I've been relying on Joseph Hillebrand for my plumbing needs for about 5 years now. He has replaced the sewer line in my yard after it was crushed by tree roots. So we encountered the old "sink clog" issue...but what made it more pressing is that we live on the first floor of a condo complex with a second floor directly above us. Fortunately we have great neighbors, who held off using their bathroom until the calvary could arrive. Calls were made to four, five companies...couldn't get a visit for a couple of days. Then Hillebrand Drain Service was called. Joseph Hillebrand is the owner/operator and asked "how soon would you like me to come out?" We saw Joseph the next morning as promised...and like an emergency room doctor, asked us questions and then began the fix. Maybe the unclogging of a drain is routine...but what struck me as not routine was Joseph telling us things about why it's not unusual to see clogs in these two story condo units built in the 70's, how we need to minimize hair down the drain...and how because our unit is a vacation condo...that we should have the place checked at least once per month...especially since our second floor neighbors live there full time and if there was a clog, wouldn't take a lot to come into a disastrous situation.
