I had these guys out for a repair, and they were very very quick. I called at 8am and they were here at 10am on a non-emergency issue. They quoted me the price and after an hour of work, the quote still held. They did a few other repairs and were very professional. I'm not overly experienced with plumbers, but from what I saw they did, I'm a fan. I had a quote on one of the repairs of $400 to do the work from a few months ago, and they did it for 20 dollars since it was something minor. I'd call them back if I had any issues. read more

My wife and I purchased a house in 2001 and at the time had just had the water heater replaced. After 15 years we thought it best to get a new one. I looked at our water heater and there was a sticker on it by the guys that originally installed it so I gave a call to get an estimate. I felt $1300 was a good price because the best water heater I could get would be from Lowes for about $800. Then I would need to install it. (I'm a landscape contractor and know that for many things Lowes is great, but things like a water heater are best from a plumbing warehouse). The guys arrived within the time frame they gave me, and easily changed the water heater out in less than an hour. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I called them for a weekend job that my contractor messed up. They were prompt, professional and offered to do an inspection of all of the other plumbing that the contractor did. They found 2 glaring issues that needed immediate attention and fixed all of the problems for a very reasonable fee. About half of what I was told it would be. Sadly I called another company the day before and was quoted insane pricing for a liner and given the run around on why I needed this 12,0000 job. I called RB Nelson to give a second opinion and bid. This is when I knew I made a huge mistake calling the "Nationally" recognized company the previous day. RB Nelson showed me on the video camera that the line that was supposedly "cleaned out" yesterday still had huge clumps of roots in the pipe. Nelson was able to able easily finish what the previous company could not. Nelson also quoted a price at less than a third of what "Nationaly" known company quoted. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Plumber/Co-owner Randy arrived late to appointment. Enter the residence without making introductions and shoved calendar in my face. When I asked for a name, I was told to read "his shirt". I was then verbally assaulted by no named colleague. My landlord had them come on a Thursday because our toilet turned into a fountain and flooded the bathroom. We are on a septic tank so it's pretty disgusting. They snaked a line they said and claimed it was completely fixed. Well come Monday and my whole bedroom is flooded, all of our brand new wood laminate is damaged. Now they did come back out however now I have over 1000 bucks in repairs to improvements I've done on the apt out of my own pocket, all because they didn't do the job the correctly and thoroughly first time and of course it's not their responsibility!!! I had a unique problem where my water line that connects to my refrigerator would vibrate when my automatic sprinklers would come on. Once the sprinkler system stopped the vibrating would stop. Randy thought installing what I think is called a Hammer Head might solve the problem. He said it would take approx 30 minutes to install and it would cost including labor $275. Once the Hammer Head was installed, which took less than 5 minutes not 30 minutes to install, it did not solve the problem. Randy insisted I still had to pay him $275! I asked him to remove the Hammer Head and return it to where ever he got it. He said its already installed and he can't remove it. I asked why he can't remove it but he avoided giving me an explanation. I'm 73 years old and I have never had any service company charge me so much money and not fix the problem. Additionally, I also had him install a new hand held shower head and wall mount bathtub faucet. I didn't check his work once completed because this is basic 101 plumbing work - why would I need to. When I went to use the shower I realized that he didn't replace the part that the hand held shower head hooks unto when not in use. He left the old part on instead which the new shower head doesn't fit onto properly which causes the shower head to face straight across the tub instead of facing down. Unfortunately I threw away the box it came in which I now realize included the new part I need. Also, when I turned the cold water on it now comes out full force. I can turn the cold water handle only 1/8 of an inch to avoid the full force of the water! This problem didn't exist prior to installation of the new parts. I was charged $80 for that service. Needless to say I will hire another plumber to fix the problems I remain to have which Randy was paid $355 for. read more

awesome job on my bathroom sink! my house is from 1948 so Gary and Randy had to do some trouble shooting but they got my sink fixed!! so happy! other idots ez plumbing didn't show up. Gary and Randy were very professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing and Gary says doing this for 26 years and my sink was so bad he had never seen anything like it.. They fixed my issue and right before xmas so that I will have another bathroom to use for 14 people coming over for dinner. Totally call this company first and don't waste your time like i did calling other morons!!!! read more
