That's five days, where we didn't have a way to shower, a way to go to the bathroom, even our sink would push sewage water to overflow the toilet and sewage water would come up out of the floor drain of the shower somehow. I don't understand how that happens but it seems like it's all interconnected. We had to go to the restroom at the park down the street and sewage water got all over our floors in both restrooms. Five days is a long time to wait. On top of that, it was considered two separate claims, (stoppage and toilet leak) so we had to pay TWICE (the service fee) and our technician.Taylor told us that Select Home Warranty wouldn't cover the toilet leak so we actually had to pay for one of those jobs OUT OF POCKET! Edit: Oh wow, I just found out they lied to me too. They told me they are not open on the weekends and that's why I had to wait two extra days. This guy identified what was a pinhole leak and fixed it but a few days later I notice there was mist coming out from the pipe he fixed. Called him back out, he said "bad soldering".... But then after he fixed that one, it started hissing again. Called him a third time and now he wanted to charge almost 4 grand to fix the, now- slab leak. This issue had been on going almost 3 weeks and we have had no water. Each visit he couldn't properly fix the issue. I was frustrated with this contracted plumber the home warranty provided. So I got a recommended from my colleague. She recommended Neri. I told her my frustration with no water for 3 weeks. She said "he will fix it." Hit him up. Trust him... He will fix it!
