They definitely made me feel more comfortable, and I was confident that our cat was being well taken care of. Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least). We had to leave our 2.5 month puppy for over a week, along with our other pets, so we were picky! This little dog was just beginning to bond with us and we were feeling so guilty about that, fearing he'd forget about us when we returned. Luckily Todd stepped in for full time overnight stays and the pets could stay home with a very kind sitter. We received tons of pictures and updates from Todd during the vacation, as we always have each time we have hired him after that. Todd has taken care of things promptly that have happened during his stays...a dead possum in the backyard, a fallen tree, etc. Barb is extremely prompt and responsive for scheduling and schedule change requests. My cat is now an old lady and needs monthly injections. The staff are all caring and kind and we are in and out in about ten minutes for these visits. I also appreciate Dr. Alex always personally calling or emailing me as soon as labs have been read. He explains all issues and possible courses of action.
