I was warned at the end by Dr. Bressman that his office has in the past accidently billed customers who had a voucher for his services. I signed paperwork saying I would not be billed blah blah. Well lo and behold, I get a bill a few months later for $1124.00. I wouldn't be so upset about this situation if A. His office would respond to my numerous calls and take care of the problem and B. This same situation happened to my aunt with ALVC and they sent her to collections and she has been fighting it for six months. This service is by no means worth $1124, and if it was, would they really be offering a Amazon Local voucher for a little over $100? I am a hairdresser and my salon offers Groupons and Living Socials and you collect half of what the offer is. So trust me, he's not doing $1124 worth of work for about $55. And if your staff keeps billing customers wouldn't you correct the issue already? And they do not send out bills directly, they bill from a third party agency. So you cannot just call the number on your bill and speak to an agent to have it corrected. You need to get a hold of someone at Dr. Bressmans office. So do yourself a favor and don't go here. The doctor seemed nice enough, but going through this BS is never ever worth it.

Since my dr office wasn't much help. I'm so glad I went to FSA! The office staff was so kind and helpful. Nancy measured me for compression stockings even tho I'm not their patient....(yet). She also helped me by looking online to find a "silk foot glider", to make it easier to put on my compression stockings. As I went up front to pay for them, Maribel took care of me. i started asking questions, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable! I feel so much more informed. My own vascular surgeons office, knows nothing! No resources either. They just tell me to go online and order knee highs. But on doing research and speaking with FSA, Thigh high compression is needed, since the procedure I had went all the way up my leg. Maribel is checking to see if my current medical group will let me come there to FSA moving forward. She will let me know.

They told me I'd have to pay cash-out of pocket at a cost of $2,750.00 which left me speechless cuz I spend a fortune in healthcare insurance. So I called my insurance company, they said the CPT code is 55000, that my insurance covered 60% of it and I would be looking at an out-of-pocket cost of $405. Don't believe a thing these disingenuous people tell you...they spew bovine excrement in the most professional tone imaginable. Glad I checked. Shame on your people!
