Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. She encouraged me to book again with different cleaners, but when I messaged her to do that, she never responded. Bad business practices. You probably shouldn't give an appointment slot and just provide a window time. Between 1-2pm or 4-5, etcetera. I did not do the deep cleaning because I didn't have time to organize the bedrooms. They did the downstairs and both of my bathrooms. The bathrooms were done really really well. They cleaned the kitchen too, and I can't even believe they washed and put a sink full of dishes in the dishwasher and unloaded my dishwasher, that was a significant lift. I have hardwood floors all throughout and I couldn't really tell if they mopped the floors or not. I saw some stains that were inside before I left and still there when I came back. That and the tardiness is the only reason why I won't give it five stars.

They were efficient in their cleaning and tackled more than I expected: cleaning the stove grates, inside the oven, inside kitchen cabinets, dining room light fixture, and even some of the waist level trim in our dining room. Some fine detailing (base trims, electrical outlets, walls) were not done, but that is something i would categorized as a deep clean so that was fine by me. Halfway through (when they were done with the finished basement) they asked me to inspect their work and to tell them if they missed anything. I really appreciated that offer! I commented on a couple of things and they were happy to address them. I definitely think I'll use their service again! Great value for great work. I asked them to send someone else. I loved the second cleaner and had her for the longest time and she randomly stopped coming. They never even told me if they fired her or she left. I asked them to please not send anyone else besides her because she was the only one who did a good job. After a few times of her not showing up (they pretended she was just sick and kept sending other people) they had to fess up that she no longer worked there. Every person besides this one girl did horrible work. The company has so much turnover that I believe they also have bad working conditions. I think the owners pocket most of the money and pay their employees poorly which is why they cannot retain staff. I clearly wrote in the messages (screenshot attached below) that I cancelled service. They will do anything not to wrong their rights or help their customers. The cleaner literally admitted to me her vacuum was broken and the owner then claimed that was a lie and it worked fine. I then vacuumed myself with my own vacuum because I didn't want to leave my house so filthy after paying to have a poor job done. What pictures can I send if I already did YOUR job? Anna and John are so unprofessional and do not care about customer service. All the workers are very sweet but they don't stay with the company due to the horrible management practices. I have been thinking about getting a new company for a while but it's been easier to just have them come biweekly. I had Ohla who was the BEST ever. She stopped working there and they didn't tell me until after sending someone to my house that I didn't know or approve. Today they sent someone new again and they didn't have a working vacuum. Mine was not charged so they couldn't even finish the job. I reached out to Anna and she said that they take care of their vacuums so it's not possible that the rug wasn't clean. I had to vacuum the house myself and asked them for a discount on my next service. She asked for photos and I said I already cleaned it myself when the cleaner left. I pay EXTRA to have them come with all the equipment and supplies. They just do what they want and do NOT care about customer service. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve Anna basically just said "okay cancel". After 3 years this is how you treat your customers? Okay I will make sure everyone in Chicago knows you guys have horrible business practices and treat your employees and customers like garbage. This is not the first time I have had issues with them but I have let a lot go. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Don't even care enough to pick up the phone and talk to your customers just cancel and be rude via text. DO not use this company. It's not worth the headache even though they do have a few employees who do a good job.
