When I called to complain and request a refund the manager Sarah was extremely rude and belligerent. She said it was my fault for telling them to cut him short and that he was very knotted. My normal groomer is Le Beastro in Rye and they always do a beautiful job and he has been much more knotted than this time, Difference is that they take the time to brush him. Owner was no better, insisted it was my fault! Never have I had such a bad experience and not to be given credit for the $90 I spent is ridiculous , horrible customer service, so now I spent over $200 for this grooming and have a poor bleeding dog, they should be ashamed of themselves! I only went there the 1st time because they were the only groomers I could find during the lockdown, I should have read the last review. She responded to my initial email request from their site pretty quickly and then was SUPER responsive. She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked! She was super personable and a huge animal lover and I'll definitely be using her for future cat sitting visits :)
