After I posted my review,…read moreJeff called right away and said both he and Carl agreed that I was overcharged because the work performed did not solve the problem with my AC. He said what should've happened was that the old capacitor should've been replaced when the system was diagnosed too broken to fix, and I should've only had the normal service charge of about $145 (can't remember the exact number he said). We agreed on a reasonable service charge of $120 (reduced for the trouble) and Jeff refunded the majority of the bill, which I have received in my account. The toilet repair wasn't on the original service order (my mom must've forgot to mention when she called for the appt), which is why there was "no warranty." I really appreciate that these guys are willing to admit something went wrong and make it right.
