This particular place isn't anything too special, but the prices are fair for the work they do. If you're just looking for a basic haircut, I would recommend it. The only thing I don't understand is their "walk-ins only" policy. The place was pretty busy, and I was in somewhat of a rush, but I decided to wait it out. Then a kid walked in and was allowed to go ahead of everyone who had been waiting. I'm assuming he knew the barber personally, but regardless, that felt very unprofessional. If the policy is walk-ins only, then everyone should be treated fairly and served in the order they arrive. It's frustrating to wait your turn only to have someone cut in front of you. read more

This is my second time taking my son in 1st time i was good with, and also with the price. Now the 2nd time the price was 30$ for a kids hair cut. They can be kinda rude they are not polite there was two barbers that instead of sweeping the hair off the ground they were doing it with the hairdryer I was in front of them. I'm very disappointed with this haircut. I came in after growing my hair out for a long time to fix a previous bad cut and clearly explained what I wanted, including showing a reference picture. None of it was followed. The sides were done completely wrong, with the fade way too high, the shape looking unnatural, and the sides basically shaved instead of blended. The front was also cut way too short even though I asked to keep the length. It really felt like the barber didn't listen, didn't follow directions, and didn't care, just doing whatever they wanted. Not good quality at all had to come home and cut my own hair after. I didn't want the product in my hair but they used it to cover the fact that he cut my hair up too high so when I washed it I had a long strands of hair on my bangs that were severely uneven. lined me up but left a patch on my cheek. just overall the worst haircut I have ever had. I don't usually post a bad review. I have aphasia. Which means I can't talk. I told Teo the barber. Be aware I had long hair going in. I asked him to 11/2 off all the way around and he literally shaved me all over. I know this will go back but I am more than pissed . He can't put the hair back. I have always had a good haircut from you guys. I had long hair in the back and now I have nothing. But a shave head . I am not in a position to say anything. I assume he knew what 11/2 is not shave. Took my grandson for a haircut and the person, a female we've never seen before working in Denise's station, didn't listen to his requests and mine on how he wanted it cut. She cut his hair way too short and brushed it all forwards when he brushes it backwards. $30 for his haircut and not done properly. Sorry Carlos's has now lost two customers as a result of such utter negligence and the price I paid for this service. He's really upset about how short she cut his hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did an amazing job at recreating the picture I showed her. denise never disappoints with my haircuts. i have pretty thick, textured hair and right now i'm growing a mullet, she knows exactly how to stlye my hair without cutting too much. always executes my requests. i usually get a taper on the sides of my hair to shape my head while maintaining the length in the back. overall i'm always beyond satisfied with the work she does, not to mention her hospitality and guest service! super friendly and makes every visit a pleasure! read more

I have been coming to Carlos barber shop for almost 20 yrs never left just changed locations and by far this is the best one for me and my son and his clan of friends that are now gonna be coming here.
