I spoke to Emily when I called, she was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. She explained the company, pricing and policies. I liked that she was upfront about everything. There was no long contract binding me to years of service that I would have to cancel and wait for a refund if I was unhappy with service. I signed up for one service, then I told her if I was happy with that, I would continue with quarterly maintenance. Scott came out on the day of appointment, (I got a reminder call the day before, with the name of who would be arriving at my home) he was very personable, we had a few minutes of nice conversation, he was very thorough sweeping all the spiderwebs that had accumulated around my property. I've been with Reconciled Termite & Pest control for about 5 or 6 years. When I bought my home 5 years ago there were so many of the big flying roaches outside getting inside my home that it gave me panic attacks (those things creep me out) so I called Reconciled and they are the best.
