Robert came in and suggested he just give us a fixed price (with better fixtures) so there's no confusion. We were fine with that and were pleasantly surprised when his fixed price was at the very low end of the spread we expected. He also had to repair a broken underground line at no added charge and the outcome is better than the original. Robert was great to work with, a very nice guy, and very honest and forthcoming.
