Staff are visibly prejudiced against non-white customers with their tone and attitude. Stay classy Kentucky . They also fail the fulfill rapid pick up orders and leave tickets sprinted not filled for 15 or 20 minutes for a simple order such as a beverage or a sip cup. When they get asked about missing orders, they get very defensive, rude and obnoxious. Corporate and Panera should be ashamed of themselves to hire such management. read more

Excellent service and food at this Panera Bread location! We ordered custom breakfast sandwiches with bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel and they were delicious! We also ordered a bagel pack with Asiago bagels, everything bagels and blueberry bagels with cream cheese and they were fresh and tasty! The drive thru ordering and pickup was very fast, easy and convenient! The staff did an excellent job of customer service by allowing us to toast 4 bagels from our bagel pack for our family members that prefer their bagels toasted. Very disappointed in our latest visit here. I forgot to take pictures, I guess I was just too busy admiring and salivating over the pastry display- I cannot decide which one to order. Avoid this location. Go to Crestview. First walk in and the door is stuck to something sticky on the floor so I have to jerk hard to get it open. A short round woman with black grey hair in a Panera polo gives me angry glares with the rest of the customers in that area. I can only guess she was management. All the tables were dirty and haven't been wiped down. The trash was full on both sides and dirty dishes. I understand being short staffed, but there needs to be standards. They've gotten our order wrong every time we go in there, for both "Rapid pick-up" and dining in. I usually check the order before we leave but thought we could trust them to get it right, but alas we have learned our lesson again. I cannot urge you all enough to check the rapid pick up orders before leaving. Seriously, do not walk out the door until you've got the correct order inside the box. Despite instructions being input correctly, they continue to disregard and just make it the way they think it should be. (Even on slow times!)...leaving in thick heavy sauces that were specifies to be removed, and forgetting to add what was PAID FOR and instructed for substitute sauces. (Be extra aware if you ha e food allergies/sensitivities, they are quite sloppy with preparation)...not to mention unhygienic. Bugs everywhere flying around the soda fountains & drink area. Not just one or two randoms, but a flock of bugs circling you &your cup as you dispense your beverage. *sigh* But still "good" Panera option in that the flavors were reliable favs, the soup was decent. The ladies making the sandwiches seemed extra stressed and sassy. The guy who took our order was pleasant & efficient. Upon looking for seating, we noticed the majority of tables and booths were absolutely filthy. I worked form this location one day and tried the majority of their options- blood orange lemonade, agave lemonade, passion papaya green tea, prickly pear hibiscus Fresca! I also appreciate the pure agave sugar in stead of the artificial sweeteners. This way I can adjust the level of sweetness to my preferences. The food is always fresh. Last year in October and this year, drove from northern Michigan to Florence as halfway point to our destination. Ordered pick-up both trips at Panera and when we arrived at our hotel, the orders were wrong. This year a flatbread pizza was left out.
