This time we got two club Supremes and hubby wanted a hot sandwich but they said it was a 20 to 25 minute wait, so I just changed the sandwich to one I thought he would enjoy. I almost feel like they need to stop to go orders at the lunch rush because it's just a lot for them until they get things mastered. I did notice an employee writing up orders and using the same glove he had to cut bread. I feel that that's not very sanitary. No,"Someone will be right with you" No apology for the wait time. She offered me a coffee instead of the Americano I paid for, then I thought I paid via card, but I paid cash. The cashier couldn't tell on his end that I paid cash. $6.50. No customer awareness. I won't be back. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this crew was awful... Really bad look for those people. There was a hint of sweetness to the corned beef and the cabbage was cooked to perfection. They gave a sale was a superb green dressing and the dessert was to die for!
