Something that sets Cerulean apart is that they are honest and truly look out for their customers. When it comes to maintaining the equipment they remind us so we don't forget. Also, and really important to me, they truly work in our best interest with repairs and replacements of the pool equipment. They've saved us a bunch of money in helping us get all the useful life out of the equipment. Their communication is also excellent. We have two dogs. I asked that they text before they come so I can ensure the dogs are inside. They always text 30 minutes prior to arrival. Additionally, when holidays are coming up, they adjust their schedule to ensure all their clients get serviced. It wasn't the lowest but it was the most complete. He spent more time talking with and understanding our wants than anyone else. So basically everyone else's quote was incomplete. The previous owners of our home did not care for the pool, so after many years of trying to find the right person for the job, we thought Ryan would be our savior; boy, were we wrong. Things started off great! My husband found him on YELP with a high 4-star rating back in December 2024. Ryan was eager and appeared excited to bring our pool back to life. Ryan and Team started working on our pool February 2025. I mean, this guy is over communicating at this point. Keeping us updated on when they were coming out to the house and what materials were being purchased & so forth. We were indeed pleased. Our first biggest mistake, we paid him in full in April 2025. Ryan immediately stopped accepting our calls and stopped replying to text messages. We were out of $12,000! Thank the Lord we paid with a CC, so we took it up with our bank, but it wasn't easy. In June 2025, we were told by our bank that Ryan submitted pictures of a completed pool---claiming it was OUR pool. As a result, the ruling was ruled in Ryan's favor, not ours. We were in complete shock; utter devastation. FULL TRANSPARANCY POST NEXT: The stress was unimaginable. I stopped eating, my hair began to fall out, and I was so filled with anxiety, I could barely work. Texas Native Aquatics put such a severe strain on our lives, but my hurt turned into anger, AND WE FOUGHT BACK. We were not going to accept this! We took even more photos and gathered even more text messages to prove our case. It took hours upon hours to put the evidence together, but the hard work paid off. The claim was reopened and TODAY, the bank ruled in our favor. Today is September 16, 2025, and our pool is still unusable. It's been drained for 7 months---which can lead to more serious issues. We've declined hosting family events, friend get-togethers and birthday parties for our nephews all due to our pool condition and the pain/suffering Ryan Williams has caused. I am truly fearful for this guy because if he continues this type of practice, then he might end up working for the wrong client and he will be out a lot more than he is now. Then we got the big dallas storm. Take David something like 4 months to repair the manifold for the hot tub. So I was not able to use it for 4/5 months. But I totally understand. It was short on any supplies all over. So I can't blame him. How ever ever sense then. The service was not good. I don't know if it's something to do with where we located in Richardson. Or maybe my pool was a big and he didn't overcharge. I have no idea. But service was not good. The guy he send will come few min. Clean a bit. And run away. The pool was always dirty. And yellow on the ground. So many times I find my self going in to brash and clean. So many times. Every time I have an issue. I will let the service guy know. But he would never transfer that forward. Then I will have to text David and that take another week or two before maybe it's get taking care off. His guy will never basically check to make sure everything work. Or any leak. Will come. A bit Cleaniny. Some chemicals and run away. The pool lights never work. He never cared. The pool have a leak for months before I notice my water bill is high. The pool system was beeping for months before finally David was able to come take care of it. For months I will seat and watch a movie and the system will keep beeping. Not good service. For 4 months or so I inform David. That one of those things on the ground are cloth I have asked is your guy suppose to clean it ? His answer was yes. I was watching it. 3/4 months after. He still didn't clean it. I have pic to approve. I have sold the house lately. So I am glad I don't have to deal with it. But soon will build a new pool in my new house. I doubt it I will use north Texas pool again. I don't mind to pay a bit more but enjoy my pool. I did transfer the new owner david number if he want to use him. But just to be nice. I have a mix feeling about the service.
