Service: I've been working with Nailby_Tee92 (Instagram) since 2020. Her work is immaculate. The attention to detail, plus the quality materials she uses to complete my nails, has always been top tier. She is one of the best nail techs I've had, which is why I've been with her for so long.She has recently became the owner of this location alongside her husband, who also does nails. I 100 percent recommend giving this place a try. They are extremely friendly, professional, and have created a great environment within this location with a wonderful staff that is just as talented as they are. Every single person I have referred to get their nails done, not only with Tee but also with her staff in the salon, has maintained their loyalty to them because of the quality of the work. My nails always last three weeks +, and I have never really dealt with them breaking. I always come back for a refill, and honestly, the prices are very fair for the longevity of the nails and the quality of the work. Location: I love that they have been able to become owners of this location, as it is really nice and comfortable to come to a place to get your nails done compared to most nail techs who are highly talented and usually tend to work out of their own home. I also get pedicures here, and they are definitely worth it because not only do they take their time, but they also offer different services and products for your feet, leaving you very content for the price you're paying. I would recommend making an appointment before stepping in, as it makes it easier to get to your nail tech quicker. They do offer walk ins as well. This is a perfect spot to come for some self care when it comes to your nails, and also a great place to come with friends to get pedicures. They do have free parking as well, as they are located in a plaza. Wherever Tee goes on her journey with her nail services and continues to grow, I will continue to go to her. Absolutely love this salon! They are always able to fit me in for a fill or a full set. I have had my nails done by 3 nail technicians and every time my nails come out great. They ALWAYS have new polishes, and designs. The staff must go above and beyond with sanitation because they salon is always very clean, the floors, bathroom nail stations and pedicure seats are always freshly clean! So actually a funny story about my time here. A friend recommended a salon in the perfect puppy plaza but didn't give me a nail so I went online and saw that this place had good reviews etc. So I made an appointmen, was pleased with my time. Didn't have to wait too long only like 5-10 minutes. Had a variety of color choices. And the person I had was very thorough. My only complaint is that I said no to a third coat and because the color was very light, it looks splotchy.However it's my fault because he asked and I declined because i thought they looked fine until I went into daylight. Great service overall. And super cheap compared to places in Coventry/Warwick. Will be returning! read more

I have had many manicures in my 50 plus years and my experience here was by far the worst! I was shamed and ridiculed by two of the employees and I received a terrible manicure. This all occurred after I was noticing that the woman who was doing my manicure (a basic powder dip) was proceeding to just file my nails in whatever manner she preferred and then moving onto the polish process. I have never seen this happen before?! With all of the manicures I have received, I don't expect a lot of conversation but at minimum- we discuss the preferred "shape" & "length" of my nails. None of this happened. So I told/asked the manicurist that I would like a "squoval" shape. She seemed to ignore me so I mentioned it again and the manicurist beside her then spoke and told me that "they" do not do that there?! I was very confused. I found myself having to go back and forth with this other woman about how the other salons I have been too display the various nail shapes etc. She cut me off and then proceeded to speak in another language with the woman doing my nails - they spoke for a few minutes- in front of me- and after that everything went further down hill. My manicurist still did not file my nails in the proper shape. She also proceeded to do so very harshly- to the point that they hurt and many of my nails were red days later. I should also note- the color that I selected was not the color that I received! She was very anxious to get me in the chair- I was 10 minutes early... but clearly did not pay attention when I showed her the color that I wanted. And It has been less than two weeks and my nails are already "lifting." Any other powder dip that I have received lasts a minimum of three weeks. This salon also does not offer paraffin dips, did not wash my hands during my manicure, there are no pay with cash incentives, no back/neck massages etc. And if you are wondering why I went? I live close by...thought I would try it out. Big Mistake! You have been warned! read more

I have been to this salon 2 times for a gel pedicure. The first time I went, my pedicure lasted 5 days before the polish just peeled off from 3 toes. I went to another salon and had a new gel pedicure done. This pedicure lasted over 4 weeks before it started to chip. I mentioned to them about my experience at Lueur Nails. They said that the polish was probably not good quality or that they didn't keep my toes under the lights long enough. So, I decided I would try Lueur Nails again. I mentioned to the woman that my polish did not last long last time I was there. She said she'd take good care of my pedicure. This time the polish popped off of 8 toes after less than 1 week. I was away when this happened and went back to the salon when I returned home. The woman at the salon told me I should have come in right away when that happened. I explained that I was away and could not come in. She then said that I should have called. I again told her that I was away. She said the pedicure should last 4-5 weeks and to come back another time and they would try to give me a discount. I do not recommend Lueur nail salon and will not be going back. read more
