I had to bring my car back., because they couldn't do their job properly the first time, and then charge me for the caliper that they couldn't do right. places is a joke if you want to get ripped off, go there! Despite having all the information necessary to identify the correct part, they brought the wrong window. They then canceled and rescheduled my appointment, explaining that the correct window needed to be ordered directly from BMW. After I waited approximately three weeks, they finally returned today--only to discover that they had ordered the wrong window AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable. Safelite had my VIN, physically inspected the window, and had several weeks to confirm the correct part--yet somehow ordered the wrong window twice. I have repeatedly rearranged my schedule, and my vehicle is still not repaired. Safelite's repeated mistakes, delays, and failure to verify the correct part have made this situation significantly worse.
