contract without providing a detailed estimate, stating that it's their policy to prevent insurance fraud. I felt like I was being bullied. I signed for them to complete the work that would allow the plumber access to the pipes for repairs and that was it. It turned out NONE of this work was covered by insurance - which we paid out of pocket. For the work that was, we went with the water damage company under contract with the insurance company and that process was very hassle free. There was NO mold and the estimate from this company was significantly less than the one ESR provided. read more

Had a heater water leak in the wall in the garage which had leaked into the next room and bathroom, and this company was referred by the guy who serviced my heating/air conditioning whom I thought would know a good clean up service. Price was $900, which was not more than another estimate I had earlier that day, so I decide to go with them because it was getting late in the day. The ESR guy, a large hispanic technician name PEDRO, tried to talk me into tearing out the inside wall as well as all the moulding around it. Luckily, I decided that it was not necessary and had him open the wall in the garage where most of the leaks had occurred and which I don't care much about cosmetically. The idiot PEDRO positioned the blowers right into my water heater pilot and blew out the pilot. I woke up the next day without hot water. Did not know what was going on, but had a feeling it had to do with the blower I called PEDRO on his cell phone as well as ESR office, and no one return my call. I had to call the plumber and paid $95 for the service call and he pointed out what the idiot PEDRO did. The agreed deal was the carpet pad had to be replaced because it soaked most of the water. He was supposed to come back in 3 days, and on the third day he did not show up and did not call. I called the office and he conferrenced PEDRO in and he said that he did not have enough of new carpet pad and will need to dry out the old carpet pad before he can put it back. I immediately said that the price was for new pad not putting old pad. PEDRO was extremely rude and hung up on me while his supervisor was on the phone. Supervisor agreed and sent out a new technician with new carpet pad with much delays. In light of this, I did some research and found out that ESR is not licensed. However, Sendy Hartwell, is the manager, is licensed under general contractor with a different company name. Therefore, if you want to sue ESR , you can go after sendy Hartwell. A pipe burst in the garage, and water was flowing into the garage and from a section of our lower kitchen cabinets, onto the kitchen floor. We got our plumber out & too bad he referred this company. (We're in Ventura County). Some people from ESR came out and placed fans around to dry the soaking drywall in the garage and water heater area. The insurance agent said things should take about 2-3 days (yeah, right!) ESR ultimately had fans running 24/7 for just over a week!!! All the while the electric bill's increasing. They rescheduled like 4 times, and cancelled only 15 mins before the time they said they'd arrive. One time the person on the phone had the nerve to say, "sorry they sent me somewhere else b/c they had an emergency". Oh ok, great, clearly our issue is unimportant & not an emergency. All we're trying to do is get them to come get their stupid fans! Finally gave up and unplugged said fans so we could actually do some laundry!!! (Fans were plugged into washer/dryer outlets) Today we find out after some research they're based all the way in Lawndale?! No wonder they don't want to drive here! After discovering five inches of water under our WLA house, Emergency Services Restoration came out and sucked the water out almost immediately. Immediate Response Restoration came after to dry everything out. Mike who was my contact through it all was wonderful -- the two companies are related. Mike called back each time I called to talk about the work's progress and he even was proactive and called with updates on his own (amazing communications for these days). The ESR person who was removing the water was great, too, giving us updates as he worked under the house and took pictures, which we greatly appreciated. The IRR person worked with our plumber so he could fix the leak before the dryers went in, which again we greatly appreciated. Had issues collecting from client after they collected their money from the insurance company so turned around and sued our management company for the clients bill. Poor communication all around. Never had a signed agreement with us. Should've handled with the property owner but decided to sue us even though they didn't have a signed contract with us. Their "legal" department was awful. Emergency Services Restoration "found" a 'related' problem in the interior of the house. Turned out this was unrelated to the reason they had been called, and not really an issue at all. I feel I was totally taken advantage of by not being present and charged $950 to have fans 'dry' out an interior bathroom. I find their practices unethical and would never consider using this company again. I would not even give them a one star if possible. I have waited two weeks to send this posting after begrudgingly sending a payment with a letter documenting my grievances. I have heard nothing. Once again, poor customer relations. Beware!!! Do not use this company . My flood had gone into my entire bathroom to my bedrooms and a hallway and part of the third bedroom and it was raining in my garage. It was a lot of damage. Worst part is I had just remodeled my house three weeks prior it was a brand new house inside. The guy showed up took all of his readings and put fans and dehumidifiers in. My first bill was $2000 . He said he would pick them up in three days. During that time I got in touch with my adjuster and he said given the circumstances since it came out of the toilet he should have cut out the walls as well. On the third day I called him and he said how would you like another day of free fans in which I knew that meant he couldn't get to me that day. Mind you I have four kids and two big dogs plus my husband and I living in this house all of us have bad allergies. He told me he was was going to be another thousand dollars. Just to keep the fans there and that he didn't know how to cut out the walls.So now we are up to $3000 and just fans nothing ripped apart and it's soaked underneath. Since that point I texted him over and over again trying to get the readings to get to the insurance company because he wasn't sending them over and my insurance claim was in limbo. I talked to five different people at their company and all of them gave me the runaround. At one point when he finally did answer me he says his truck caught on fire and his notes got burned up from my house which is not possible because it's all digital. This happened on September 28. It was supposed to be three days of fans and I still had fans and dehumidifiers on October 13 . My adjuster told them to pick up their fans and get out of our house because they stopped responding . Finally near mid October so at least 17 days in Originally supposed to be three days and he came in and picked up the fans. Mercury then sent in Servpro and started the job all over again. So my family of 6+ 2 100pound dogs had to move out into a hotel and do online schooling there for over a week all the new company ripped out all the walls and all the flooring like the guy should have in the first place it was still wet after 17 days of drying. This was nearing November now once that was finished. I still at that point cannot get their company to send me the original readings of the humidity in the walls and the floors. I finally talked to a man there who I told I'm not getting off the phone until you tell me where these readings are. He finally had Janet and Anna call me back and instead of uploading them into the system like they normally would for mercury they sent 40+ emails that I had to sift through and figure what was what . Once the adjuster got the emails it was so overwhelming the way they did it we had to try to put it together. I got an email yesterday from one of the woman that works in billing demanding payment. Saying that it's going to affect me and my household and go on our credit and they're gonna put it in collections! In which I told her not a chance in hell I had been trying to get these readings from you to get it paid for over a month you stalled because you couldn't find them and now that you sent your 40+ emails over you want results right away. She tried to say they were 60 days past due LOL when we hadn't even gotten them until recently because I stalked them to get them !!My adjuster who is amazing told them it was in review three times now because Servpro had to come in and fix everything so clearly they are going to be paying less than they should've been in the first place because they screwed up the job. Honestly at this point if I could I would sue them for damages to my house, hotel and food receipts and emotional damage they caused our children during this as well as physical with all the fans. If you use this company you were asking for a problem. The funny thing is I run construction companies I own two of them I know how they work I've never seen anything like this. I am going to put this review up on every possible website I can so that nobody gets stuck in the position I am right now. Even when I talk to their woman Janet she was frustrated with the tech saying that she couldn't find his uploads. It's like they don't know what they're doing at all. My adjuster said she's never seen anybody not without the walls with the stage three water contamination he let it sit there and dry for 17 days instead. There Was about 4 inches of water in each of the rooms and I took every towel comforter beanbag Bedding I could find to clean up that water He didn't clean up any of the water I did. He told me that I could just wash it and it would be fine in which I find out later because it's contaminated water my kids shouldn't be sleeping with those blankets that have been washed! He said he would pick them up in three days. During that time I got in touch with my adjuster and he said given the circumstances since it came out of the toilet he should have cut out the walls as well. On the third day I called him and he said how would you like another day of free fans in which I knew that meant he couldn't get to me that day. Mind you I have four kids and two big dogs plus my husband and I living in this house all of us have bad allergies. He told me he was was going to be another thousand dollars. Just to keep the fans there and that he didn't know how to cut out the walls.So now we are up to $3000 and just fans nothing ripped apart and it's soaked underneath. Since that point I texted him over and over again trying to get the readings to get to the insurance company because he wasn't sending them over and my insurance claim was in limbo. I talked to five different people at their company and all of them gave me the runaround. At one point when he finally did answer me he says his truck caught on fire and his notes got burned up from my house which is not possible because it's all digital. This happened on September 28. It was supposed to be three days of fans and I still had fans and dehumidifiers on October 13 . My adjuster told them to pick up their fans and get out of our house because they stopped responding . Finally near mid October so at least 17 days in Originally supposed to be three days and he came in and picked up the fans. Mercury then sent in Servpro and started the job all over again. So my family of 6+ 2 100pound dogs had to move out into a hotel and do online schooling there for over a week all the new company ripped out all the walls and all the flooring like the guy should have in the first place it was still wet after 17 days of drying. This was nearing November now once that was finished. I still at that point cannot get their company to send me the original readings of the humidity in the walls and the floors. I finally talked to a man there who I told I'm not getting off the phone until you tell me where these readings are. He finally had Janet and Anna call me back and instead of uploading them into the system like they normally would for mercury they sent 40+ emails that I had to sift through and figure what was what . Once the adjuster got the emails it was so overwhelming the way they did it we had to try to put it together. I got an email yesterday from one of the woman that works in billing demanding payment. Saying that it's going to affect me and my household and go on our credit and they're gonna put it in collections! In which I told her not a chance in hell I had been trying to get these readings from you to get it paid for over a month you stalled because you couldn't find them and now that you sent your 40+ emails over you want results right away. She tried to say they were 60 days past due LOL when we hadn't even gotten them until recently because I stalked them to get them !!My adjuster who is amazing told them it was in review three times now because Servpro had to come in and fix everything so clearly they are going to be paying less than they should've been in the first place because they screwed up the job. Honestly at this point if I could I would sue them for damages to my house, hotel and food receipts and emotional damage they caused our children during this as well as physical with all the fans. If you use this company you were asking for a problem. The funny thing is I run construction companies I own two of them I know how they work I've never seen anything like this. I am going to put this review up on every possible website I can so that nobody gets stuck in the position I am right now. Even when I talk to their woman Janet she was frustrated with the tech saying that she couldn't find his uploads. It's like they don't know what they're doing at all. My adjuster said she's never seen anybody not without the walls with the stage three water contamination he let it sit there and dry for 17 days instead. There Was about 4 inches of water in each of the rooms and I took every towel comforter beanbag Bedding I could find to clean up that water He didn't clean up any of the water I did. He told me that I could just wash it and it would be fine in which I find out later because it's contaminated water my kids shouldn't be sleeping with those blankets that have been washed! After signing papers to authorize service with ESR, I had second thoughts and cancelled it the following day. Weeks later, I found out that the plumber who recommended them (in this case, Norwalk-La Mirada Plumbing) receives a kickback. How about that?! WARNING! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! I have only ever written one other Yelp review in my life (FYI, if you ever want an awesome lunch spot in Denver look up Vert Kitchen), but I feel compelled to warn people in this case. My shower leaked into the ceiling below. The plumber recommended this company. They came out for 30 minutes to inspect the damage and install a dehumidifier. Charges for initial visit: - Emergency Response: $166.08 - Tech Charge: $62.27 - Equipment Setup: $59.31 They came back three days later to collect the dehumidifier. It took 5 minutes. Charges for final visit: - Equipment Manipulation: $125.00 - Equipment Rental: $237.00 Total charge of $649.66 for 35 minutes of work and the rental. The rental was steep, but I could understand. The labor was $410 for 35 minutes though. That's over $700/hour!!! I'm in the wrong business! When I received the invoice I was astonished. I spent 30 minutes reviewing this with the accounts payable rep and her manager. It continued to go around in circles with both of them getting very angry I was questioning their service. I had no issues with the service. Job well done. I stated my issue was with the charges. That level of charge is extortionary and unethical. In summary, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! P.S. I think they may be linked to another company as well. The asbestos testing company they recommended charged $450 for 5 minutes of sample grabbing and testing. Have you ever met a real live super hero? I just had the pleasure of meeting and working with two of them: Antonio and Chris. We had a major problem: more than 650sf of sewage that needed to be removed immediately so that severely damaged pipes could be repaired. This is always such a stressful situation for a property owner. These things MUST get done yet we feel helpless. I never felt for one minute that we were being taken advantage of. They were on the job immediately, they were professional, discreet and FAIR. They have also promised to see us through the plumbing repair to be sure we are fully taken care of and that our property is in the best possible condition. I was so incredibly stressed out over this process when I discovered the problem but Antonio and Chris made it pretty painless. Hopefully our plumber will be just as awesome!!!! The only thing that this company did for my problem is bring 4 industrial fans, leave it running in my house & come back to pick it up. That alone was close to $2k. My mistake is that due to the shock of having water problems, I failed to scrutinize company reviews and called this company for help. They tried to make some BS to leave the fans for a couple more days - I ended up having to pay more. Something that was NOT explained to me, something that I did NOT sign for. Now that I'm reading reviews, I see a pattern. This is a modus operandi. They can appear busy doing stuff but really they just leave their fan and charge, try to leave it more days to charge more, convince you that insurance covers their work - only to find out you'll have to pay out of pocket, rinse and repeat. If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will take you for every penny they think they can squeeze from your home insurance! They will charge you for the workers PPE that they don't wear. (Sorry, but $35 for a pair of plastic booties is outrageous) They prey on your fears of "mold" in your house. They charged us $1200 (plus the cost of electricity on our PG&E bill) to run a de-humidifier in a small bathroom (read 5X6 at the most) that did absolutely nothing. When you call to complain they say they have "pictures" to prove the cost. I could have put my own space heater in and done the same amount of "drying out" that their equipment did over 5 days. They came back and said that "until we got the flooring removed" the water would stay there. Then tell me what was the point of having it there if we needed to get the flooring out first! And by the way, once the flooring was out, there was no way we'd need 5 days for it to dry out! I put a little space heater in there for 1 hour and it was dry. When I called to complain, the lady responded that we signed the contract and if we had issue we needed to say something then. Well let me tell you, it was my husband that was dealing with them because I was busy trying to put the kids to bed. He just signed away thinking it was OK and it would get better based on what the technician said. In emergencies, you expect trust-worthy people to help you. These people are out to take advantage of people that are experiencing a crisis. Also got a recommendation from a company that would do the restoration for us. The people were going to charge us $3300! And of that cost $200 was to remove doors and rehang them. Run away, do not call, find someone that will treat people better! read more

Do Not use this company!!! They will come out and act as if they are one company (remediation, etc). Yet, you will receive two bills. One from them, and one from another company (sharing the same building address). Completely unethical. I had no idea it was a different company that ESR sent to remove Sheetrock because the guy from ESR said "okay, I'll send Daryl out to remove the Sheetrock and we will get fans set up.".........okay? How about you say "you will need to have the Sheetrock removed first, so if you want a name of someone. I can give that to you or you can find someone on your own."
