This was my first visit to encore nails. I had a fill and one nail fixed. My nails where a little think, but not terrible. I mentioned that they were a little thick, but no response. When I go to the register, she says $58 I said for a fill? She said well I did fix one nail. I mean $58 for a fill? that is absolutely ridiculous If they are including the fact that they offer a massage with the nail service to justify that much money, then they should offer just nails alone. Because I declined the massage. I just wanted a fill. The price of getting nails and a pedicure done every two weeks is starting to be more than a utility bill, I feel like they are trying to make up for the money loss during Covid. Unfortunately they won't be getting any more from me. . I will not be returning to encore. read more

My daughter regularly gets her nails done here and she is very picky so based on her recommendation my sisters and I decided to enjoy pedicures. We were able to make appointments for the three of us for a Saturday afternoon and we were sat right next to each other. We all had a great excellent experience and love the hot stones! Clean, great rewards and convenient location. We all said we would def return. read more

First time here, got a young gentleman for a basic pedicure. Very strange experience... zero customer service. At one point he completely stopped the pedicure and looking away very annoyed when I wasn't reading his mind on what he expected me to do with my feet. I asked if the polish would darken after the 2nd coat (it was too light), he didn't even answer but pushed back in his chair annoyed again and told me to go pick another color. I just didn't appreciate the rushed vibe and the way he tapped on me the entire time (I understand the tapping, but his taps were rude) Very disappointed with how my toenails all look uneven and the paint job doesn't even cover the entire nail. There's still dead skin around my cuticles that wasn't cut. read more

I have already left a 5-star review for this nail salon before, but I came back the other day and was disappointed. My nail technician didn't file all of my nails straight, and there was polish underneath most of my nails that wasn't cleaned up. Some of my nails are completely uneven. :( And, my polish started to come off the next day. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but I left disappointed because this wasn't the experience I had last time. I am still waiting on a response from the owner via FB Messenger to see if there is anything that they can do to remedy the situation. I sure hope so, because I wouldn't want this to be my last time at this nail salon. read more

YaYa gave me the most wonderful nails! It really cheered me up since the last set I got from a different salon were pretty disappointing (had globs of hard gel sticking up and they didn't even trim or file my nails so all of my nails were uneven!), and I paid almost triple what I did at Encore. The quality and communication was great, and I enjoyed how quiet and clean the salon was. An overall great experience, and I plan on coming again when I want to treat myself! read more

Very friendly manager.. offers water, bubble tea or green tea during your service. I came specifically for a pedicure this time: my sister got a gel mani. I opted for one level up on the pedi to have the 15min massage- glorious! Close your eyes and enjoy!! Didn't feel rushed where sometimes I've felt other places. Phone holders at each mani station! I have been looking for a new nail salon for a while and I'm so happy to have found Encore! Today was my first trip there and I had such a great experience. The salon is cute and clean. They greeted me with a citrus water and I was sat down by a nail tech very quickly after arriving. They had tons of polish color choices, including current trends like cat eye and mirror gel polishes. Prices are moderate- I got a gel manicure and art on 4 nails, so my cost before tip was $45. The quality of work is great and the cost of materials have for sure increased, so they charge appropriately. I'm so happy with how my manicure came out, absolutely will be back again! read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! My wife went there requested a gel pedicure and manicure. She noticed that the manicure color didn't match the pedicure and she brought up to the techs attention and he just ignored when other staff looked at it they said that the pedicure wasn't gel when my wife had asked for gel when she walked in not to mention that her feet came out looking like it did when she walked in and to top it off they were so RUDE!!! I've never gotten a gel manicure but today I tried it for the first time. I was a walk in and I only had to wait a few minutes to get my nails done. They totally understood what I wanted and the did a great job. Also the place was well put together and very peaceful. So like yes the salon is beautiful. The nail artist i had was great too. But i literally spent way more then i thought it would be. I got a super short almond set with one small heart on each accent nail, which the hearts look not so great. It was gel so i know theres an upcharge for gel and designs but come on 90 dollars for a full set? that is outrageous. I know everything for any business owner the cost has gone up a little but i expected to pay 60 to 70 the most. It stinks because I planned on visiting this location again until the pricing was given to me. No hate to this establishment I did have a good experience the pricing just wasnt what i expected. read more

Started coming here and think the techs do a great job but unfortunately won't be back. Not only do they charge you $5 to file your nails if they are not square shape ( I have very short coffin shape) , they just charged me $15 to put a couple tiny hearts on 4 fingers. Tried to make me feel better by saying it's $5 a finger and I only had to pay for 3. Was NOT told beforehand that it was $5 each finger or i would have NEVER asked for it. Very disapointed that as a new business they are trying to nickle and dime customers for everything. read more

Fabulous! Came in on opening day and back for another set of cat eye gel manicure! You always get a great massage with hot towel at the end of service! Super clean with trendy colors and a super nice assortment of pedicure stations with steam and hot rock massage. Highly recommended! read more

I do not recommend. There were two of us getting pedicures we both decided on the encore honey spa pedicure. They were both rushed and did not include what they were suppose to I did not get the heel paraffin and the other person I was with did not get the hot stones. They did not clean my toenails properly and I am left with uneven toenails bc they were rushing. They didn't even apologize offered us one $5 off for our next visit but we declined bc we will not be back!! I would suggest finding somewhere else for your pedicure!! Defined not worth $98 dollars. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a place of business. I brought my little sister to get her nails done and I was getting a fill. We went at 6:15 and from the second I got there they were rushing. I had to ask the girl doing my nails to fix multiple things. When it came time to check out I was still very upset about how they turned out. I simply asked if they can do a discount instead of redoing them because it was already late and they said no because the manager was not there. Then another nail tech said he can fix them for me. He started fixing them and the girl that originally did my nails came over and got in my face stating this is what i asked for and many other rude things. I was fed up at this point and said this place is super unorganized and she is being disrespectful. They said I can come back to get them fixed another day.
