I have lived here for exactly one month - and here is my opinion on the reviews I've read and what I've actually seen. My move in was made extremely easy by Leah and Nicole. Top notch! They were helpful and nothing short of amazing for a first time apartment renter. The walk through upon moving in was exactly how I thought it would be - minor things here and there but were fixed either immediately or I was kept apprised of when it would be fixed. If there was one thing I could say about the gals in the office - it is hit and miss for them to answer the phone. So in that event if you have something pressing you'll need to walk to the office to address it. I have dealt with three men from maintenance and they were helpful, and extremely kind. They made me feel like even the smallest task is not an issue and they are here to help which is exactly how it should be. Now - here is my take on fellow renters. My first night sleeping at the apartment left me scratching my head. At 2am a young gentleman fired up probably the loudest illegal mufflers I've ever heard and then proceeded to play "Hey There Delilah" for the whole duration of the song. What can ya do but grit your teeth and bear it. Another issue I've noticed - people illegally parking in front of their closed garage which makes it extremely difficult to pull in to your own garage. Lastly - the rules for the trash concierge is one bag, with only two non-pick up days. But renters will stack multiple bags as well as leave their trash out on the days there is no pick up. So here is my two cents - before we slam the girls in the office, or the maintenance men let's point a finger at renters making it extremely hard for these people to do their job diligently. So far so good as far as I'm concerned, but I will report if there are any issues. read more

Parking is a nightmare, far from sufficient parking for tenants and no room for guest. Also, they have a Nazi tow company that was strike and take in a heartbeat with posted wrong numbers of retrieve your vehicle very hard to find the company that takes your vehicle 30 miles away from the location. I DONT RECOMMEND TO LIVE HERE IT IS NOT SAFE. This place is far from luxurious. In the past month, there have been three car break-ins, and the mailboxes have been vandalized. The staff is utterly clueless and indifferent, likely because they only pay half the rent for living here. The front gate has been broken for what feels like an eternity, leaving residents vulnerable. On top of that, they hit you with outrageous fees in addition to your utilities. Parking is a nightmare--be prepared to trek a mile just to find a spot. I strongly advise against living here; it's unsafe and has a rundown, ghetto vibe. It won't at first but give it time. The constant smell of weed only adds to the unpleasant atmosphere. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. read more

To start off, although the landscaping and aesthetics are nice and appealing, the experience with Greystar and staff have been very poor. It's very hard to understand the pain before you live at Encanto Dos Lagos but all the complaints I've read on Encanto are accurate and true. The gate is always broken - unsafe. Maintenance takes weeks to fix work orders. Rent is always increased to the max it can seemingly annually. After moving, Greystar stacks up hundreds and hundreds of "damages" to your lease agreement after final inspection which leaves a sour taste cause, again, it only seems they're interested in the your money vs your experience there. (We took excellent care of our place). We took a video before we left and they claimed the walls needed to be repainted, carpet needed to be replaced for damages, etc. Doesn't seem fair/right. Very unprofessional and hope you choose another place to live. read more

I've been a resident at Encanto since September, 2015 and while I've enjoyed my continued stay overall, I've been particularly impressed with the new maintenance team and Kyle at the helm. In the past, maintenance requests were typically slow to respond where several days or even a week was not uncommon. Since Kyle has has taken over, he has distinguished himself as a reliable and effective leader with superb communication and organizational skills. As a result, my service requests have been addressed promptly. Kyle exhibits the qualities of all Great managers, he is respectful, diligent, and communicates every step of the way whenever there is an issue. Recently I had an issue with my air conditioner which had been continuously running throughout the day and unable to keep my unit cool. I suffered with this issue for years however, it became progressively worse this summer. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Kyle addressed my request within one day. The very next day I was met by a technician who after inspection determined the air conditioner was inadequate for the size of my unit. This was an issue that I've suffered with for over 9 years!! The following day Kyle dispatched HVAC technicians who replaced the unit with an appropriate one. This is absolutely unheard of service and I am most grateful to Kyle and his team because of it. In the past, and because my air conditioner was running non stop 24 hours a day, my electric bill during the peak of the summer season, was well over $200 dollars a month. And that's while keeping the thermostat at no lower than 78 degrees!! Kyle, You are the quintessential professional who sets the bar for what great leadership looks like. Moved in here almost 4 months ago and we have absolutely loved living here. I keep saying I could live here forever. We were blessed with a view of the golf course and super friendly neighbors all around. Management and maintenance have been extremely accommodating, they make sure we have everything we need to live comfortably, and they've made sure of that since we moved in. Britni, Kyle, Dominic, and Luis have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. Whenever we have had to put in a maintenance request, they always greet us by name when they arrive. The views and vibes we get from living on the back side of the complex with the golf course view is literally like a resort or an oasis. The landscaping here is beautiful and is kept very maintained. We love Tuesday Night Taco Nights and we can't wait to enjoy the pool this summer! We highly highly recommend living in Encanto, this has been a 360 change from where we used to live in Riverside. Oooh boy howdy, do I have some news for you! You will absolutely love your nice mice infested stay here at Encanto! See the beautiful traps you have to lay around on your floor and the glowing yellow soot that they have around their units as a result of it! Doesn't matter how much you clean or that you never use or received a valet waste bin! They will charge you anyway! Isn't that so exciting? Parking? Who needs it? You'll get a delightful sticker super glued to the window of your brand new car as a result of their incompetence! The best part about this property is that people always seem to be out of the office and wooo the whole street is blacked out during those enchanting 16 hour power outages. Vehicles getting broken into? You bet yah! We have it all here at Encanto! This is a quality and quaint location for you and yours if you enjoy pests, terrible service, power outages, no amenities, no parking and people taking your money!!! Act fast! The only bad review I have given in my life. Check my review history. This is not a company that tries to set themselves apart to be better. They do the bare minimum. 1. Pool parties with non- residents for 8 hour day pool parties constantly. 2. Maintenance requests do not get completed unless you follow up and call the office. One of mine sat for weeks, a bad smelling leak under the sink took a week for it to be fixed. 3. Pool parties after hours with loud music 4. Garage got broken into. Police and Insurance notified. Told the office. Now my Insurance is getting canceled because of this. 5. Garage break in #2. Called the management office. They had no documentation of my first break in. They said they have no control of this, told me to call the police and they let me know that they are not liable for any of my losses by sending me the wording of the lease (no compassion what so ever) 6. When we ask management to try fix these issues it gets over looked and nothing gets done. No actions set in play. 7. They are very short staffed, 4 managers changes (at least) in the 2 years I have lived here, hence customer service gets a 1 rating. Most of the time living here we have not had a property manager. Arlene the Assistant Manager is rude on the phone and has no empathy or compassion. 8. Raised my rent 10% after the first year of living here. (they want top dollar though) 9.Very frustrating experience living here 10. Seems like they just want us to pay rent and shut our mouths. This review is the customer service I received from the leasing office or shall I say lack of :) I take communication very seriously especially when money is involved. When looking for places to live it's supposed to be an organized experience, well it's been that way for the past Idk 19 years of living on my own. I moved to Corona in 2016 these apartments were actually on my list but they never had any vacancies and I was in a rush to move. Finally a vacancy I applied online 01/04/2022 received a generic response to please contact the office as I do have a block on my credit report (fraud alert) that slipped my mind. Now I have previously rented a greystar property for 15 months always on time never had any issues. I called the office after three hours of trying because the phone rang the entire time someone finally picked up I said hello I applied online and....immediately I was cutoff ok we will look and get back to you. I'm like ok we'll my name is and she again cut me off ok you'll get an email in 30 min from applying. Before I could say I applied well over 3 hours ago she hung up. I logged back on uploaded my pay stubs I called back someone else answered I said my name is...yes can I help you yes I applied and uploaded my check stubs. Her response oh email them, sure I don't want any issues I did just that. Fast forward 01/06 I reached out again did you receive my check stubs no response to my email so I called again no one answers the phone. Finally someone responded to my email "Thank you we got it" haven't heard from them yet again by the 7th I called again thank goodness Ariel answered she greeted me and said ok I will work on your file I said huh?! I thought...I said ok great. She immediately says we just need your check stubs I'm like no way I sent that already on the 4th she said oh ok umm I see. Well let your employer know we will be reaching out. An hour later she sends a response to an email I sent prior let your job know we sent it to them(email). My job calls me on this past Monday saying they received a request on Sat hmmm they're closed I mean cmon I work for the government. Here it is 1/14/2022 and NOTHING! No one has made any attempts to reach me, no follow up, nothing at all. I am now at day 10 that's the day they said they'll have my file complete and NOTHING! Why would I even want to move here and you people can't respond to a phone call or email. The lack of urgency is mind boggling these people are NOT PROFESSIONAL, poor communicators . Now I have to get someone to jump through hoops to get me my 100$ back since they failed to get the job done in 10 days. I have already reported this foolishness to the corporate office let's see how long that takes. My experience was horrible. The staff is unprofessional and lazy. They all say something different at the expense of the tenants. The manager can care less. I would not recommend this place. Communication does not exist. Rebecca told us one thing and would not take responsibility even when was presented with her own documentation costing me not just a hundred dollars but thousands of dollars. I just relocated to Encanto and have been blown away by the amount of professionalism and attention I've gotten so far. My initial visit to view Encanto was promptly followed up with personal emails and calls by Kaylee and Arriel at the leasing office. They simplified and streamlined the whole renting process. Let's not forget about the maintenance staff; they are very friendly and prompt to fill orders! One of them is pretty skilled at playing the trumpet. I love how the apartment is open and modern. The physical space is stunning both within the apartment and outdoors in the communal areas. I enjoy strolling my dog along the golf course and watching the sunrise in the mornings, as well as walking across the streets to the shops and the lake for fun date nights. Overall, I am pleased with my decision to relocate to Encanto. I am overjoyed and feel truly at home! read more

I lived at the Encanto apartments for only a year and moved out in June. To ensure I wasn't overreacting to my experience, I had to take a step back before I wrote out this review. The outside looks great and it's in a great area. That's about where it ends. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place for my friends/family to rent. When I was there, there were power outages multiple times a month which is not ideal because I was working from home. I understand that that was not the complex's fault but the way it was handled was very unprofessional. I would walk to the front office to confirm if it was a grid outage or complex and the front office gentleman was incredibly rude each time. The garages do not come with a key to access your car from the outside so you have to call the maintenance team and wait for them to open your garage during those outages. Front staff was not very helpful but I would have to exclude Rebecca from that; she always made sure to help me the best she could and I could depend on her to follow up with me. The others, not so much. They made it seem like it was an inconvenience when you would reach out if anything was wrong. For the year that I lived there, the front gate was easily broken for half the year. There would be random people that would come on the property and hover around cars. I was followed multiple times by homeless people when going to my car. They say they have security but they really don't. They have a car that comes and drives the property and leaves. Not to mention people would go through the trash bins looking through peoples mail. Parking is a joke. Because of the lack of parking people would park in front of others garages and you would not be able to get your own car out. If you called the front office they wouldn't do anything about it. This happened to me multiple times and it took me having to constantly bug the front office to call the person parked in front of my garage in order for them to do anything about it. They encouraged me not to call the towing company and they "would handle it" which they rarely did unless I called them constantly. I paid too much money for rent to not be able to access my garage and get to the places I need too. The positive, the maintenance team is a dream! Every interaction I had with them was a super positive experience. When the power went out and they had to manually open everyone's garages that needed to get to work early in the morning they would be running around the property to ensure everyone was able to get to their cars. They went the extra mile. The only reason I gave this property an extra star is because of the maintenance team and the hospitality of Rebecca's customer service. I have lived at the Encanto apartments for nearly 2 years and have never been late on paying my rent. I had been very happy in my apartment until I received a notice of a non-renewal of my lease the day before I had a chance to sign a new contract or go month to month. After speaking with Rosa Blas (assistant manager) about my non-renewal, she explained to me that there was an incident at the pool during the summer in which Rosa blamed me for the incident without any investigation. I then attempted to contact Rosa's regional manager Christian Webb who never returned a single phone call or email despite my many attempts for assistance. I am in the service industry and customer service at my place of employment, but here at Greystar, customer service does not exist. Rosa never investigated the "incident", I was never contacted by management or onsite staff and was taken by complete surprise of this accusation. With only 90 days to move me and my children. As a single mother of 2 this has caused extreme stress. I feel as if I have been discriminated and targeted, Especially from Rosa Blas. As the result of Rosa and Christian Webb ( regional manager)unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, this has placed such undue stress on me and my family, forcefully having to move out. I didn't deserve this. It is amazing that such a big corporate company as Greystar allow for people like this to be employed. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I DONT THIS TO HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE! read more

Helping a friend find a new home in the IE has been stressful and not as fun as I thought it would be. Until we dropped by Encanto, which is conveniently located in Corona off the 15, and met Kaylee. She took time out of her crazy busy day to show us a lovely flat with many amenities. The phones seemed quite busy that afternoon, and Kaylee was able to keep up with them and answer every question we tossed her way with a smile. Swing by for a tour and ask for Kaylee! If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so unhappy with the way Greystar employees treat customers. I have been to multiple Greystar apartment complexes and there hasn't been one that has treated me with respect. I also have a friend that lives here who has issue after issue and no one has ever once tried to figure things out for her. To the Greystar people that will reply back with the same response "we are sorry you had a negative experience. Ac doesn't work in the town homes. No parking. Dogs poo everywhere . And ant issues.. there's a trash fee which range from 20 to 40 dollars. I lived at Encanto at Dos Lagos for one year. I lived there by myself. When I moved in I spent a half day cleaning the place (what a mess) just so I could move my stuff in. I paid my bill in advance every single month. The trash valet service would be nice if you could opt out. I typically had one bag of trash each week and paid the same amount as a family of 5 for this privilege. I would have rather dropped my one bag a week in the trash myself. I turned in my keys on April 30th of March and paid and gave notice thru April 30. I left the place much cleaner then the condition I received it in (it was move in ready) and Management kept my entire deposit. As if this was not bad enough they billed me for the trash service for the month of April and I wasn't even there. Dogs defecate everywhere, people park between buildings making it difficult to even park in the garage you are paying for. There was a lady living in a car on the property for who knows how long. People come into the property and dig thru trash and vandalize cars. If you move here be prepared to lose your security deposit. Lastly, the traffic is horrible in this area find a better place to live. read more

I cut and pasted it from an actual unhappy residents post on Encanto residents portal: "Per the parking problems in the community; What are we supposed to do when we can't get in our garage to park? I've been here since 2018 and have had numerous problems with my garage unit not working right. I've missed many days of work because of this, and have had to park behind my garage on some occasions because the parking lot is full by the time I get home from work. The Manager here said the last time it didn't work that Encanto wasn't going to fix it anymore, and that I can call and pay someone to fix it if I want it fixed. That can't be right. I don't own my apartment. Right now we have a car stuck in there and nobody has responded to my service emails to open the garage. How does this happen here? What are we supposed to do when there's no parking available? How do we get in our garage if maintenance won't open it? Call Corona PD? In about September/October Encanto management sent out and email saying they would be checking every garage to make sure they were being used for vehicles and not storage. The garage checks were on a Thursday, my boyfriend had left Friday morning for work and came back that night and all of his work tools were stolen out of the garage. The following morning he called the management office and they even told him how the only people who have access into the garages are maintenance because it requires a key to open manually and they will look into it. After numerous times of contacting the office again, they told us there's nothing they could do. Lastnight one of our vehicles were broken into and the one parked next to us as well. We called the office and they asked us where we were parked so they could have someone go clean up the glass. There is no security here and no cameras at all. We pay entirely too much money for these things to happen. We also called to have maintenance change the air conditioning filter and they never came. There are fist fights and partying in the pool with inappropriate music. There is no parking anytime after 5pm weekdays and weekends. You cannot park outside the gates or in front of your own garage or your vehicle will be towed. Do not waste your money on these apartments!! read more

Worst worst experience with this apartment complex. Initially after visiting the apartment, we fell in love with it. The lady, Rebecca showed us the " Augusta" floor plan and we were pretty impressed however we needed it for October ending and we were told to keep checking online. I have to be honest she was very nice and professional. Forward about 3wks later . I was sooo excited to find out that the Augusta was available. Hubby started the application, called and spoke to one of their representative and started the application . They had asked us to send our pay stub and other paper work which my husband sent immediately via email.. after sending all our personal information, my hubby called to confirm they got it just to be told by another representative that the apartment is no longer available!!! Really? Wow....still speechless ...no one deserves to be treated this way ...no one... im just sooo upset because I'm 7.5 months pregnant...and despite how sick i was that day, gathered all the information needed to secure the place only to find out its not available? So why give us the run around? Sooo unprofessional... read more

I'll first start with some positives. The apartments themselves are nice and conveniently located right across the street from Dos Lagos. The pool area has a resort style feel to it, and is great for lounging during the summer. They also have a small gym which is useful. Now the negatives. The power goes out about 2-3 times per month. Sometimes you can flip a switch on the breaker and be fine, but other times you have to wait for a few hours. If you want to take a warm shower, it takes about 5-7 mins for the water to heat up to a reasonable level. The washer and dryer in the apartment are pretty terrible too, and drying a medium sized load of clothes takes a minimum of 2 full drying cycles, and often more. This has nothing to do with the apartment, but the traffic on the 15 in this area is horrendous as well, and makes traveling anywhere a hassle. read more

I hate it here!!! This place is literally THE GHETTO!!! And the management does not give a hell about tenants. Especially the property manager, who has absolutely no follow through with complaints. VERT UNPROFESSIONAL!! On the surface, the property looks beautiful, but once you actually move in, you see just how I kept things are. Trash all on the premises. dog SHIT everywhere, and while it's a gated community, there are all types of stragglers allowed to post up on the property living in cars and roaming through the garbage. Neighbors are so trifling and inconsiderate. Like right now while I'm writing this review at 11:45 p.m., there are wack neighbors on their patios talking loudly, with crying children!! Some people have jobs and enjoy the right to "the quiet enjoyment" of there living space. (My windows are closed, so I really should not hear all of this noise!) Neighbors constantly block garages by double parking in front of them making it virtually impossible for others to exit or enter their garages. Valet trash service, you'd think that would be an amazing amenity, right?? NOPE!!! Service is Sun-Thurs, with pickup between 7 p.m to 9 p.m., but people leave their trash out in the morning and through the weekend (during the days of no pickup) for it to sit all day attracting flies, cats, and other animals. Oh, let's not forget the smell!! Smh...how can anyone be this trifling! I literally have neighbors who let their children (between the ages 2 to 5 years) play all day unattended on the patios, and others who allow theirs to play in the areas where cars are garaged. God forbid someone is driving through and not see these kids. The only thing that I have been able to count on with Encanto, is them expecting rent on time, and sending friendly reminders about it being due before hand and sighting up for recurring payments. NOT WORTH THE RENT CHARGED!!! Don't believe me, come see for yourself! P.S. Encanto, can you please come and remove the trash(styrofoam food tray and empty soda bottle), that one of your tenants has left on the lower roof at the stair entry point at the 4637 building? The Business Center has no office equipment. You have to email your SENSITIVE docs the leasing staff to print the your docs or copy the docs. The Security company NEVER answers the phone and/or responds to voicemail messages. Nor, does security patrol the community. I've reported leaking puddling water on my kitchen floor in Summer 2022. It is February 2023 Maintenance has NOT responded. Mold has GROW beneath the kitchen sink and I am unbale to use the sink. My washing machine has been broken for 2 weeks and has yet to be repaired or replaced. The gates are always OPEN and/or broken. Update**** Well I have been here for over a year now and thought I'd update my review. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE. It is so pretty from the outside and the apartments are nice, but it ends there. And seeing they have the monopoly in the area residents are at a disadvantage when looking in the area. If you live here you will need to live with upstairs neighbors not taking their large dogs out for a walk and instead allow them to urinate on their balcony. Which means they are urinating on your balcony. You are required here to pay for the valet trash service. This service is Sunday-Thursday. Your neighbors will decide to leave their trash out all weekend at their front door, which means at your front door. This is a non-smoking community, but all your neighbors will smoke. All apartments will come with a one or two car garage, but more than half the residents use their garage for storage, which means parking issues for your second vehicle or friends coming to visit. Then on top of this working with the office is very difficult. You will need to do all of their follow up or follow through when needing to resolve anything. You will need to submit documents about three times, even confirmed received, and still might need to submit again. You will need to call, email, and then finally walk in to get items resolved as well. It's really unfortunate because it is a nice community and close to shopping. The potential is there, but the consistency and follow through is subpar. read more

I've found apartment living can go one of two ways- horrendously bad, or fantastic. Encanto occupies the latter position. When I signed my lease, they said this place was going to be quiet, and I did not quite believe them- but they were right. Peaceful, quiet, upscale living can be found at these apartments. It is a newly constructed building, and you get your own enclosed, roll-up garage, stainless steel appliances, laminate flooring, beautiful quartz counter tops, thoughtful landscaping...the list goes on and on. They even take out your trash for you! I also love the pool and spa, great amenities here all around! One of the best parts about this place is visitors are not limited to a certain area of parking! Yes, it is a little pricier to live here, but it is definitely worth it because it attracts a different clientele. No druggies or shady people here. Family-friendly. AND, AS IF IT COULDN'T GET ANY BETTER, TRADER JOES IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE! This place is the best. I have lived in several apartments, some of which were terrible, and others, meh. But this place deserved 5 stars. The staff are always polite and welcoming...I hope Greystar manages this place forever because of the superior service they provide. RUN, don't walk, to Encanto!!!!! I have been a resident of Encanto for 4 years and can tell you it has gone significantly downhill. Firstly, our garage was broken into and my fiancés tools were stolen. Encanto was no help to us and the total cost of lost items was not covered in renters insurance. Since then, my fiancé obviously no longer has kept valuables in the garage but still will park in front of the garage for protection. Last night, our truck was towed from in front of the garage. After speaking to the towing company, they informed us that Encanto has called their security team and security had contacted the towing company. A total of 53 cars were towed from the complex. I am disgusted that security was not available when our belongings were being stolen but they are happy to partake in stealing vehicles from their residents. In addition to all this, while the maintenance workers themselves are very nice. Everything is breaking and falling apart in our apartment. I'm basically putting in one or more maintenance requests a week and do not hear back for weeks (at most a month). Once, our maintenance request was closed before the issue was even resolved. In short, you are not protected here and the company will prey on you. Don't let the aesthetics fool you. We look forward to our lease being up. read more

I tried to schedule a tour and get some leasing information here and never received a response. I emailed several times, called and left a voicemail, and never received anything back. If they're this unresponsive to possible tenants, imagine how they are to their actual tenants! Terrible, unprofessional, and apparently do not care about getting future tenants. The absolute worse place to live at. Management has the worst communication ever. They do not give information about what's going on in the complex at all. The parking is horrific!!!! It's a free for all and there's hardly any parking spaces for the amount of people that live here. They send out towing trucks at night usually on Sundays the night before people have to go to work the next day and then they have your car get towed which is ridiculous. If no cars are parked in front of a fire hydrant or a no parking area I don't understand the need to tow. What are people supposed to do here? They have to park somewhere! This complex offers no parking and for the amount of money you pay here they gotta do better. Almost feels a little shady like the complex might be getting a cut from the towing company for how many cars they want to tow. If you were ever looking to rent here, don't do it run as far as you can. They might look nice, but they are probably the worst apartment complex in the area of Corona. Also my car was stolen about a month ago here. There are no cameras anywhere and for as much as we are paying here and having a gate and all you would think they would supply those. We went to the office to let them know and they acted all surprise like that couldn't have happened here.. they were useless.. I'm not one to write reviews but I just had to warn others! read more
