Two days before my appointment, she texted me to say her husband's parents are having a 50th anniversary party and he just told her. I had even reached out to her asking if she could do my hair a few weeks prior as I could barely wait this long. My roots are overgrown and the last hairstylist did not cut my hair evenly so as a working professional, I really needed someone to fix my cut and touch up my severely overgrown roots. I would have understood if she was sick or her kid was sick but this reason is absolutely ridiculous. Poor planning on her part should not constitute a cancellation. Beware of signing up for her!
