She was rather cold to customers when requesting for straws, even though it was her responsibility to refill them. I'm not exactly sure what you expect with customers that are a little irritated when you failed to perform a minute task associated with your job. I've been here a few times at this point, and overall it's a pretty decent spot! The inside is very welcoming, and I've had nothing but incredible experiences here. I wish there were a few more non-caffeinated options on the drink menu for when I'm in the area later at night, since the two hot decaf teas I've gotten there weren't my personal preference (especially considering the price) However, I do really enjoy their miel latte as a nice treat. Stopped by this coffee shop in downtown Brea after having a late lunch in the area and tried the Spanish latte and the New London coffee. Both were delicious! The New London had a slight chocolatey flavor and the Spanish latte tasted more like cinnamon. The drinks are a bit pricey at almost $7 each and slightly on the smaller side, but they definitely did their job and gave me the pick me up I needed. There were a couple of tables outdoor but inside is pretty spacious. There was even a Dog treats by the register if you come in with your furry friend. Highly recommend giving it a try! read more

The fellow working here was very nice and took the time to explain a few of their offerings and even offered a sample. I ordered one of their specialties: a hot strawberry shortcake latte. I sat outside to drink my hot beverage at one of the streetside tables on this cool weekday afternoon. The latte was quite good with a subtle strawberry flavor. It went down smooth and I enjoyed it. While the price was equivalent to most coffee places the cup size was much smaller. They also offer a variety of large pastries but having just had lunch I was too stuffed to try one. read more

Came here after hearing great things, but today was not the experience I expected. The menu on the wall printed on stickers is really hard to read. When I reached the counter, I asked what the truffle avo oil was, and the employee simply pointed back at the wall. I can read; I was asking for clarification. She eventually said it was "just avocado," which made it clear she didn't actually know. To our surprise, it turned out to be incredibly popular, with a long line out the door. The outdoor seating area was packed with customers sipping their drinks. Because we found this place and the menu looks incredibly yummy. Ordering just a black coffee seems like a crime. Out of New London and Triple Black I went with the latter. Finally got a chance to come here, been wanting to try this place for a while! The coffee itself is good, I had my usual lavender latte with oat milk and it wasn't superb, but also didn't disappoint. I also tried a vegan guava donut which was good, but did not taste like guava at all. There is no seating inside, because it's very small, so all the seating is outdoors. Great on nice days, not so much if it rains or in the summer when it'll be much hotter. Service was great. The girls at the counter were very friendly and welcoming. The americano was fine, and it wasn't the best or the coffee beans they sourced had good notes or flavor. For a coffee shop that looks upscale or better than chain coffee shops this was a pretender. It appears to be a cool spot, but nothing about it is worth the cost. The staff was friendly, but the attendant that took my order could have spoke up better. The acoustics in the place isn't the greatest and I didn't hear him the first time. Will I come back? No, not worth the value. I think there are others close by with better value. Parking - There is a nearby garage that offers free parking. Spanish Latte - It had a nice flavor with the cinnamon in it. I enjoy when coffee places make a design on your coffee. My only complaint about it was that it was not hot and more of lukewarm warm. If you like coffee hot, I suggest asking if they can do it extra hot just to get it to a normal hot temperature. So I happen to work in Brea, so from time to time I browse around the area in search of great coffee or tea. Ideally, I'm one to turn to anything affordable within the $5 range for either a hot or cold beverage and what I usually get, is pretty big enough for the price. This latte however, although made with ceremonial matcha (their claim to fame) was I believe not even 6 oz. Maybe 5? I finished it in 2 gulps literally. The sad part is that said latte was $6.75!!!! And look, I'm not cheap or anything close to that, but you have to agree when looking for a good coffee or tea you at least want it to last you while walking back to your car at least . The flavor was... there, but not w that PUNCH that a drink with mint syrup ahould deliver. I believe the New London is their most popular drink which is a very yummy iced coffee. I tried their seasonal drink, New England, and it was pretty yummy too! It had a pumpkin spice cold foam, which wasn't overwhelming! It kind of reminded me of the Starbucks Pumpkin Cold Foam. Ordering was easy peasy and service was pretty quick. We ordered a hot Spanish latte that was luke warm and tasted like a regular water downed latte, a strawberry matcha which only tasted like matcha and a London fog that had way too much ice in the cup. When I asked the barista if the matcha drink had strawberry in it, she replied back with an attitude, stating that it's in there.
