They even stayed late for me to get off from work so I could pick it up!

When my Honda's engine blew and wouldn't even start, This Car stepped up. Parker brought in a specialist mechanic and got it running so they could maximize my trade-in value--I got every dollar possible for my undrivable vehicle. I had already visited three different mechanics who couldn't even get my Honda started! On top of that, I had my heart set on the new Buick Envista. It had just come out and chances of me finding a used one or slim. When I was discouraged searching, the team patiently hunted high and low until they found me the 2024 Buick Vista I wanted. This is the most patient company I have ever worked with. Highly recommend!

They have a great selection of beautiful used cars.

Was surprised to arrive and not find a traditional dealership, but they still have hundreds of beautiful used cars. The process was quick and easy! We found our new set of wheels and will be buying and selling our next car at THIScar

I called ahead, gave my VIN, referenced recall PC068, and explained exactly what was going on. I scheduled what I was told would be a recall repair. When I arrived, it was set up as a diagnostic instead, which felt like a breakdown in communication and process. After that experience, I left pretty frustrated. The next day, Robert Quarles, the Service Director, called me personally. He had actually listened to the original call and acknowledged that I had been told the recall was open. That mattered. He didn't deflect or argue. He owned it. We had a direct conversation, got on the same page, and he committed to making it right. I brought the truck back in that Friday. They kept it through the weekend and into Monday, worked to reproduce the issue, and when they couldn't get the codes to return, they still made the decision to move forward and replace the IPDM under the recall. Jason, the lead technician, put in the work and they even drove the truck around 100 miles to make sure everything was solid before giving it back to me. They also provided a loaner, which wasn't originally part of the plan. That's the difference. The first interaction was rough, but leadership stepped in, took ownership, and followed through. That's what you want when something doesn't go right the first time. If you work with them, my advice is to be clear and verify details up front. But based on how this was handled in the end, they showed they are willing to stand behind it and do the right thing.

The heated seats…read moredon't heat well - I asked to fix this and they said I'd have to drop it off for diagnostics for at least 2 days and they weren't sure if they could fix it and had no loaners. So what am I supposed to do, not have a car? This trim is the highest level for the Sorento but doesn't have any ambiant lighting, red seat color options, or heads up display, but the Sportage does? Make that make sense (this is Kia overall, not necessarily the dealership). Be sure to quadruple check the estimates they sign for you. They kept trying to be sneaky and they'd take off what I asked and add it somewhere else. we went through this multiple times which should've been a huge red flag, but I wanted the car and proceeded to buy the car. The only good process we had was with finance - the finance guy was amazing. Then I was told there was only one key and they'd call me on Monday (I purchased it on a Friday) because they couldn't find the other key, but they have cars at 2 locations. Well of course, that never happened. I called 3 different times asking nicely for someone to help with my key, never heard back. Finally I got in touch with Gavin. He never called back, so I called and left a message with the owner for Gavin to call me back. He never did. Finally, I called back the next day & he had an attitude asking why I didn't call him back yesterday & told him I did, so that wasn't professional. Then he said he would have to order one and I would for sure hear from him.... I had it on my calendar to call him because surprise, I still haven't heard from him. I'm beyond over their horrible service and even if I buy another Kia in the future, I will not purchase from Group1 kia (formerly beck and masten). Buy anywhere else, I'm telling you. As soon as they get the sale, they never have and never will care about you. Update: I called and Gavin even though "he swore he would take care of it and not forget about me because of a sticky note on his computer" never ordered my key. Then he suggested I come in two separate times to get the faub and the actual key (neither of which he has). The incompetency, lack of knowledge, absolute disrespect he treats clients with is INSANE. The only reason I give it 2 stars initially is because they have a decent amount of cars to choose from, not unbelievably above MSRP, and the interior is nice inside because of the remodel to the business itself. Go literally anywhere else. I'll be contacting a regional manager to try to find someone who can actually fix an issue they created.

Beck & Masten Kia - Tomball…read more I spent eight hours at this dealership and came away with the clear impression that customer service is largely absent. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing a new or used vehicle here. My experience began a week prior to my visit. I researched several vehicles listed online and called to confirm availability for test drives. A few days before my appointment, I followed up again to ensure the vehicles I was interested in would be ready. The front desk confirmed everything. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at 10:00 AM. The exterior was disorganized, with limited parking due to ongoing renovations (12/25). When I entered the building, there was no receptionist at the desk and no visible sales staff. After waiting about ten minutes, someone finally approached me. I was asked if I had an appointment and with whom. I explained that I did have an appointment but had not been assigned a salesperson. I was left waiting again for another ten minutes before Reinier introduced himself as my salesperson and brought me to his desk to start discussing options. FIRST RED FLAG: Although Reinier was polite and attentive, he had no prior knowledge of my preferences. There was an existing email trail outlining what I was looking for and my intended payment method. This indicated poor internal communication. SECOND RED FLAG: I made it clear I had limited time due to work commitments and wanted to begin test driving immediately. One of the vehicles I had confirmed was not on-site. I was told it was at another dealership about 45 minutes away and that I could drive there myself. After I mentioned my prior confirmation, "Can you please have someone bring it while we test drive one of the other vehicles?" He agreed but warned me, "It may take few hours to find someone to bring it." Here, your time isn't valued. THIRD RED FLAG: The first vehicle we attempted to test drive was dirty inside and out and would not start. Reinier, tried to say that the battery must have just died. There are two reasons a car won't start due to dead battery. Either, the car has been sitting on the lot for at least a month, unattended. Or, the battery was old. When I asked if I could open the hood, while Reinier was going to get jumper cables, I discovered that the battery was newer, which led me to believe the car has been sitting there, unattended, for at least a month. After a jump start, the test drive was acceptable but unremarkable. Here, they don't care about appearance of their cars. FOURTH RED FLAG: After the first test drive, I was told the second vehicle was being brought over. I was then left alone at the desk for nearly two hours. During that time, I observed Reinier assisting other customers, trying to convert a sale. In my view, leaving a client unattended for that length of time is unprofessional. When the second vehicle finally arrived, it was also dirty. After test driving it, I decided to proceed with that vehicle, as it met my needs despite the delays. Here, you're not respected. FIFTH RED FLAG: After completing paperwork, I waited another hour before being taken to the finance office. There, I encountered repeated attempts to upsell additional products despite clearly stating multiple times that I only wanted to purchase the vehicle itself. I completed the process and left around 6:00 PM. They just don't care about you here. The only positive aspect of my experience is that their advertised pricing appears accurate. The no-haggle pricing model is straightforward and may be appealing, especially for someone like myself who hasn't purchased from a dealership in eleven years. Overall, the process was unnecessarily time-consuming and lacked consistent customer attention.

I just purchased a 2026 Ford Expedition Max Platinum from here and worked with Rod "The Aggie"…read moreDeason. We had a great experience. He was knowledgeable and worked with us on our trade in. I love my vehicle so far. I guess the only thing I'd say for anyone looking to buy this vehicle: I purchased it because it was almost exactly like the Lincoln Navigator I test drove. The Navigator just had too much tech (and I'm a techy person). This vehicle had just the right amount of tech without being over the top. However, I did not opt for the additional $7k upgrade and wish I would have. Rod mentioned that one of the differences would be road noise. During test driving I didn't feel that I heard much road noise, so I thought it was fine to save some money. It's not "road" noise I hear, but actual car noise. I'd imagine what I'm hearing is what Rod meant and I just didn't understand because I don't deal with this every day. Hindsight, I wish I would have upgraded $7k more. The noise isn't awful, but coming from a quieter Navigator to this, I can hear the difference now. I still love my car, but wish I would have test driven one with and one without the noise reduction to fully understand the difference. Oh well. Overall, a great transaction and we would come back for any future vehicles.
