I like this place for my sons haircuts. They are currently open but you need to make an appointment. Also, bring cash. It seems as though some of the barbers use Zelle or Venmo for customers who don't have cash, but bring cash anyways. My sons haircut was $25 & I tipped $5. They took their time and my son looks great. Last time my son had a haircut was possibly February 2020 & it's now July 2020. I came to this shop because my regular barber shop (Top Notch) that I take my son is closed on Sundays, so I figured since this shop has good reviews I'll try it out. I ended up getting one of the female barbers and I really liked her work on my sons fade but I also told her I want a line up and I didn't catch how she left some unfinished work until I got home. As you can see on his pictures. I also thought his part is a little too thick. Not going to be a returning customer. I am going to stick with Top Notch barbershop, it's much better work, faster, and better pricing. I paid 20$ here when i pay 16$ over there and I spent about 30 mins here and about 15-20 mins at my regular barbershop. I have had three experiences with this shop. The first time I received a cut from an older lady and loved it. The second time the music was blasting and no one pretty much even cared I walked into the shop. 10 minutes later a young guy gives me a fade, very nicely done. Second time was already during Covid19 and only one barber out of two wore their mask properly. Third time I walked in and there are about 5-6 barbers and 10 people in there and they must of cured covid19 because not a single person wore a mask, so I walked out. read more

Wow I got a 1 hour haircut I asked for a mid fade ended up a high fade and a hard part comb over. It took an hour! The hard part wa for real about a ¹/ inch thick wicj is not natural looking at all which I asked and this haircut is normaly not an hour long by the regular good baeber but I came here for a last minute cut cause they were open... on top of everything they were soo unprofessional and not welcoming at all ! As soon as I walked in not 1 person said hello welcome or hello at all! I sat down and as the empty seats were available the barbers were too busy bullahitting with one another i should have walked out then! Three stars for the three times in the course of one year that my barber's walk-in friend was prioritized over my appointments. There is no excuse to void my appointment schedule over a walk-in. If you have a strict appointment policy, you should abide by it. I would have been ok with it had my barber called me, or communicated with me giving me a heads up and possibly working around my schedule. That defeats the whole purpose of making a scheduled appointment. The first time this happened, I was OK with it because it was a weekend and i had an extra hour to wait around. The second time this happened, same thing. A friend walks in and my barber tells me in person that he has to help that walk-in first because he's been waiting for a week. Kind of a lame excuse because i made an appointment for that specific spot. Fortunately he saw my frustration and was able to work with me by having another barber cut me. Today, after waiting two whole months of not getting a cut because of the whole Covid-19, i was scheduled for an appointment, showed up 10 minutes prior to appointment, ten minutes past my appointment time, he walks out and tells me he has to assist someone else because they had messaged him a week ago. DUDE...i made an appointment!!! If that was the case you should have blocked out that time slot!! I don't have all the time in the world to wait around an hour or two. Enough is enough, I gave this barber shop three chances and it was time I gave feed back. I'm giving this review three stars because the barber's are talented, and good at what they do. I'm being very fair with this review, if it weren't for the barbers I would have left one star, but I want to make it clear that customer service is something this business needs to work on. read more

After a bad experience of getting my haircut where they just shaved my whole head off I decided to join a professional barber club and I was not disappointed with this place at all. They double checked what I wanted three times before they started working they did a great job with shampooing and the shave they got my hardline exactly the way I wanted it and my fade was nice and tight and even. Only charge me $20 for the service and I have a say all the guys there are great but I really do enjoy Bernie for he is simple detailed and doesn't have a lot of pointless conversation, he is just focused on creating his masterpiece. read more

First time here today and had to return to the shop. My initial haircut was from the Ricardo. Throughout the haircut I felt as though he was jamming the clippers into my skull. I had a feeling he messed up my hair and when he showed it to me at the end. I knew I was going to have to come back. I left upset and had breakfast and showered to give the next cut a better look at how he fucked up. Called the shop and the Barber Romero answered. He was very polite and let me know that he was going to get me right. I showed up and as I walked in Ricardo saw me and asked me what was up, as if he didn't give me a half ass haircut. He blamed his shit job on me for not showering before my haircut, acting like he didn't have a spray bottle full of water. I ignored him. Romero helped me out, did what he could, and it turned out alright. My hair is still fucked from the front, but he can't do magic. Best bet is to avoid getting cuts from Ricardo because as Romero was fixing my hair, he walked by on the phone and I overheard someone on the phone tell him that he messed up their hair earlier. Long wait but worth the wait. I went in as a walk in last night. Place was clean and organized. Good size shop and plenty of chairs. I got there late and was expecting to be told, "please come back tomorrow." I waited about 90 min. I was desperate and waited until the last minute and had no appointment so I was okay with it. One of the reasons I waited so long is because these guys are professionals, they take their time to give their customers the best possible cut. They treat their customers as if they are their only customer. They're not trying to race through their clientele giving them sub par service so they can get as many customers as they can. They're fine dining not fast food. They gave me an excellent cut and beard trim. Very happy with my barber, Jay's work. He's the best. He made this feo look like good. Strongly recommend this place. Aracely was my barber and she is amazing her lines were sharp and the cut was clean. my hair is very hard to work with, but when I came into her shop she assured me I had nothing to worry about, and she was right.
