I walk to get the registration, before I hand it to him, I simply ask "What do you need the registration for?" He says "It has all your information" I say "I want a verbal report - not a written/printed estimate" He says "Oh really? OK, well can I see your registration" I say "Ok, but what do you need it for?" - genuine question here, not trying to be difficult whatsoever , just curious. Am I not allowed to ask questions here? I've gotten plenty of quotes in the past without this needed. He says " Do you want me to help you or not?" in an aggressive tone. I'm taken aback .. I put my hands up in like a 'woah wait a minute" manner, and then I say "Excuse me sir... I'm allowed to ask questions" Then he says " DO YOU WANT MY HELP OR NOT" - still an aggressive tone At this point - I don't even get a chance to respond, he throws his hands up, mutters "you know what.." then just walks away.
