That pretty much is all I needed to know about the gym. Whether it's true or not, the gym only knows. Maybe they do have a theft issue maybe they don't. Within less than 3 months, my trainer missed two sessions without notice ("no-shows"), and the quality of the training has been inconsistent and unprofessional. When I asked to cancel because I wasn't getting the proper service I paid for, they told me it was "absolutely impossible" to cancel -- no matter what the situation was. That is completely unfair and unprofessional. Customers should not be forced to continue paying for a service that is not being delivered properly. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone.

NOTHING not even a courtesy call. Management is never in the office or somewhere away on vacation per front desk. Whatever I'll take my lost just know this gym don't care about your concerns just poor customer service.
