I really contemplated putting an honest review out here. but the lack of communication was painful and costed me multiple Uber trips that I didn't need to take to their garage. I had to pay a $910 deposit over a month ago to secure a spot on the schedule. Dropped off my vehicle on August 15th. They assured me that it would be done by Friday. Their communication with me was below most standards but I didn't pay much attention to it until Friday. I asked Joey (nice guy) how it was looking and he said "like new". One would assume that that means a significant amount of work has already been done on it. And that it looks good. They asked me not to come pick it up until 6 PM. That's fine. I arrive at 6 PM only to see my vehicle in the back with very little wrap completed. The worker asked me if I can hang around for two hours or so. Are you kidding me? No I cannot. I had to Uber there from quite a ways away and they couldn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me that my vehicle is not going to be ready. He knew full well that I had to Uber there to get my vehicle only to have to call another Uber to come pick me up and bring me home. He assured me again, that it would be ready by Monday morning. I text him Monday morning to ask if it's ready and the first response is "yes it's ready to come get it". Then I receive another text saying that it's not ready but it should be by 12. I sent several text messages, and called but it goes straight to voicemail. I finally get a hold of Joey and he says it's ready. Well... now my lunch break is over so there goes that. (It is now 1 o'clock I have an Uber coming to get me to bring me there. For the third time. i'm writing all of this down now so that my account is fresh and accurate.) At this point I have not even seen my vehicle and I don't know the quality of the work. But when you receive poor communication and service like this, no matter how good the wrap looks I'm going to have a bad taste in my mouth. When someone wants to charge you $4,004 for a wrap, it better be a damn good wrap, but also, I expect a certain level of communication and at least having the courtesy to tell me if it's not ready when he full well knew I'd need to be ubering from a ways away to pick it up. Additionally don't tell me my vehicle "looks like new" when you haven't done anything to it yet. Don't care what the wrap looks like at this point I won't do business with them again. On another note, the wrap is satisfactory but you can get the same quality somewhere else for much less. Lesson learned. read more

I came in asking to have my hood vinyl wrapped. Prior to the visit, I had spoken with a gentleman who works there on a few different occasions and was told they carry all 3m colors. I was also told they do not have a color that matches my 2001 Lexus is300 millennium silver OEM paint, that he himself also had the same car in that color and it's "not possible" to match. Since then, I had found the color of vinyl wrap I wanted by visiting another shop and utilizing their "3m" color sample cards, holding it next to my vehicle in order to ensure the match was close enough. So when I came to endless auto saloon and told them I wanted "gloss white aluminum by 3m" he began insisting that it won't work, it doesn't match, he didn't have it in stock anyway... previously, he had mentioned to me that he had some carbon fiber vinyl wrap that he'd do for cheaper than normal because it's sitting at the shop, ready for install. So then he suggests I do a carbon fiber color wrap because ordering the color I wanted would take a few days to arrive and I'd have to make a pre-payment. Also still insisting it wouldn't match.. Well, as soon as the carbon fiber wrap was put on and I saw it, I hated it immediately. I drove off upset, told the employee who asked me when I pulled off that I didn't like it in response to his question of "how do you like it?" I called them a day or two later and told him how I felt about being convinced to do a wrap I ended up really not liking, asking him if he could remove it, (to which he agreed) but no refund or store credit or anything would be offered. I said okay, well what if I got it re-wrapped would you discount it? He said sure, $275 (instead of $300) I said no thanks. I said I'd write a yelp review letting people know that the carbon fiber wrap is trash, it gets filthy after one day of regular city driving, then is forever dull and looks like plain old dirty matte-black paint. Also was told there's really no way to restore it, can't take it through the car wash either.. He proceeds to ask me what it is I want (As if by saying I was going to write a yelp review, I was essentially blackmailing him into giving me free stuff) I said I didn't want anything. I wanted to warn other people not to buy the wrap I did so they don't waste their money. He said when somebody writes a bad yelp review, it's because they want something for free" I said no thanks. Maybe I'll consider getting my taillights tinted when I stop by to get my wrap removed if he'll do it for a decent price. He said okay. Visited, later on, he recognized me, then gave me the same price quote for the tail lights as he did before I had gotten the hood wrapped. I said I thought you said you were going to give me a discount for the poor experience last time? He said " I did, the price at the time you came in the first time was a promotional price. So now in hooking you up by giving it to you when that promo isn't going on any longer" read more

Regardless of the size of the job Endless Autosalon provides the best service and results. I came here to tint our older 4runner and Joey hit it out of the park. Not only did we get the Look we wanted the ceramic tint provides much needed relief from the heat. Customer service is hard to come by these days and receiving a follow up call from the owner to provide after care instructions is rare. No wonder these guys are busy. They transformed my "Ol' Man White Suburban" into a work of art. Brushed Titanium wrap looks like bare metal. Got my new truck tinted to help with the heat in CA. The quote was reasonable, got ceramic tint all around and it works great. Wanted dark on the back and lighter up front, their installer explained to me the factory tinted glass mixed with 20% equates to limo, because if you put limo on factory tinted glass, you can't see anything. That's expertise that's I never would've know! I appreciate their honesty and helping me get what I wanted. Other places would've just sold me the tint and not advised me about this issue and I would've hated it, but not with Endless. Definitely would recommend! read more

I was beyond excited when I called Joey and he set a date & time for me to get my roof wrapped. He asked me to text him pictures of my roof and I sent color inspirations, he replied with saying he had the perfect color. A week before my appointment he asked if we were still doing the roof via text and I said yes. The day of my appointment I was told I actually didn't have an appointment. Joey asked if he sent me color swatches. Basically, insinuating that would have set / confirmed the appointment. I said no, because I assumed me sending him a picture of a color & he said he had the perfect one was okay. He apologized & said he had just fired his receptionist so things had been hectic but he could do another day for me. I told him I would get back to him once I checked my schedule. Mind you, I had to correlate mine and my fiancé's schedule to get there. Some hours go by and I text him 3 different days that would work for me. I didn't hear anything back for 4 days. Finally, get a response apologizing for the delayed response and asked me to send him a picture of the color I picked out when I was there. I sent him the color I decided on and he said he would check the availability. Well, it's been over a month and I haven't heard anything. The communication is awful. I understand mistakes happen. However, I would never be so disorganized towards a client who I had messed up their appointment in the first place. I would have made them my first priority. I'm sure they do great work, I just wouldn't recommend because some people request days off of work for this, take an Uber, or have to have someone go with them so they have a ride back. Revisited them this month with 2 new vehicles and again they not only did an outstanding job on both vehicles, but on my truck they put the higher grade (ceramic) tint at the lower rated (carbon) cost since I had to wait a bit longer due to a double booked appointment. The new ownership has fair prices, a friendly & professional staff with excellent craftsmanship. A year and half after my first experience and they are still a 5 star rated business. I've been wanting to get my roof wrapped for awhile now and I finally got it done. I heard about Endless from a friend who got her wrap work done by them and had a great experience with them. I scheduled an appointment only a couple days in advance. I'm from Orange County and didn't know I was going to be in Moreno Valley/Riverside until last minute. Tina was cool about it and booked me for that weekend to get my roof, rain wells, and antenna wrapped. All in all, my experience with Endless Autosalon was great. The guys there were friendly and knew what they were doing. I've seen plenty of hack jobs when it comes to vinyl wraps, and this was exactly the opposite. They remove the rain wells and the antenna to get the job done perfectly. Also another HUGE plus for me was that they wrap the antenna in one piece, no seams or anything (see pictures). This was something not many shops are not able to do, but its obvious Joey has perfected his craft. I would definitely recommend Endless Autosalon for all your wrap needs! read more

Great people, mad skills, and superb service overall. I used to wrap vinyl myself in a home garage too in Colorado, but they take it to the next level. There's a difference between average and professional, and these professionals will not let you down. I got my Subaru WRX STI's roof wrapped gloss black along with the tail light over lays and it exceeded expectations, even wrapped the shark fin antenna in one piece! Got my car tinted here a while back. The gentleman that I believe owns the place was very helpful in presenting me with my options for which tint to choose. In and out the same day with no issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they charge you a convenience fee of 4% to use your credit card. That for sure will add up if you decide to get your car wrapped or have multiple cars worked on. Just bring cash if you do decide to come. read more

The tint on my windows came out fine, minus one spot that started to peel within the first month. It's on a spot where no one sits so I doubt it will get any worse and I'm not going to bother going back to them. I can't recommend this place. It probably won't matter to a lot of the younger crowd yet but to anyone who cares about giving their money to someone with values and morals, this is not the place. All business owners are "in it for the money" but this guy will screw you over and not look back. Building your business on good work and salesmanship should be number one not lining his pockets by throwing a fit when things don't go his way. He is very unprofessional and you can see that just by looking at his responses to anyone who gave him a bad review. Find a place that actually cares about its customers. read more
