I was impressed how he was learning rock songs and theory at the same time so I decided to take lessons at the same time with Kevin. Before Thunder Road I had taken lessons as a child and tried again when I was 40 and still didn't feel like I was learning the songs I wanted. I was stuck in the Hal Lenord method. Thunder Road's approach is so different! Not only was I learning the songs but for once I truly understand the theory. It's been about a year and I still love it. He teaches context and reasons for playing techniques instead of just following a textbook- this makes the learning applicable across many different situations. Josh (owner) is very friendly and no pressure for sales. He's helpful, knowledgeable, and likewise multi-instrumental. I began looking at mandolins and he gave great advice in selection. He was then able to quickly secure what I was looking for, gave a totally competitive price, plus his professional, luthier set-up on its arrival. So glad to have this service nearby! I appreciate too that both Joe and Josh (probably others) are active in playing gigs etc., so what you get at Donley's is coming from guys who are active in music. Thanks!

I can NEVER get them to answer a phone and they have never returned a call from me. They have a location in Alpharetta that now I have to drive to for repairs. Off 400!! I needed to get a bigger cello for the summer and the new year and it took right up to the 1st day of school to get one. I asked to trade it in May. Then 2 of the tuning pegs broke and its been over 2 weeks now. I can't even talk to them. To avoid a headache I would avoid this place!!! Not reliable and not a good business!!

Here is a few background I want to share here: My daughter started her piano since she was 5 but stopped for a while when she was 7. The reason that we stopped are: 1) part of my reason (interfere a lot with her practice) and 2) her previous teacher's style didn't fit her. We are so thankful that we found Ms. Sarah from a friend of mine. Now my daughter finds her love to piano and music again. She even would love to challenge herself on her practices. We don't have to have our fights on when and how to practice piano everyday because Ms. Sarah will show my daughter how to practice and to deal with her feelings. She makes sure everybody is in her comfort zone and willing to try new stuff at the same time. I think another best thing about Ms. Sarah is her passion. You will be sure that she loves teaching piano. She cares about her students and their parents too. We keep very good communication with each other since the first day we met each other. I've played this bass on many gigs and it's fine; nice neck, good sounding pickups (hey, pickup technology is STILL wire wrapped around magnets) Sure is nice to not have to babysit a vintage P-bass at gigs these days! I keep this one behind the seat in my car and it comes in handy.

Like most people I don't usually leave 5 star reviews when I get good service. But after using…read morethis business for 3+ years, and seeing the other reviewers comments, I've got to shine some light. In this store they have mostly TVs that are sold open box in like new condition. They also have others that are sold with very slight defects. (They were up front w me and told me when showing me the ones that had very slight defects) I couldn't notice the defects on some of them in the store but they told me about it and even pulled up video on the screen to show me. I imagine there is no return or exchange policy on these defective units. I've never pulled the trigger on any of the HEAAAAVILY DISCOUNTED ones with blemishes, or defects, so I can't attest to those ones. My friends and family have always bought the like new ones. Between me and my friends, we have now bought 4 high end Oled TVs total from here. 1 of them did have some slight vertical banding in the picture, that we didn't notice until we got it home, but even though it were sold as open box, the owner was awesome and offered to swap it out or refund it. We brought it back, and since he didn't have the same model in stock he put the money right back on my card. The curb appeal of the place isn't the greatest, but it's the best place to get high end TVs for sure!
