So the universe is telling me I need one. I did end up getting and Emojo electric bike from Alcorn Adaptive. I've had it for a week and it's been a great way to get around at Palm Springs. I am enjoying the ride. It is definitely built well and is sturdy. I'm absolutely loving it, and I cannot recommend any higher because the quality of this bike is definitely superior. It is with great embarrasment that I write this message. I was wrong about Emojo. The disagreement that I got into with Emojo was my fault. I did put another brand of battery in the bike when I took it in for service. I did not do it intentionally, When I got the new bike I put in another battery that I had because it had more amps and I thought it might perform better. I'm thinking that maybe that battery went bad or the charger went bad, I do not know. So I took the bike in and had it looked at. Shahla did some switching around with that battery and with others then she noticed tha the battery I had brought in was not an Emojo battery. I protested because I completely forgot about my trying out the other battery. I whole heartedly retract my bad review and I apoligize to Kevin and to Shahla. read more

They sent a damaged fork / hydraulics. No one answers the telephone, or replies back to online tech support inquires. It took several weeks to get the new part. They also sent the wrong size bike (we bought two). We gave up swapping it out (Cougar Pro) . No Manual for one is the e-bikes and the bonus four items that were advertised with the bike purchase, was missing the bike covers for both bikes. About 18 months later, I had a little trouble with the bike and contacted customer support. The staff were very friendly, helpful and very responsive. I ended up speaking with Kevin, who is the manager of Emojo Bikes. Kevin quickly diagnosed the issue and arranged to have the issue repaired. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I purchased the Emojo Wildcard Pro 750 on June 29,2023 from The Bike Palace here in San Pedro,Ca 90731 whom I highly recommend when buying a bike they are a 5 Star plus when it comes to service and maintenance and warranty issues with the purchase of a bike. I can't say enough for the team workers down there that work on the bikes they're the best. first month of purchasing the bike I start to have issues with the braking system components leaking hydraulic fluid.. both The Bike Palace and myself contacted Sheila @ Emojo Electric Bikes about the issue. See, she suggested, bleeding the brakes and sent me a package that contained tools to bleed the brakes however, not having the knowledge and the bike still being under warranty. It was done down at the San Pedro Bike Palace.. anyway to make a long story short the problem persistent And Nick from San Pedro bike. Palace contacted Mojo about the issue that I have been having and they sent out a complete right and left front and back breaking system. Whenever I take my bike rides, people ask me how I like my bike and I've highly recommended it to everybody. I've spoke with. I really raved about it even though I did have these issues. Now I have 1200 miles on the bike. It's not even a year and a half old and I'm having issues with the E bike battery which I take care of according to the manual. If you do the research, a care for battery should last 3 to 5 years I've contacted Emojo with several phone calls several emails and spoke with several different support teams. I was referred to Carrie in which I I was told that she is a manager. She offered me 10% off of a $500 battery in which I felt they should be replacing the battery, and she was supposed to talk to her manager about seeing what they could do and get back with me. It's several days later now several phone calls into her with no reply and several emails. I also tried forwarding the emails to the two owners of the company. i purchased an emojo wildcat 750 from a local bike shop. Its a great bike but with everything man made requires attention and sometimes parts fail. The customer support is virtually none existence....... Now i am having the same issue (caliper leaking) to date have not heard back.tried calling to find out if there are upgrades available to purchase no one seems to know. There answer is they have to contact the manufacturer in China!!!!! So glad they don't distribute cars or other stuff..... can you imagine calling your Auto dealer and they would tell you to fix breaks they have to call where it was made!!!!!! I ordered the Bison Pro e-trike because it was advertised as good for steep hills and uneven terrain. I live in the lovely foothills of western NC on a gravel road and really needed a real workhorse to get around. I was very pleased when the bike arrived, fully assembled and fun to ride up and then back on my road. Feels real solid and well put together with quality materials. But it wouldn't make it up my driveway and that's not the steepest grade around my neighborhood, so I was stuck very close to home and having to literally pull the bike up the driveway (bit of a grunt!) I contacted support and they were very responsive, suggesting different things - I'm a VERY novice bike rider, haven't been on a bike in well, lets just say a very long time, never used a multi-speed gear thing or an e-bike much less an e-trike. I sent photos of the driveway and they agreed the bike should be able to manage that. They ended up sending me a new controller and their lead tech sent a very detailed video on how to replace it. Wow! The bike goes easily right up the driveway and I feel confident riding it around town, no problem going up and down our hilly area! I highly recommend the Bison Pro, its exactly what I wanted and needed. And their staff is the BEST, too, when you call a real person answers the phone and everyone I spoke with cared and I felt they were very concerned with ensuring I had a positive experience with service and the product itself. EMOJO charges $200 to assemble. Or you may choose to Order it unassembled. EMOJO sent my Trike assembled. They did not charge for the assembly. And the shipping was free. This EMOJO CADDY PRO is the absolute best thing that I have ever purchased for myself. I can either peddle it. Or put it in one of the 7 gears. Or use both. And this Trike has plenty of power. I purchased a Wildcat E-Bike from Emojo, and I absolutely love it and enjoy riding around town, up and down the hills, pretty much anywhere I could possibly want to go locally, since the bike I chose can get 20+ miles on a 4-5 hour charge, and has the capability of going up to 20mph if I need to move quickly! ELECTRIC ALL TERRAIN RACE TANK: Emojo was cool enough to let me be the first customer to do a payment installments. I got the Emojo :Wildcat and it is pretty fun. I am pretty happy with the bike. I have put it to the test for sure. Aft6er a few weeks i noticed the Battery gets weaker with each ride. I noticed I get about 1-2 miles less range every time I ride it. Using the throttle really smokes the battery. Just use pedal assist. I have gotten up to 31mph and it cruises at a solid 22mph. 6th and 7th gear are hard to use. It actually slows the bike way down in these gears which sucks when you are on flat ground.. Bike is almost impossible to ride without the electric motor which is lame when you are out of battery a few miles from home. I have ridden in every terrain type and it handles all very well. I rode on the rough rocks for several miles near trestles at full speed and had tons of fun.. Down the grassy hills.. on the mountain bike trails.. This thing kicks ass.. Just get a few extra batteries if you really intend to ride it like I do. This thing will easily handle Deep Sand/Mud/Loose Railroad rocks/Hard Pack dirt/ asphalt/ wet grass read more

Simply the worst customer service. Their site indicates processing time of 48 hours if available. I ordered fender and rear rack which had about 40+ availability for both products at time they were ordered. After 10 days, status of the order still says processing. They should be clearer that their 48 hours process time is actually in dog years. Also, contacted them via email. I would've had a better chance seeing a unicorn than a response from them. Update...Still the worst customer service ever. Fender and the rack were delivered (not packaged at all) rather just basically handed "as is" to the person at my home. Upon checking what was delivered, i quickly realized that not all the hardware (missing bolts and screws) are there for me to install them into my bike. I then called their customer service (multiple times) at 4PM which is almost an hour before their closing time and continuously getting their voicemail, in which I was unable to leave a message due to it being full already. Considering that I ordered parts that are in stock and the company less than 15 miles away and yet it took them close to two weeks to finally deliver, I digress at this point and just decided to go to a nearby bike shop to buy the hardware to complete installation.
