I do a simple exterior/interior wash, or sometimes just the exterior. I usually come on weekdays. Today I went and got an exterior wash. The head person there was someone I hadn't seen. I said I just want an exterior wash, no problem. After they washed the car, I watched them dry it for about 2 minutes before he said it was done. I was surprised, but hey, maybe they move quick. Upon walking up to the car, there was still water on many parts of the car. The lower half, the bumpers, water coming from door sills and windows. When I asked if they can dry it more, the head person kept telling me "exterior wash, exterior wash" as if I was asking for them to do something outside of an exterior wash. He seemed annoyed that I pointed out areas that weren't wiped down. He wiped them down for me, but the attitude and improper treatment of a paying customer was not okay. I gave 3 stars because the other times I've been here, with the other person running it, they've done a good job. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning. Unless you're in a jam, I'd try someplace else before coming here.

Initially I had Kory and Nate come out and they were professional and did a great job. I noticed after the detailing there was a specific spot in the back that had a much more noticeable odor. I read online that introducing moisture to fabric can "reactivate" old smells. I tried to remove it myself but it didn't really work, so I reached out to the company and they sent out another team for a quick spot cleaning on another day free of charge. I asked what service I needed to find - I was thankfully told to find a steam clean service. I'm glad I made the trip to have Sam's Steam Auto Detailing to tackle the job. They too could not say they cannot guarantee remove it 100% but I am so happy I chose their service. I took their post care advice, and even drove the car in the day time again!
