Took my wife here to celebrate the Holidays since neither of us had ever gone to Enchant before. Needless to say, We probably won't be returning anytime soon. Tickets - $43 x2 - General Admission = $86 $15 x2 - Ice Skating = $30 $25 - Parking $15 x1 - Snow Slide $7 - Service Charge Discounted $8.60 = Promo Code Grand Total = $154.40 -- PROS -- Christmas Lights Maze - It's pretty big, could walk through for an hour or so. Plenty of spots for cute and glamorous photos. They did a pretty good job with the lights, design, and colorway of most of the lights. My wife and I got plenty of photos and we were most excited for the dangling lightbulbs. Very cute overall and certainly the spot most people were at for photos. -- CONS -- Parking was pretty confusing, the only guidance is to enter via gate 3. All other areas are fenced off and you could get lost without any signs pointing towards the correct gate. Lots of improvements could be added to smooth the parking situation. Ice Skating was fun as my wife and I had plenty of cute moments. It's one of the main attractions here at Enchant which attracted a huge crowd. The course itself is pretty cute but it was most certainly overcrowded. Also pretty nice for some photo opportunities. In the lobby of the ice skating rink, you're able to put your shoes and belongings in a open box....which is not really ideal but you have no other choice. There's no security at all for your belongings, very easy for others to just siphon away your shoes, etc. Not very ideal. One frustrating part that we encountered was the snow slide. When purchasing, we bought just 1x QTY as it states, "3 rides per snow slide ticket." So in my mind, it was deciphered as "then both of us can go once and we'll have an extra for whoever wants to go for a extra time." We were very much wrong as it's only for one rider that can go 3 times maximum. I ended up giving the ticket to my wife as I wanted her to enjoy the snow slide. The slide itself last around 10 seconds, and you just drag the seat pillow back up to slide again. Pretty disappointing overall but it should be more clear to avoid confusion like this. -- Consensus -- Overall, some good parts, and many bad parts about Enchant. It was certainly overcrowded on some points of the exhibition, the high ticket prices are certainly a look away. Getting the ticket itself only allows entrance and for the maze. Rest is pretty much paid as a addon to your experience. Although my wife and I had a decent time, I would say that it's worth it if you can afford it, and to experience it once at least. Otherwise, there are other spots that have Holiday lights that are more organized. read more

I know this is past due, but I would like to share some thoughts that me and my partner had encounter during this event from beginning to end: From the time we had arrived to wait in line to get into the entrance of this event was a total of 2.5 hours being stuck in traffic (poor management on management side). By the time we got to the parking payment portion of this line we were advised that there was a huge call out from staffing that created this dilemma. The worst part was that when the supervisor of this event asked management (who btw is not onsite, but is somewhere else remotely) how many staff members can be called in last minute and management did not even think to consider that nor even attempted to call around to fine replacement. That was told to us from the supervisor. After waiting 2.5 hours, they didn't know how to crowd control people who have already purchase parking tickets and those who will be paying for last minute parking. If it was up to me, I would've provided complimentary parking to not disappoint more guests. The event itself was fine, but I will be honest after that experience my vision of the lights didn't see the magic so take that with a grain of salt. There was nothing special for us, we felt it was a waste of money even though we got the gold pass to exclusive date selection. Everything inside the event literally costs extra money if you wanted to to more than just walk around. We probably won't be considering on going back here anytime. read more

I've always heard of Santa Anita doing year end themed events. This year a friend of mine invited me over to check out 2025's winter event. So why not be more present and experience all that I can right? Entrance into the parking lot was very streamlined with the help of the staff ushering folks in a professional manner. I should've bought parking ahead of time as I didn't realize it would be $10 more expensive when I got to the event itself. Overall, I think the event could've been done better at the immersion. It would be hard to set up a winter wonderland in Southern California as it doesn't get that cold, but the only amount of "snow" we got was the fake snow machines we got upon entering the area. The ambience and the photograph setups are what people go for, so I think it's worth going once to check it out. My friends and I got some decently good pics! I would think that the ticket pricing was about right for the event itself. Though, I wouldn't mind paying slightly more to have access to more of the premium amenities like the ice skating and the Ferris wheel be a part of the package. I had a wonderful time at Enchant Christmas in Arcadia, CA, after the holidays. Enchant has the 'World's Largest Light Maze' with 10 acres! Granted, it was raining a bit when we went, but luckily, it wasn't too crowded at all. I did hear that it was extremely crowded during the peak, with approximately 20,000 visitors. So whoa! Some cool tips: there is a cute ice skating rink. I recommend prebooking your skates, as they can sell out quickly. For the maze, look for the giant light-up whale; it's one of the best photo ops. The ice slide and Ferris wheel are optional add-ons, so be sure to plan your budget accordingly. It's also a cashless venue, so they only accept credit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.  Parking is also $25, which is overpriced. A lot of the items were overpriced, but again, we visited after the holidays, so there was a massive discount on the merchandise, which was up to 60% off. Definitely not worth it, and here's why. I purchased tickets online for a Saturday 7:30-8:30 pm time window, which cost $45 per person plus an additional $25 for parking. The instructions specifically said not to map Santa Anita Park and instead search for Gate 3, but that only led to confusion. When we arrived, traffic was already backed up with cars lined up for miles. What we thought would be a straightforward entrance turned into nearly **two hours** of bumper-to-bumper traffic just to park. Cars were cutting in line, tempers were clearly rising, and there was no visible traffic control or staff directing vehicles. The time window felt completely meaningless. Even people who walked to the event managed to get inside earlier than those of us who paid for parking. By the time we finally entered the park, it was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. While I'll admit the lights were nice, they weren't anything spectacular or memorable enough to justify the cost, the crowding, or the long wait. We kept seeing a bunch of ads for Enchant pop up everywhere. It looked fun and magical, so my husband and I planned a nice date night here. We paid $43 each for general admission tickets plus $15 per adult for ice skating, another $15 per adult for the snow slide, and $30 for parking. That's almost $200, which is a bit pricey for what you get from this experience. Parking was a bit confusing at first. There was basically no signage anywhere telling you which directions to go for parking. I wish it was more organized and clear. Purchasing add-ons like ice skating, snow slide, ferris wheel, or mini golf ahead of time is a must. If you try to buy it while you are there, it will probably be sold out. My favorite part about Enchant was definitely the Christmas light maze. There were many great photo opportunities, and the various lights were beautiful. It wasn't as large or crowded as I expected it to be. Least favorite would be the snow slide. One slide lasts less than a minute. The activity finished really quickly, and the thrill wasn't that great. I can imagine this being more enjoyable for young children. Ice skating was a nice activity, but the skating trail definitely felt overcrowded. There were open cubbies to put our shoes and belongings in, but they were very dirty and unsupervised. I found out about enchant through many ads on my socials. Tickets were $45/person. I originally thought it was located at Santa Anita Park, but it's located on the corner of the parking lot of Santa Anita Mall. Nothing like Christmas lights with the view of an AMC and Dave & busters. We went on Saturday at the 6:30 slot so you can imagine how busy it was. It took over an hour, just to get into the parking lot. It was annoying since so many cars in the other lanes kept cutting over and no one was regulating traffic. We didn't buy parking beforehand so it was $35.50. It was super crowded and packed. Most spots were so crowded, I'm shoulder to shoulder slowly inching forward. They have a ton of different food vendors and drink booths. They have an indoor bar as well to keep you cool. The main food area had tables around, but not nearly as much. We had to stand to eat. All the food and snacks averaged around $20. The brisket Mac was good, but their meat was too chewy. I really liked their Baileys hot chocolate. There were a ton of different vendors selling random items ranching from keychains, labubus, and clothes. The light maze was probably my favorite. It just sucked since you could hardly get around without having to stop every few seconds because multiple different people are taking photos or videos or people stopping randomly in the middle of the walkway. They had a lot of different light installations. They have ice skating, tubing, mini golf, and private igloo areas as well. We bought tickets online which was $42 per adult. Parking was $25 and the total also included a $4 service charge. We arrived right at 4:30pm and it was smooth to get into the parking lot with people guiding you toward your parking spot. We walked through the different light tunnels and saw the different light structures. The maze was cool and included a little game to find the eight structures. There were really tall Christmas trees and really cool light objects like carriages, bears, and whales. The event venue has snacks and shops, drink stalls throughout, a food court, mini golf, ferris wheel, and an ice rink. There was indoor and outdoor seating with tables and lounges to people watch. Overall we spent about an hour here. If we did the ice rink, the snow slide, or had eaten here we could've spent more time. We were worried after reading some of the negative reviews but we visited on a Thursday night and it was busy but not overwhelming. We were able to maneuver through the crowds pretty easily and see most everything in 2 hours but I can see that maybe on a capacity night it could get very tight with long lines. It took us about 15 mins to get into the parking lot but note that the entrance is on Holly street off of Huntington drive at Gate 3 that is listed on their website. Prepurchase parking as they just scan the QR code then. There were a lot of cars trying to enter through the wrong parking gates and those were all backed up. Plenty of food and retail booths / even a whole food court area with yakitori to pasta cheese wheel booths and some unique foodie items. Plenty of bars. Most of the retail venders are the same from the 626 night market but a few added with holiday items. Pricing is like theme parks/stadiums so expect a $7 churro or water, pretzel looked like the best deal. S'mores area was cool for kids. Ice skating path looked fun with skate rental. Line dancing class was fun. Lots of people at the mini golf and slide area. Maze was nice but I can see on weekends might be very tight to maneuver in with large crowds. I think it's a nice one time holiday excursion especially if you have kids or are looking for a date evening. Would I return? We took our kids to Enchant and they absolutely loved it! So many beautiful lights everywhere and the holiday music really puts you in the Christmas spirit. There's ice skating, ice tubing, and plenty of drinks for both kids and adults, which was a nice touch. We arrived around 6:30pm and parking was still manageable, but by the time we left around 8pm it was definitely a mess -- something to keep in mind. We went on a Tuesday and it was already pretty busy, so I can only imagine weekends get extremely crowded. Overall, a great holiday experience, especially for families with kids. Not worth it for what it was. Whoever does their marketing on social media is incredible though becuase it really had us fooled thinking it was going to be this big and grand spectable. Give that person a promotion but also, I wouldn't be surpised if next year, less people go. It's kind of like when people take a photo with the 0.5 lens, and it looks massive, but then you see it in person and feel decieved? yep thats what it was. Were the lights cool? Yes, fun and whimsical lights. However it is just 1 maze. One maze that gets completed in 20 mins if you don't stop for photos. To enter the parking lot took us longer than to walk the entire venue. Food and drinks, mediocre and expensive. Hot chocolate that tasted more like water. Small bowl of Mac and cheese for $20. It was def over sold. My son and his wife came to visit for Thanksgiving weekend so we took them to Enchant to kick off the holiday season - unfortunately we were very disappointed with our experience and would definitely not consider ever doing this event again or recommending it to anyone. Crowds are massive and unruly, parking is an absolute nightmare, and the ticket prices are outrageous - as well as the food and drink and other experiences- totally exorbitant and unjustified. I kept seeing elaborate ads for Enchant LA while I was exploring holiday activities while the kids were visiting. The ads claim Enchant LA has the largest Christmas lights maze in the world and really made the whole experience look spectacular - so I figured we'd give it a shot. The maze does seem somewhat large but I have a hard time believing it's the largest in the world. And they didn't make any efforts to hide the fact that it's basically a bunch of standard Christmas lights wrapped around chain link fence over fake ivy in a parking lot. For the exorbitant price of the tickets, they could've at least laid down some astroturf to hide the parking lines and asphalt lol. Another thing I didn't like was that all the food/drink "huts" and market stalls were very poorly constructed - they just threw up some plywood and bland signage that all just looks tacky and cheap. I'm giving an extra star bc they have a puzzle to solve in the maze that we did enjoy playing for a bit before the unruly crowds wore us down. The premise is that Santa's timepiece is broken and you have to find 8 stars to fix it. The staff hand out scratch cards that you scratch off along the way when you find a star. The reward for finding the stars is you get to write down your Christmas wish and put it in one of the mailboxes at the end - presumably to mail to Santa but it's unclear lol. Still a bit of fun to be had if you can fight through the horde. And there are some very pretty light displays that make for nice family photo-ops - BUT you have to wait in long lines, people are pushing and cutting in line, and are just plain rude. And you have to make sure to point your camera up enough to cut out the parking lot paint lol - It's just not worth it. Tickets are easy to buy online and require timed entry - we bought it for Friday night at 530pm entry slot. But the entry times are not enforced whatsoever. Crowds are massive and make it unpleasant. The Ferris wheel, ice skating, s'mores "pit", and "snow slide" are all extra costs - and again, the prices are ridiculous for what it is. In the ads, the slide and Ferris wheel look huge but in reality they're tiny and poorly constructed. The ice skating "rink" is actually a long winding trail so that looked interesting at least. All the staff we encountered were warm and friendly - but almost all of them were extremely young and had no idea what was going on when there were issues - and happily told us so too lol. Especially in terms of the parking fiasco. It took us an hour to get parked! It's absolute mayhem. Cars are circling around and cutting each other off at turns, everyone is angry and honking - a terrible start to the experience. There are staff trying to direct the traffic but they're lazy and mostly just standing there waving wands in no recognizable direction. Pretty much just a free-for-all. You really need more leadership and effective management for crowds of this magnitude. When you purchase tickets, you have the option to add on parking for a fee but I didn't. We arrived expecting to pay around $10 for general parking but they didn't charge us bc of the chaos I guess? Or maybe they didn't know? I asked the parking staff and he said he "had no idea what to do" in terms of paying and where to park etc - he just told us to move on a find a spot LOL!! Also - they charge you a "service fee" of $4 when you book online. Our 4 tickets were $164 - but they offer a "friends pack" of 4 tickets for a small discount so we ended up paying $143 for this mess of an event lol. This experience is grossly mismanaged, feels very poorly thrown together, the ads are totally misleading, and it really seems like a huge money grab. There are so many other Christmas light venues in the area that are far superior. I cannot recommend this experience. Never again! read more

Checked out Enchant back on 12/3. We were had some issues with booking as the time slot we wanted for their 7pm wouldn't let me purchase the tickets. We ended up booking for their 5pm time slot instead. The tickets are not cheap but 12/3 was one of their cheaper days and they also allowed dogs! You just need to make sure to put their vaccination information in the waiver before your visit. They charge $20 per dog on top of your admission ticket. We also paid for their premium parking to be closer to the entrance. It cost us well over $200 for our group of 5 with a dog. Upon arrival, we found parking right at the entrance. There were already photo ops in the front of the entrance. Check-in was very easy. Our party made it into the venue within 5 minutes. Our pug had the best time walking the red carpet into the Christmas market. There were so many dogs everywhere dressed in their Christmas outfit too. We loved the maze. So many gorgeous photo ops at every corner. We got all of the photos we wanted before the venue got crowded. Definitely recommend arriving early. We spent well over an hour in the maze. Overall, the venue was fun but definitely a one and done event. It was a fun family experience but way too pricey for what they offer. We also picked up their hot chocolates to try. It was $9 - $12 for a small cup! It was waaay too sweet and quite gimmicky. We skipped the ice skating as we were exhausted from walking through the maze. Nonetheless, we love that our pug got to have the best time here and he now LOVES Christmas lights thanks to Enchant! read more

BIG YIKES. I got a natty discount via my wagie shackles, but I cannot imagine a normie family going here and having to stomach the costs straight up. Even with the slight group discount, it's a HUGE waste of money for what it is. Depending on what night you're going, you're looking at around ~$40 per person, with $10 parking since unless you're ridesharing they're no real way you can just walk in from the mall side unless you're hopping the fence or braving getting hit by the crazy cars trying to get in or escape. They scan your QR code to get in for parking and to get into the venue and everything else is priced on add ons. Again, if you're planning to stay here for awhile and you want to imbibe in foods and drink, you're like looking at $10+ for each drink, and around $15 for food item. It was around $9 for a cup of "European" salted caramel hot chocolate which was at most 4 gulps, $16 for 6 beignets that are like the size of Totino's pizza rolls, and $16 for a truffle aioli bratwurst on a bun with some steamed peppers and onions (a messy 4 bites). Also, if you are unfortunately taking children here, I think, unless they're iPad addicted (a different kind of evil), they're going to want to go onto the ferris wheel (tiny and creaking), go inner tubing down the slide, go ice skating (saw a woman hit her head), etc. it's going to cost you extra and it's not like you can yeet a very young child there yourself so I guess you're paying for yourself too. The lines were ABSOLUTELY fisted for all these activities. If you, your party, or any children have been afflicted with instant gratification, you're in hell my friend. I have to also comment on the gross poorly planned layout of the venue. Certain areas you go to lead to a dead end and then you have to loop back out causing lots of bottlenecks in the crowds. At one of the dead ends was a mini golf set with some small light set ups. Man, can't imagine paying for your kid to play mini golf and you have all these ignoramuses walking all over the course. RIP. Then the actual light display leads into a forced labryinth with an arbitrary storyline of finding the stars to save Xmas. You can scratch the scavenger hunt and then mail the letter to Santa, but there's no pens provided to even mail out the letters at the end. Like an idea was there, but it was so poorly executed. PRO-TIP: Take off your glasses if you have astigmatism since this made it look pretty cool and magical to me. Other than that, I'd hella skip this. read more

I love doing all these kinds of experiences and despite it being a far drive Took me almost 2hrs since I went during the week Not recommended lol But it's located parking in the parking lot of where the amc theater and Dave busters is at behind the race track I arrived just after 8 after having 730 time entrance I recommend getting the earliest time ... you'll see why soon Anyways got in super quick as everyone had already arrived so it was pretty busy The lights are all very beautiful and magical for sure But man I wish the place didn't close down at 930 Which meant I only had 1.5hrs if that hence arrive early because if you want to take photo opps you need the time as there are lines and lines at the bars etc They have a night market which is fun to try to recreate those European Xmas markets with vendors The hot chocolate which came in European which was supposed to be thicker was not and even the lady selling it to us was like yeah it's not really thick at all They have a maze as their main thing you walk around and you get this scavenger type card you supposedly use for finding all the "stars" but even if you do you don't get something for finding them lol so it's honestly pointless to do it just enjoy it There's a small Ferris wheel and some tube slides and mini golf Didn't get time to do any of that but hey it's good to see stuff to do The toilets were porta potties or at least what I used You. Enchant is a wonderful place to take your kids, family, date, or just go by yourself. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It's like Disneyland -how Disneyland used to be back in the days- happy and cheery. They have food stations, ice-skating rink, sledding mini golf and a ton of seating areas (I'm just saying, both indoor and outdoor). Parking is $25 per car. You do have to get your tickets ahead of time and they do sell out. On the weekends and Fridays expect longer wait. Admission ticket depends on the day that you buy it and time. Mondays are typically the cheapest while Friday, Saturday, Sundays are most expensive. I recommend you get your tickets ahead of time as they do sell out quite fast! read more

Attended late in the season so it was VERY busy. We arrived around 5pm and lines were relatively short, but by 7pm, lines were LONG for basically all things. We made the mistake of doing the maze first and then the slide. The wait for the slide was over an hour. While in line one of us in our party decided to get a bottle of water and that wait alone was over 20 mins. The lights and maze itself are nice. The kids enjoyed looking at the lights and my toddler loved the changing multi colored floor. The artificial snow was cute too. Would I recommend this place? Maybe, but attend earlier in the season to avoid crowds. Oh, another thing- the wait for parking was very long. Mentally prepare yourself to be patient and wait in lines. My experience was somewhat better than majority of the reviews. We came the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend and were able to enter/find parking right at opening. I have two small children so we didn't pay for any of the extra stuffs. Just walked around and took pictures. We spent about 2.5 hr to do so and we enjoyed it immensely. Foods and drinks were really expensive so make sure to bring water/snacks for the little ones... or u will pay $6 for a regular bottle of water or $20 for a sugary drink in a light bulb. All of the food items I saw were at least $20+. While leaving, I did see people walking from really really far just to enter. No clear exit signs. read more

We visited Enchant last night, Friday night, as a group of 4 for our first time and all had a really nice experience. We went as 4 adults in ours 30s without children, but I'm sure kids would enjoy this even more. It is basically a large light show that also has a slide, a Ferris wheel, ice-skating, and private fenced off fireplace seating areas for additional charges. It's not a Christmas parade or anything like that it's purely a great place to see some beautiful lights and I can say they really did a great job setting up. The lights are very large scale, dynamic, and multicolor. It's also very large in size and is billed as "the largest light maze in the US". Parking was pretty easy, the parking lot at the Santa Anita Mall is gigantic, so there is plenty of spaces, although it was a bit of a trek to and from the entrance. Inside is really fun, they have a large maze area where you search around for different symbols in the lights for a puzzle, but they also have many different other sections from vendors, a food/drink area, among others. Our favorite area was the ice-skating. It was a really unique experience because the ice-skating was actually a track versus a big circle. The food vendors were a bit expensive, but all of them were high-quality and there were some really great flavor options there. It was really lively, and I felt that it was crowded, but not overly so, a few of the Halloween events we went to earlier in the year, especially the one at the South Coast Botanical Gardens, were a lot more crowded and were more packed with children. It was $45 per person, but we added on ice-skating which is $15 so it rounds up to about $60 per person with parking. Our total tickets were about $240, including parking. Overall, I would suggest to anyone with kids or to any adults looking to go to a spirited holiday event. read more

If you're a lover of Christmas lights and like getting into a holiday festive mood, then I do recommend attending Enchant in LA at least once...and once may be enough, lol. Will I come back? Probably not, but I did enjoy seeing all the pretty lights! Everything here is a money grab, honestly. The only thing the price of your ticket will include is the "light maze." Everything else -- pictures with Santa, Mini Golf, Ice Skating, Ice Slide, Ferris Wheel, Private Igloos, and S'mores all cost extra. They also have an array of food stalls and vendors (similar 626 night market ones), where you have to pay for food/drink/goodies. Parking looked to be a doozy on Saturday (so much traffic to get in), but when I saw that you also had to pay for parking for the event when purchasing the tickets online, I said HELL NAW and parked at Santa Anita Mall, had dinner there & walked over like many people did when it was our ticketed time. The light displays/structures are nice and intricate. They have a little activity to find "stars" through the light maze that was cute. It's not that large of an area. They looked to have a Tavern/Bar area, but it was closed for a private event the night we went. Definitely crowded on weekends as it gets closer to Christmas, so I do advise to pack your patience and be ready to have lots of people in your pictures/background! They have porta-potties all around and play Christmas music through the grounds. I came on opening day of Enchant LA at the Santa Anita Mall/Race Track, and honestly, it's one of the best light festivals I've been to. I loved the light maze, they did a great job with it, and you can easily spend about 1.5 to 2 hours taking pictures and just hanging out. I didn't try any food, but they actually had a decent selection at very reasonable prices. It's definitely a nice way to spend the holidays while it's in town, and for $30-$40 (depending on the day), I think it's overall worth it. Parking - $10 for regular parking at the race track or $25 for preferred. TBH, just get the regular parking--it's not much of a shorter walk anyway. read more

I visited Enchant LA during its first week of opening, and while the light displays themselves were visually impressive, the overall experience felt a bit disorganized. It was extremely crowded, and there was little to no guidance from staff on where guests were supposed to go--especially within the maze. Many staff members were just standing around without directing foot traffic, which made it confusing to know whether we were walking the maze correctly or missing sections. Parking was easy as I paid when I had purchased the ticket prior. Ticket pricing was a little expensive to me, paid $40. There were other attractions like ice skating, tubing, and mini golf but you would have to pay an add on fee for those type of experience, just an FYI. That said, the lights were beautiful and definitely a cool experience for first-time visitors. It's worth seeing at least once if you've never been, but given the crowds and lack of organization, it's not something I would personally go back to again. read more

Wow--this is officially THE holiday hotspot. Honestly, after visiting Enchant Los Angeles, I didn't feel the need to check out any other holiday events this year. Everything you'd want is all in one place. The World's Largest Christmas Light Maze is absolutely stunning--massive (80,000 sq ft), glowing with millions of lights, full of hidden corners and endless photo-worthy moments. Every turn feels magical. The light-filled ice trail was pure magic for the kids --truly a winter wonderland moment. The skating area itself was very clean, and the equipment was excellent and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and safe. That said, one area that could use improvement is the skating check-in process. The waiver and check-in took quite a long time and felt a bit unorganized. With so many families excited to skate, a more streamlined system would really help improve the overall experience. I also loved how many vendors and things to explore were nearby--there's so much to see beyond just the maze, making it easy to spend hours here. Food options were great too, and the turkey legs were perfectly cooked and delicious. One additional note for improvement: the restrooms were very difficult to use during our visit. The smell was strong, lighting was very limited, and it made the experience uncomfortable. I truly hope this improves, as it stood out compared to how well everything else was done. Overall, Enchant Los Angeles delivers an unforgettable holiday experience with lights, activities, food, and atmosphere all in one place. Enchant is advertised as The World's Largest Christmas Light Maze and this is the first time Enchant arrives to LA (more specifically in Santa Anita Park parking lot). Las Vegas has its own Enchant started in 2021 & Seattle had one last year (2024) at T-Mobile Park. [Parking]: General Parking = $10 and Preferred Parking = $25. Both are valid only for the entry time you select. I got General Parking and my arrival window is from 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Please enter the lot through Gate 3 on Huntington Dr. Parking was a bit chaotic with no separate vehicle line for visitors who already paid for parking ahead of time. In addition, I had to circle around the parking lot at least one time to finally find an available spot. [Prices]: General Admission = $36 per person & my event arrival window is from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Ice skating = $15 per person & check-in time is from 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM. [What to expect - a part of general admission]: Christmas Light Maze + mini golf, vendors on food & drinks, and retail village. [What to expect - extra add-ons]: Ice skating ($15 per person), snow slide (each Snow Slide pass comes with 3 rides down the slide for $15), ferris wheel, and pictures with Santa at Santa's Landing. [Food & drink]: A good selection from Cajun food, pasta, yakitori, chowders, potato swirls, pretzels, chicken & chips, sweet potato brulees, Hawaiian honey cones, crepes, churro, dalgona (as seen from Squid Game), etc; however, food and drink vendors are scattered all over the place and NOT all of them are gathered in the Enchant Eatery section. For instance - sweet potato brulees vendor is located in Santa's Landing + Hawaiian honey cones is located within the Christmas Light Maze + dalgona is located at retail village. [Ice skating]: To get into the rink, everyone waited in the same line and there was no separate line for visitors who already paid for ice skating ahead of time. They use adjustable strap-on ice skates and visitors can skate as long as they want. I could barely manage to stay balance so our party only skated for less than 30 minutes. [Christmas Light Maze]: Honestly the christmas light and decoration for Enchant were much better & impressive than Astra Lumina at South Coast Botanic Garden. Tons of opportunities to take great photos including a Danish windmill, a giant engagement ring, sea animals, ice flakes, horse carriage, train, etc. [Other special notes]: Directory map was a bit confusing and not super clear. Someone from our party ordered European Hot Chocolate and ended up getting a stomach upset 6 hours later. S'mores pit session is limited to 20 minutes. [Conclusion]: Our party ended up staying approximately 2.5 hours. Christmas Light Maze was exactly as advertised and some of light decoration was pretty neat & cute. However I was not a fan on how they organized the event with a single file line for pre-ordered vs paid-in-person visitors. Not a bad holiday event to bring kids or having a date night, but definitely don't have a high expectation & the whole experience costed at least $50+ per person (with ice skating). Personally this is an one-and-done event and yes expect overpriced food / drinks. P.S. - For Christmas Light Maze, please don't exit via where you enter or else you will be missing out additional decoration. There's a separate exit but you will need to find it. I went on a Sunday night and took some other Yelpers' advice and came early around 3:30. We were dropped off in front. There is no rideshare drop off, your driver will just need to go through the regular parking line and once inside tell the parking attendants they are dropping you off and they can drop you off at the entrance of the event. Then we waited about an hour until the event actually started before they started letting people in, so there were lines already formed before the first 4:30 timeslot (and yes, they do not check what time you signed up for). Thanks to these reviews, my expectations were very low as well. However, I ended up having a great time. My friend and I went so we didn't have to tow any kids with us or needed to get Christmas photos, so we explored at a leisurely place. They had a lot more stuff to see than anticipated and they seemed to have gone through the effort of making sure that there were plenty of decorations at every turn. I liked there were vendors not only at their crafts area but also different food vendors sprinkled throughout, including inside the maze. There was a wide variety from gumbo to chowder to Hawaiian desserts. There were also many drink stations to choose from and a tavern that had a bar (although a lot of people were confused because the tavern had a "private event" sign when it was actually open to the public). For some reason they sold "mulled cider" for $5 at the drinks stations, "warm spiced apple cider" at the bratwurst and chicks and chips station for $7, and then at the hot chocolate station "apple cider" for $8. Maybe it was the different stands' recipes? Unclear. We did get the pommes frites which were really good and they gave us a LOT. The mulled wine and mulled cider were both good but expect your cup to only be half full. All the lights were quite magical. I would say I preferred the artistry of the older Moonlight Forest event in Arcadia with the paper lantern art, but these were quite nice as well. My only qualm were there were some lights that were unplugged or just plain broken. Crowds were still decent from 4:30-6:30 which is when we went. I did not see any substantial lines for food, drink, or photos and everyone seemed to be having a nice time. It did feel a little cash-grabby at times, like how the skating and sledding are extra charges, but the long line for the skating shows there is a demand. Loved the lights and decorations, but everything was really pricey for 3 adults, 2 children, and 1 elder entrance and sled, skate, and ferris wheel tickets just for 2 kiddos paid allmost $300 oh and parking. Food prices were ridiculously over priced too. We got 1 pasta (salty and not good), 1 brisket mac and cheese (meat was dry) 2 light up drinks ($22 each drink) roasted nuts (was good) and beignet (doughy and dry) for about $130. They do have small vendors in the Christmas markets and that's fun to peruse. The maze was not anything to worry about and it was easy to navigate out. They have food options but even towards the end of the evening, the lines were still pretty long. They have paid parking or you can find street parking as well. First time they had this at the Santa Anita Park and of course I had to check it out. Been going to their Vegas location almost every year and I wanted to see the differences. It was weird that the weather was so nice, i'm used to freezing cold weather in Vegas so that was a plus. Make sure you reserve ice skating beforehand because they were sold out and couldn't just do a walk-in. Also they had a photo booth which was a different. The kids had a good time going through the maze and walking around the different vendors to buy things. There were lots of food options and of course expensive so we ended up just buying hot chocolate and eating afterwards. Overall a very cool experience and glad I took my family here. read more

This is a great experience to stimulate your dos senses, see how truly trained they are (if they are trained lol), and a great overall time for the dog owners to find cool treats, collars, and picture worthy photo ops. i love how events like this have specific pet days! why?? bc pets are part of the family! my frenchies are my children as i am not able to have any. so if ppl can identify has wtvr they want, my frenchie can identify as my child. period. enchant's pet days are dec 3rd and dec 17th, the event is named, "paws n claus" how stinkin cute!!! our ticketed time was 1830. our travel time was about 2hrs!! i should have added the parking for $10 while i was purchasing the tickets, bc at the event it was $25!!! for basically mall parking?? you really need about 3-4hrs to walk around, there are soooo many cute photo ops! there is a christmas market with food booths, drinks (alcohol and non-alcoholic), retail booths, ice skating rink, ferris wheel, mini golf, light up dance floor and ofc SANTA!! it was well organized and spacious. all the pups were well behaved! we really had a magical time, i least i did lol. i got tons of good photos. parking: add the parking when purchasing your tickets, if avail!! its parking at the santa anita park or you can park at the mall and walk over... read more

We had booked Enchant LA for Christmas Eve, which it was cancelled, and they allowed us to rebook whenever. We were able to book for Christmas Day and I'm glad we did! It was great to walk around a little after a big Christmas dinner. We arrived later in the evening, around 8:30 so we didn't pay for parking and it was great to just drive right in. There were tons of sparkly lights which was very nice to look at! We started with the maze and spent some time walking through and checking out all of the sculptures. After that we walked through some of the vendors but didn't really shop. It was getting late so we only had time for one activity and chose the sledding. We had so much fun! It was $15 per person for 3 rides down the slide, which is pricey but I think probably the most worth it activity. We also got some hot chocolate and apple cider, all expensive but there aren't a lot of options. Overall, we had a nice time but I think they overcharged and there wasn't that much actually included in the cost of your ticket read more

Online the price was $15 but at location they charged $25. Pro Tip: also buy activity tickets online as most activities were sold out onsite. Like the hot chocolate and hot apple cider but some of the food venders did not offer quality items. Just waited until we left to eat at Cheesecake Factory next door. They had a tiny Mac n Cheese for $20 or a giant pretzel for $15 with a mini dip. Most non alcoholic drinks were about $7-$8. The s'more package for 4 people was $40. Paid in advanced for tickets and got a discount for a group of four online. Parking is $25 cash at the lot or $35 with credit card. It is a massive lot and a good walk. Enchant is very large but what takes up most of the space is the maze where you try to find 8 stars on a scratcher sheet to save Christmas and then you are able to write 3 wishes to Santa and drop it off in a slot to the North Pole. Each star has a different light setup for great photos. They all have mini golf, ice skating, tubing and more all for additional costs. Food vendors and holiday market shops are here too. read more

Thought this was a great idea, just poorly planned and executed. The pictures online made it look like the place was bigger than it was for some reason. Anyway, was invited by someone else to go and they pre-bought tickets for entry, skating. I drove myself there and got stuck in the parking madness. Cars were somewhat gridlocked for a bit because I think one lot was full and they needed to open up a whole new section. Parking itself is $25 bucks~kind of a ripoff. Going in, theres a bag check area but they didn't really "check" anything. Then a person to scan your QR code....we walked right past them without them noticing because it was such unorganized chaos so we actually went back and asked if we needed to be officially scanned in. Once inside, pretty much everything costs extra fees. So once you subtract those things, theres really not much to do. We walked around the maze in circles because there were so many exits and people just standing around that we didn't really know which direction to go in. Ice skating was great--plenty of shoes to go around but their shoe blades were definitely cheap...it wasn't gripping on the ice at all~people staffing the shoe counters were friendly. There were some food stalls, drinks, and souvenir shops that I briefly glanced at. Lots of lighting everywhere so that was done right at least. Go if theres hugely discounted tickets~or if you have really young kids who can't tell the difference. OR go on a weekday~I suspect its probably much better. read more

Parking is $35.50 when you pay at the door so better to buy in advance at $25.00. Tickets are expensive but we got a Black Friday discount so made it a bit less costly. Food available inside but prices are super expensive. Holiday lights were nice and lots of fun photo opportunities. You can do a star scavenger hunt on site but a bit lame since no prizes for finding all the stars in the maze. Overall something to do but I think I enjoyed Dream Glow in OC better as this place was packed with people and quite crowded. Long lines to get in by car too. read more
