We purchased a car for here in November for one of our sons. I usually buy new or from a dealership, but the car was at an awesome price, almost too good to be true. I know a lot of people in Sonoma County so I did some research on the family that owns this car lot, and even had the VIN ran at the Ford dealership to see if there were an past or current issues with the vehicle. Everything came back good, so we decided to proceed with the purchase. During the paperwork signing, I learned the family of Encore lives in my neighborhood, just 2 street over, and we have a lot of mutual friends. The buying experience was very pleasant, and this family care about their customers. 3 weeks after the purchase, my son calls me and tells said the car wouldn't start... We had to jump start the car and I took it to my mechanic and I had the battery tested and it failed. I called Encore and asked if this was something they would cover under the 30 days guarantee they offered us. Unfortunately a battery is not (makes sense), and being that the car is 4 years old, it was time for the battery to be replaced anyways. I took the car to interstate batteries, Gad called down there to let them know i was coming in and I was given a discount on the battery and Gad offed to pay half of the cost of the battery and sent me a check. Today I financed my first car... not my first car ever, but first ever financing and I came into this thinking it was going to be a nightmare. What ones nightmare ended up my dream come true. The Process: I sat in the office for less than two hours (keep in mind I'm quite the talker and Mustafa is a total charm) even with all of the side conversation!! This is crazy, right?! Smooth sailing through the whole process, I recommend getting your insurance transferred (obviously when you're financing make sure you're approved for the vehicle first). I called in advance to let them know I was arriving early and they were prepped and ready to go. The Car: I bought a 2016 Acura with 25k miles for the lowest price in BB. It was beautifully detailed and cleaned while I did my paperwork (construction is going on next to/behind the car lot and they didn't want to detail it earlier to ensure no particles came with me off the lot- FABULOUS move guys!) The car had been sitting in the lot (duh) but due to the duration they gave&installed a BRAND NEW BATTERY while I was there JUST IN CASE!!! The Service/Employees: Just wow. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Prompt responses, straight to the point AND TRANSPARENT! When you're going from work, to buy a car, then to school- this was important for me. This company has such a family feel to it and makes everything that much more comfortable if it wasn't already. I would highly without-a-doubt recommend to anyone looking for a new ride. This family was very nice. They made the transaction fast as I was paying cash. The car was detailed and ready to go. I drove 2 hours to do this. The price was solid as I had to watch it a while. It dropped twice within a few weeks or so, I was glad I waited. My only real complaint was that I assumed I was paying the registration for a year, from the time I purchased it. I just received my tags and it appears the registration was not up do date. The $528 I paid for registration alone only covers me until July of this year. That's only 4 months- I'll owe another year of registration again. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance. Overall, I had a good experience and am happy with the car. read more

I just completed purchase of a 2017 Honda Pilot from Elite Motors. I can honestly say that in all of my 66 years and purchases of many, many used cars it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. This is a smaller lot and you might pass it on Santa Rosa Blvd. without really noticing it. But seek this place out. I found it through an ad on Auto Trader, but an experience with Gad and his uncle (owners) should not be missed. It is a family business. Laid back, no pressure at all. Gad said about pressure dealers that they don't do that: "Either you like the car or you don't. That's all." After receiving an attractive offer for my trade-in of an unseen paint deficiency, Gad's uncle told me that he had made the original offer and did not want to back on his offer. But the hood and roof needed repainted at a cost of $1500. So he offered to reduce his offer by only $500 instead of the whole $1500. I thought that was reasonable and generous. And it showed a level of professionalism not found in the larger, fancy (and higher priced) dealers in town. They have the most awesome computer program for sales and are very knowledgeable about the sales and DMV requirements. I was impressed! Gad and his uncle (so sorry, I don't remember his name) were so genuinely nice and friendly. The car was just what I wanted, I got a generous trade-in price for my truck, and the new car was priced lower than anywhere else. I love my Honda Pilot. This place is probably one of the best dealerships I've ever been too. I've noticed they are a lot cheaper than most other dealers plusss they actually care about you and the car you are looking for. I've looked at a lot of other dealerships and they were really pushy telling me what car to buy and almost like as if they were forcing me BUT NOT THIS ONE!! Mustafa is the man! He gave me a really good deal on a 2013 jetta for less than the KBB dealer price and also I couldn't find a better deal than that! Not even Craigslist. I have soon much to say about this place! First off they are family owned business. Two brothers and their father who ALL treated me like family. I never felt pressured and i did NOT feel cheated here like the other places. I went to over 5 dealerships and when I arrived here i was worn out from all the salesman and the feeling of hopelessness because I didn't want to get burned by the financing or over pay for a car. This family let me look around and did not bother me yet did not ignore me either. I do not have the best credit at all (mid six hundreds), and was quoted at over 8-9% financing at each dealership plus each car at every other lot seemed over priced. They got it down almost half the percentage of financing at 5.99 and i said DEAL!! It doesn't end there... They already had the sale from me, and at the end they told me they can do even better and got it down to 5%!! They already had the deal closed at 5.99%, but they went the honest route and told me they got me approved for less when they got off the phone with the company approving me for the loan. Dealerships do not just make money off the cars, they make income through the interest on the loan as well and this family really took care of me. I love family owned businesses that are honest and hard working. It has been a week since I purchased my car and still no buyers remorse and everyone is amazed at the car I got for the price and the financing I was approved for!
