I had a great experience with this company. I called because the track lighting in my loft had…read morestarted flickering after I replaced the old fixtures with LEDs. The system dates back to around 2000, and I assumed the old track itself was incompatible with the newer LED fixtures and would need to be upgraded or replaced. The electrician could easily have sold me on a much larger and more expensive project. Instead, he actually diagnosed the problem. He noticed that the lights were stable when the dimmer was turned all the way up and determined that the track system itself was perfectly fine--the problem was that the fixtures/system weren't designed to be dimmed. He replaced the dimmer with a simple on/off switch, and the flickering disappeared completely. I especially appreciated that he found the simplest correct solution rather than recommending unnecessary work. Knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. I would absolutely call this company again.
