Staff are visibly prejudiced against non-white customers with their tone and attitude. Stay classy Kentucky . When they get asked about missing orders, they get very defensive, rude and obnoxious. Corporate and Panera should be ashamed of themselves to hire such management.

Overall, I'd say it ranks about the same as a nice gas station or lower quality coffee shop beverage. It wasn't bad, but not what I would seek out. Definitely more of a choice for convenience. I believe merely offering half and half or heavy cream would significantly enhance it for this coffee shop loving lady.
