EXTREMELY DISAPPPOINTED in Ayren Williams. I had an appointment with her for a Saturday for 6-8 weeks in advance. Having a hard time finding anyone reliable here in Nevada to do my hair to start. Two days before my appointment, she texted me to say her husband's parents are having a 50th anniversary party and he just told her. I had even reached out to her asking if she could do my hair a few weeks prior as I could barely wait this long. My roots are overgrown and the last hairstylist did not cut my hair evenly so as a working professional, I really needed someone to fix my cut and touch up my severely overgrown roots. I would have understood if she was sick or her kid was sick but this reason is absolutely ridiculous. Poor planning on her part should not constitute a cancellation. Beware of signing up for her! The sole job of a hairstylist is to coordinate calendars. It's not rocket science. Will NEVER RECOMMEND AYREN WILLIAMS TO ANYONE! Upon looking for Salons on Yelp, I stumbled across Posare Salon in the Centennial Hills area. I had called Posare Salon and the team was able to get me in within the week, booked with Sandy. This location is off of the 95/Durango next to Albertsons. There is ample amount of parking available. My appointment was at 2:30. The doors for Posare Salon are locked. You'll want to make sure to arrive at the appointment time. The owner just recently remodeled Posare Salon and it looks amazing inside! Sandy was able to restore my hair color and the design came out phenomenal! I'd highly recommend Sandy if you're looking to get hair treatment done! It took approximately two hours to do a full color, but it was completely worth it! read more

Hair was unevenly cut by scissors that within 7 days my hair looked ragged Personality of stylist was good, facility was clean But if the stylist cannot cut a man's hair with Scissors, who cares about the other things If you just want clipper cut and shave off the hair, probably not a concern But if you like short hair with a polished finished, this requires skill. I`m fairly new to the Las Vegas area, so I`ve been putting off finding a new stylist for a while because I was with my stylist in Reno for 7 years. I don`t do change well. I almost considered flying to Reno just for a haircut, but I was like "Come on, self, don`t be silly. Or be silly, but really?". I spent some time Yelping some places near me that could accommodate my schedule and I found some reviews about how great Donna Klein was. I called Fx You salon initially, but found out they were closing, BUT Donna happened to answer the phone and let me know she would be moving over to Posare Salon, which is really close to me. She was able to schedule me on a Saturday(which is perfect because I work M-F). Donna was easy to talk to on the phone, she made sure I knew where she was going to be, and she sent me a text message the day before to confirm. I initially went to Donna for a haircut and she did a great job. She is VERY thorough with her work and takes her time. You'll get no rushed mess here. She wants you to really love the style and she does not hesitate to alter it if it isn`t to your liking. She is fun and easy to talk to but she also doesn't talk your ear off. I like to sometimes enjoy some quiet while I get my hair cut and she struck a good balance between chatting and quiet.Thank goodness! I went back to Donna this weekend for some balayage action and Donna was amazing again. She was on time to our appointment and she was ready to get started. Again, VERY thorough, wanted me to be happy with my hair, possesses a great deal of skill with hair and technique, and she even offered to do a follow-up appointment with me if my hair was not done to my satisfaction. Afterwards, she followed up with a very nice text message, thanking me for coming in and letting me know I could contact her whenever for another appointment. My hair looks great. I`m very happy with Donna's work and I suspect she will be my stylist during my time here in Las Vegas. If you're looking for a stylist, see Donna. Definitely pleased with my fabulous hair. I did a walk-in because I am new to Las Vegas, moved in January 14th for a new job. Only ask for Sherri! She new exactly how to match my old color. I had a layered haircut and a partial highlight. I am very picky with who does my hair and reluctant to try just anybody, but I am glad I took the chance with Sherri. She was very honest in telling me where most of my damage was how she could fix it. I told her that I wanted to keep my length and add more layers. Going here I remember, back in September. While working in Nevada from June to November, I got two haircuts. The first was at a supercuts, after that my hair became super messed up. I have had good experiences at supercuts but that one...nope. So one of my good friends, Eadie, recommended Posare Salon and recommended Deborah Poblocki. In this job I was working from June to November, I was working 12 hours a day and seven days a week, part of it in the 100-110 degree heat so I needed a haircut and was very excited. I also needed my eyebrows done, I had to up my standards. Deborah took care of everything. She got my eyebrows done perfectly, she got my hair cut perfectly and she was a perfect conversationalist. Eadie deserves a big thank you for the recommendation and Deborah gets a big thank you for the haircut. I went for highlights for my daughter last Saturday, and that was the worst experience ever! My daughter, who's 16 years old, always does blonde highlights, this time she asked just for one tone lighter. Usually she had number 8. So her hairstylist named MEGHAN decided to use number 12, and toner, and she turned her hair ORANGE! Worst experience ever. But even worse was the way that she handle it! She was laughing and told me that was my daughter 's fault because she wanted to go lighter. At the end she asked me do Not saying anything at the front desk because she wasn't feel like! She charged me $130 for her useless job and she did not even apologize! Of course today, we went to a different hair salon and we fixed everything from the very beginning, I paid $200 but it was a completely different outcome. All of my friends are telling to go back and ask for my money, but I ignore MEGHAN from Posare Salon completely because she doesn't deserve a penny. Avoid MEGHAN totally, unless if you want to turn orange and deal with her irony at the end! She's not professional in any aspect. read more
