In addition to a 3 hour delay when I've shown up instead of professional greeting I was met with aggression and quoted 30% higher than the quote that was given in the morning and 2 times prior over the phone, when I said this information should've been shared over the phone an hour ago, I was told that they wouldn't work on my car at all because they didn't like how I spoke to them, I was respectful and kept a professional tone the entire time. Wasted 3 hours of my life and treated with disrespect and deceit. This is my experience, I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.

When I came back, they told me that I needed the right front strut replaced as it was defective and that I should also replace the left one as when one strut is defective the other one will soon go bad and quoted me an excessive $7,000.00 After looking quite shocked and questioning the price, the service advisor Geo Fuerte told me that he could use aftermarket parts and that would cost me in the order of $4,000.00 I was shocked and took the car back. I took my car into Tesla repar in Santa Monica. Tesla kept the car for a couple of hours and repaired the car completely for $270.00. There was nothing defective with the struts. I'm shocked that these people, when I asked them why their labor was so high, which was about nineteen hundred dollars, they said they charge per job, not per hour which I don't believe is correct.
