Soooo, I decided to give them a good one seeing I've never had anything but good service there. Parking? There's plenty. They do only have about 5 spots directly in front of the building, but they do have a side lot that probably holds another 5 with a separate lot for employees across the street. I've never seen more than a handful of customers in there at a time and there's only a few employees usually working at any given time. I love the convenience of renewing my license there instead of driving through several towns to the registry of motor vehicles. My mom also used them to register her car. They also have given me information and maps of places we're planning on visiting. Everyone who works there is helpful and friendly.

Called for Roadside Service to the main number at 2:30 pm and was told they would be there at…read more3:17Pm for a priority lock out as my dogs were locked in my vehicle with it running. 2.5 hours later no one came and after two more phone calls and just being yanked around by nonsense I had to call 911 for the fire department to come to the rescue. They were there in 5 minutes while the tow truck driver from Triple A said he would be 40 minutes out....what a useless service and I will not be renewing my membership to this scam of a company. All they want to do is upsell you and try and get to buy into their junk.

He was polite and charming on our wedding day. When I got in the limo after our service to be transported to the reception, I realized I had hardly eaten all day and was starving- Mike gave me a snack! It was so thoughtful. On the admin end, Regis was prompt to answer emails and phone calls. They were reasonably priced. I had no issues whatsoever.

They were very kind and courteous and offered cold waters to all our guests, and to help us load up wedding favors and all the stuff we would be taking back to the hotel at the end of the night. Lorraine's knowledge of the area was extensive and she got us INCREDIBLE deals on flights and hotels. She was even able to accommodate special requests such as needing exit rows (my husband is very tall and needs the legroom for a long flight). As someone who had never used a travel agent before and always thought it may be cost prohibitive, I was wrong! Lorraine was able to keep us under budget so that we had extra money to do little excursion tours to the Roman Forum, the Vatican, and Pompeii (all bucket list places for me!). She also was able to advise when tours weren't really necessary - our trip to Capri was a good example - we were able to easily tour the island ourselves and take a ferry. Above all, she made it so easy - presenting options clearly and booking everything quickly. The itinerary she gave us to follow was top-notch and had all necessary contact info on it. I really can't say enough good things about Lorraine - she made my dream trip a reality!
