Went to Miami Bch for the weekend and made an appt. at Empire Ink March 29th they require a $50 deposit to make an appt. My appt. was at 11am March 31st. Gio was the first artist to show up, I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He quoted me $500 I said okay, Isabelle took my payment before he started and asked about the tip for Gio, I said I'll wait and decide. He drew the design then printed the decal. Then we started the process. I love my tattoo but once I got home realized the deposit which I put on a different credit card had not been credited toward the $500. I called spoke to Mike then spoke to Christ and to Isabelle. She said Gio deducted the $50 deposit, I said he should have mentioned that before we started. I used their ATM machine after he was finished and gave him a $100 tip. I'm happy with the tattoo but feel the communication about the deposit should have more up front.

Unfortunately, my forward helix was done on Friday, 8/22 at Empire Ink Tattoo and the back/exit has already closed. I was not shown where the mark on my ear was made with a mirror before the piercing was done and there was no back placed on the earring to secure it from falling out. In fact, the Jewelry (pic attached) was cut shorter and bent by the artist, as it was in my fresh piercing (ouch!) I was not given after care instructions and returned to the shop when I realized he failed to give me any direction or recommend a solution to clean it with. I was visiting FL for the weekend and cannot return to the shop to follow up with them. After the piercing came out on its own on Tuesday, 8/25 (time stamp shown in attached photo), I went to a piercing/tattoo location in my vicinity. They confirmed it was done with the incorrect jewelry, the back of my ear had closed and the earring was just sitting in there (creating a hole with no exit). Not only was this experience a waste of my time, but also money lost and physical pain/discomfort. Although the host (not the piercer) was friendly and provided me with aftercare instructions after I went back, I would not advise patronizing this establishment.

The vibe was super cool and so was the staff. My tattoo artist was 10/10. I couldn't ask for a better guy. Ask for Yoisel, he will get you right!

My wife and I flew into Florida for a long weekend in the Keys and decided to stop by South Beach Miami and look around on our way down. At around 10:30 am, we happened upon Empire Ink and saw they were open already. Did a quick search for reviews and found them to be very reputable, so we popped in. A little over an hour later we had the matching tattoos we'd been talking about getting for a while. I don't have anything negative to say, the experience was great, the facility was spotless and very neatly decorated and the artist was friendly. Their great work might be just the excuse I need for more long weekends in South Florida!

So far so good here. We had @darcanthony do me and my friends tattoos and we are loving them. His lines are clean and he took a lot of care in ensuring everything was sanitary. We were 4 walk ins so it did take forever to get in the actual chair but once we were in, we were out in no time. My tattoo cost $80 and my two friends (quote on hip/ dragon on bicep) cost $100. My other friend got two tiny finger tattoos and it was also $80. I will update my review in 2 weeks with how it heals.

Came in to get my friend nose pierced and Caro was amazing and friendly. The shop was clean and the staff was great! If I lived here in Miami I would definitely make this my tattoo shop!!

After much research, I landed with Empire, met Steve and had a great experience. The concepts of what I wanted was in my head but still was not sure how to bring it all together. After meeting Steve, we talked about what I wanted, he designed it and I love it! Funny thing is, I went in not thinking about a sleeve but loved his idea so much I had to get it done. Steve even researched with me, the cultural and symbolic "trident" and "om or aum" to ensure accuracy and staying true to its meaning, within its design. I strongly recommend this place - very clean, friendly and professional staff and cool shop experience. Thanks for everything Steve - I will be back for sure, we have more work to do!

WORST PIERCING EXPERIENCE EVER. Came here after researching online. Got great reviews on Yelp and google, well, they were wrong. Walked in wanting my 2nd nose piercing after having my existing for over 20+yrs. I choose the jewelry, and replacement for my existing so they vibe AND paid a tip AHEAD of the procedure (really?!?) A tattoo artist (didn't know at that moment) comes from the back space. Puts gloves on. ZERO personality. Does not even introduce himself. I try and break him with my wit, cracking jokes. NOTHING. He asked me what we're doing, I tell him. We don't agree on placement but we put several marker dots on my nose. I am unsure and I am not taking an unusual long period of time decide. Even if I was, so what, it's your job and I have to live with it. I called some of the people from behind the desk to ask for other opinions. The "piercer" whom I never learn his name, grows agitated and tells me that he doesn't have a lot of time because he has to finish a tattoo in the back. WHAT?!?!? Excuse me. You what? He takes his gloves off, being impatient with me & leaves. I have been pierced by some of the best top-notch places including Maria Tash in New York City. This was sub par to say the least. Not welcoming, embarrassing and no experience but an awful one. If they can't afford a regular piercer they should not offer piercing services let alone have a person like this employed in a business that is trying to turn a profit and offer a service. DISGUSTING. I immediately asked for my money back which turned into a whole other waiting game needing to call the owner etc. DO NOT patronize this business. Attached you will see my receipt getting my $ refunded. What a sham.

Awesome. Came in for a walk/in and was treated great immediately. Have the artist some freedom and the results were epic.

They are all so professional and knowledgeable. All my piercings have healed well and if I do ever run into an issue, they are always quick to respond. Today I got two stacked lobe and my septum pierced, all by Noel. He was super kind (and funny) from the moment we entered the shop. The piercing process itself was a breeze. I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about this shop and I recommend them to every person that tells me they're looking to get pierced.

He took the time to help me choose the perfect piece of jewelry and even placed small dots on my ear so I could visualize different placement options before committing. That made such a difference and showed how much he cares about getting it right. I ended up choosing a conch piercing and I'm so happy with it, it's unique and exactly what I wanted. The process was quick, easy, and honestly much less painful than I expected. The studio was very clean and felt safe and professional throughout. I also love the gorgeous gold piece Noel helped me pick out. It looks like little stars or a twig/branch depending on how you see it, and it's absolutely beautiful. If you're considering a piercing, I highly recommend coming here. Noel made the whole experience comfortable, fun, and memorable!
