Every single staff member I've interacted with has been extremely professional, kind and helpful. Every single message or request I've sent has been responded to and resolved within 24 hours which is amazing. Our sitter, Robin, took excellent care of our fur baby while we were away for about a week over Thanksgiving. I LOVED receiving the photo updates and cute descriptions of their visit. They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). Even so, my total came out to be considerably less than I was quoted with other services so I was able to splurge for some extra play time for my kitty.

So my cat is shy. Like, really REALLY shy. My other cat sitter has seen her maybe once or twice,…read moreand he's kittysat for me multiple times. Enter Brittney... She spent a LONG time with me (and I felt bad immediately after) for my consultation. Think, an hour. The kitty (Mushy!) came out after about 45 minutes of hiding and probably only because I was there so Mushy felt safe. There was a few sniffs, no successful pets from Brittney, and a good bit of cowering and sidling by me from Mushy. Fast forward to Brittney's cat sitting visits. On the THIRD VISIT (and I do TWICE DAILY visits due to raw pet food, so only a DAY AND A HALF), Mushy came out of her own volition! She was tempted out with treats (thank goodness she's a treataholic), but for her to come out when I'm not there is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Brittney has managed to befriend my SUPER DUPER SHY KITTY in just a day and a half and I'm absolutely FLOORED. Mushy is now coming to meet Brittney in the living room with no treat tempting required! One day, Mushy even met Brittney at the door one day!
