I cannot say enough great things about Ariel! From the very first session, she was professional, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. Every workout was challenging and pushed me to my limits but never sacrificing my physical well being. Ariel always made sure I used the correct form to avoid injuries and even helped me overcome my physical limitations better than my Physical Therapist. What really sets Ariel apart is her positive attitude and ability to keep workouts challenging while being encouraging. On days when I felt I couldn't do it, she pushed me in the best way possible and helped me build confidence along with strength and endurance. Ariel treats everyone in the class the same and understandswhat each person is capable of performing. If you need accomodations she provides them while not sacrificing benefits of the movement. At the end of a workout session you not only feel better physically but mentally as well. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about what they do, I highly recommend Ariel. Easily one of the best fitness experiences I've ever had or hope to have! I was about a year postpartum when I joined the gym and I can honestly say that Diana helped me feel good again. Her motivational words with the right amount of push helped me get breakthrough in my work out journey. The gym is immaculate. Bathrooms are clean and always well stocked with hair ties and all the women necessities. The community is great. Parking can be a little though depending on the time of day because they're located right outside of the mall, but you always find a spot. Over all love this gym. She stepped up with strong leadership, effectively acting in a regional manager capacity to ensure all areas were clear and safe. She made sure personnel exited the building properly and moved to a safe location. After the all-clear was given, which she personally helped confirm, Victoria reassured members that everything was safe and took the time to personally check on everyone. They have yoga, sculpt (mixes cardio, light weights and yoga) and recently added a weight/strength training class (Strength X). If you're new to weights, the Strength X is a good introduction, but not for experienced weight lifters I think.
