This Body shop exceeds all expectations. I was hit in a fender- bender a week before my wedding. This shop was networked through the other driver's insurance. Alex in the front is awesome and she is the definition of customer service. They communicated well and were flexible to my schedule. My car was quoted to take a week to fix, and they got it done in 2 days. When I picked it up, Alex parked my car for me and it was a breeze. The repair went alright which is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. Absolutely 0 stars for the experience though. One of the subvendors was driving OVER 80 MPH in my vehicle, triggering a notification of a speed violation on my car's app. I called the shop to figure out what was going on and specifically asked that they drive the speed limit. Unfortunately, AJ was on the phone both when I initially called about this and when my insurance asked the shop to follow up. He was immediately extremely unprofessional, having a hostile tone and attempting to patronise me multiple times. Never once did I raise my voice, knowing better after working in retail, so I was shocked by the immediate rudeness. My issue was not the fact they drove the vehicle at all. I'm well aware of the necessity both to drive it around and bring in subvendors. My issue was the fact that they were speeding in my car without prior notice. After my call, it was clear through reviews on here it wasn't his first time being unprofessional towards clients and quite frankly, I'm not surprised. He attempted to say the speed limit it 70 and that the subvendor was just going with the flow of traffic so (in the most condescending tone you could muster) "it actually wasn't reckless." Believe it or not, you can be reckless while still going with the flow of traffic. If the speed limit *was* 70 MPH, they were still going OVER 80. I've learned my lesson and will only get repairs done at the dealership or through shops that they trust rather than the closest one recommended by my insurance. I would sooner sell my car and just buy a new one before coming back here. read more

I recently had my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee brought in to Duane's Body & Paint to have my rear bumper and muffler replaced. The staff especially Nicole and Alex were amazing. I was able to drop off my vehicle and drive off in the rental without having to go to the rental company. Nicole arranged for Enterprise to meet me there. Alex kept me up to date with the estimate date of when my Jeep would be ready, and it was ready a day before I expected it to be. Nicole was also able to check in the rental for me when I came in to pickup my vehicle. Which by the way, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I was recommended this place via my insurance. This place did a great job on my car but it's other things that didn't sit right with me. First I took my car in on a Monday, it wasn't seen until Wednesday.... Why have me bring in my car if you're not going to see it 2 days later. That's 2 days extra I'm paying for a rental. They also don't work weekends which isn't their fault but there goes another 2 days. We all know we are not supposed to trust places like this with our money inside our vehicle but my insurance recommended this place so I did not think they would do anything because that could hurt their co-operation with them. When I went to pick up my vehicle I had money missing. I had 2 $20 and 1 $1. All they left was the $1! They gave me my money back but that still wasn't okay. read more

Omg where do I even begin with you guys. We came in to get our grand Cherokee jeep fixed because it was vandalized due to a break in. Alex and Matt helped us out. We were mainly in contact with Alex but both were fantastic. You guys are so professional. When we got there, everything looked so clean and organized. Excellent place and I highly recommend it to others. I am very unlucky and my car was rear-ended twice on separate hit and run occasions. The first time, my car was parked outside my house when someone bumped it, and most recently, someone hit on the freeway when I was at a full stop due to traffic and sped off. This body shop was recommended to me by my insurance company. Before setting up and appt and leaving my car I spoke to a knowledgeable employee who walked me through the process of having the work done through a insurance company. My car had damage on the passenger rocker panel, a deep scratch on the rear door and a hole underneath the right bumper when an unfortunate incident happened when a random shovel was laying on the freeway. My Ram 1500 rebel is currently here for repair under progressive insurance. Looking at the other reviews, I feel very happy that progressive choose this shop to repair my truck. Received phone call update from Duane's the next day after truck was drop off. They provided me with a list of damage they found that progressive adjuster missed, Cost of repair (progressive will be paying full amount but they still had to tell me the cost), Estimated day parts will come in from Ram dealership, and estimated repair completion date. Excellent customer service and quality work done on my Honda. Both my drivers side doors got badly damaged because someone backed their truck into my (parked) car. Everyone at this shop was very friendly and helpful. They wanted to make sure I was ok and didn't get injured in the accident. They were really nice about accommodating my schedule for drop off and pick up times and got it done in a timely manor. Everyone warned me that after something like this my car would never be the same and would always be a little "off", but that was not the case. They made my car like new and I couldn't be more grateful. Insurance covered everything but they still gave me a full invoice of everything they did and I would say it was priced fairly and the transparency was appreciated. They even cleaned my car for me. I've had Duane's do work on my cars before and have always been pleased with their customer service and body repair work. So I dropped by Duane's on a Friday afternoon to get a ballpark estimate to remove a long scratch on the passenger door caused by a tree branch. Before going in, I tried to get the scratch to be less noticeable by scrubbing with soap and water but no success. Therefore I assumed the door would need to be repainted to eliminate the scratch. Normally, I wouldn't all that concerned about a scratch but this is a new car with around 800 miles on the odometer so I wanted it gone. The guy who prepares estimates looked at the scratch and said he thought it could mostly eliminated by mechanical buffing with some special kind of wax. He got the manager to look at it for his opinion. After a brief discussion, they offered to have the guys in the shop work on it right away. So I went into the office and waited for a miracle. After 15 minutes, the work was done. When I walked out and saw the car I was blown away. The scratch was essentially gone! I tried looking at the door from different angles and could barely detect where it had been. Anyone not knowing the scratch had been there would never know. They did an amazing job, especially considering I dropped in without an appointment late in the afternoon on a Friday. And the icing on the cake was that they didn't charge me anything. SOLID They do excellent work. From getting the complete info they needed, to dealing with your claims adjuster; they run like clockwork; experienced shop and staff. Beautiful work, and masters of this craft. They are worth the higher price. EXTRAS My car came out looking new, and the paint seemed flawless. They even detail your car inside out and leave you with a bottle of touch up paint which I presume is perfectly matched with your original paint, to cover up those eventual nicks and dings. They have a nice clean shop, front office, and even the bathroom is nice. CUSTOMER ORIENTED Had a two part repair: 1 rear end bumper and body damage (typical collision work), and, 2 exhaust system overhaul due to muffler and pipes pushed forward (more common in SUV being rear ended by a standard/lower car.). Several parts had to be special ordered, delivery was estimated at 3-4 days. Hector who is the man on top of things, remembered my Grandma recently passed away, and gave me the option of using my car while the parts were being delivered. So nice to have my car during this time instead of a rental. read more

I went in today for an estimate. I had paint transfer from backing out of a tight parking spot at work. Anyways, I had already expected that I would need to have the entire door or car paint done. Bing bang boom they were able to check it out and like magic get the paint off!! And not charge me. The guy and I'm so sorry I forgot his name already- but he's of Italian descent . Didn't charge me. We did have a great 15 to 20 minute talk about anything and everything. The greatest experience I've ever had at a business. Definitely if you're looking for someone for bodywork or repairs on your vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Duane's!!! I'll go back to them if I ever need any body work on my vehicles.
