There seemed to be many nail techs which may be a good thing if you don't like to wait. Terrible experience. Don't come here unless you want to get nail fungus! I asked for a French pedicure from a heavy set woman with blonde hair. She cut my big toe with the cuticle nippers and instead of apologizing, she said it must have been my shoes that made the cut. Acrylic toes on my big toes have been my go-to for about two years now - I used to come monthly to this location but moved, but since I was in the area for an appointment I decided to give them a shot... The blonde woman didn't know how to do acrylic, so in cued two nail techs - one that refused to make both toes look alike and walked away after throwing a fit, and the another finally taking over after nearly half an hour of waiting. I asked to see their nude polishes, but blondie they were preoccupied on the phone + chatting with coworkers and ended up showing me just a singular color. I was fed up, so I agreed to the color shown. I didn't realize until I left outside, but the nail tech flooded my cuticles with gel polish, and the 'nude' was an odd pink with glitter that wasn't a nude at all. The lighting in the place didn't show the colors well. Plus, nail licensed nail tech knows gel polish should never touch skin! I was very upset and already had to travel from far, so I couldn't turn back to get them fixed. I trimmed as much as I could from the parts that touched my skin and let them grow out for the month. After getting a soak off today I saw ALL my toenails had fungus! Looks like their tools weren't cleaned in between clients.. I've never had fungus in my life! Now I have to pay to see a podiatrist for treatments and can't wear sandals out for the rest of the summer. Beware! read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service and pricing practices at Emly's Nail Salon. As a long-time customer, this experience has guaranteed that I will never return. I went in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and needed my existing gel removed with an acetone soak. Before any services began, I specifically asked how much everything would cost. The nail technician clearly told me $42 for the gel pedicure and $30 for the gel manicure, totaling $72. At no point during my appointment did anyone mention any additional charges. To make matters worse, I specifically requested that they not use the electric nail file because it damages my natural nails and leaves them thin and brittle. Despite this request, the technician became impatient waiting for the gel to soak off and used the electric file anyway. I also brought my own UV nail hardener and my own gel color from home because I am trying to strengthen my natural nails and avoid acrylics and extensions. The salon did not provide the color used on my nails either. The first technician, who gave me the original quote, eventually handed me off to another employee without explanation and left before my service was completed. The real issue came when it was time to pay. I was presented with a bill for $139. When I questioned the amount, I was told there was an additional $8 charge for soaking off my fingernails and another $8 for my toenails, which added up to $16. Even with that charge, the total should have been $88, not $139. They then attempted to justify the higher price by saying there was an additional charge for the color. I reminded them that both the UV nail hardener and gel polish were my own products that I brought from home. I did not receive acrylics, extensions, nail art, or any specialty services. My natural nails were simply painted. The only explanation they could provide was that the price was "the same as last time." However, my previous visit included several additional services such as eyebrow waxing, a specific nail shape and length, and a nail tip replacement for a broken nail. Since none of those services were performed during this visit, there was absolutely no justification for charging the same amount. When I tried to explain this, the staff dismissed my concerns and seemed unwilling to discuss the charges any further. Not wanting to argue or be labeled as a difficult customer, I paid the bill. However, I left feeling taken advantage of and completely disrespected. What could have been resolved through honesty, transparency, and good customer service instead resulted in the loss of a loyal customer. Charging customers for services and products they did not receive while failing to disclose costs upfront is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would caution others to get a detailed written breakdown of all charges before allowing any service to begin! read more

highly disappointed I had requested a French tip this nail tech named lady that was in there. She started to do my nails. She told me that my nails wouldn't look the same. Then another nail tech came to do my nails, but because I already had changed from french tip I just picked one color and I added the rhinestones to make it cute I had to go to them twice within a week for replacing the rhinestones the same rhinestone I just went to go get two days ago just came off today again I'm never going back read more

I like them but I did not like my most recent experience at all and wish I had spoken up. I went there today to get a full set with a design. The woman I typically go to did not do my nails. I got a REGULAR gel pedicure which is supposed to be $37 which was nothing special and will never do a pedicure when I go there again honestly. But I'm just not understanding how this manicure cost $94 and I wish I was more confrontational. I don't feel comfortable going back. I feel like they took full advantage. The prices are extremely affordable and I love it I got regular polish for my pedi which was $25 Then I got these tips with gel polish and it came out to $37 I paid $62 in total! Amazing! Not only was the manicure/pedicure the strangest I've ever experienced, (made me wash my hands in the pedicure bowl as I was getting a pedicure), but my completed pedicure had hair stuck in the nail polish, and the polish does not even reach the end of the nail. She did an amazing job on the design of my nails but i wish she didn't go so deep on sculpting my nail that he hit my natural nail. My mail mail will now have an indent. Emly's is cheap and they are good at doing nails. However I won't be returning. I went today and got a manicure. I don't speak a ton of Spanish but I can understand and get by. The lady who was doing my nails called me a pig and laughed to her coworker, amongst other things. I'm 8 months pregnant so I'm not sure if she just thought I was fat and was saying that or if she was calling me dirty or something else. Overall, I thought that was extremely rude and it really hurt my feelings. She did notice I was pregnant later when I got up to wash my hands and said something about me being pregnant to the lady she had called me a pig to. I booked online for an appointment and was seen the same day for acrylic tips. Communication was excellent when it came to booking through Yelp. I sent a photo of what I wanted and she executed the same exact ombré style in the photo even the same exact shape. She was very professional and sweet. I waited till 2 weeks to post my thoughts on this experience and to see if the set was going to last. It's been two weeks and they still are going strong! I am SO happy I found this place. It's still very new and only time will tell on how they will maintain the business but so far so good! The staff is professional and polite. The salon itself is very clean and organized. They have so many colors to choose from in reg polish, gel and even a huge selection of acrylic powder colors. I haven't found a specific nail tech that I really like so I'm trying everyone's work to see who can do my acrylics best to my liking... but so far I am really happy with the work done. The green nails are from THREE WEEKS AGO. I had minimal lifting but I'll be fair on that, I do work with my hands a lot. And with covid, having to constantly wash my hands for 30 seconds and the use hand sanitizer isn't easy on the acrylic. But even with my job and health precautions, these babies stayed on strong. This place is unprofessional and unsanitary Yes all of the workers have masks on but none of the tools and or stations are sanitized between customers I went in for a gel manicure about 2 hours ago and it is already starting to peel During the manicure the " technician" was on FaceTime the whole time. She was looking at her phone while filing my nails which resulted in them being crooked. The manicure is messy and uneven Save your money and time. read more

As my tub was filling up for my pedicure, the stylist started cutting her own nails and let clippings fly all over the place including in my foot bath and it was honestly unpleasant.
