I did not mishandle the garment beyond standard wear by any means. I was also told I'd need to pay again to have them re-hemmed (they did offer a discount). I took the garment back to be re-hemmed at a discount, only for the stitch to fall out again a few months later. I will not be bringing any items back here to be tailored. I expected professional work that lasts -- instead, I got a hem that failed almost immediately and a response that did not take any accountability. Not what I would expect for basic alterations.
