I reserved the beach fire pit with 6 chairs for my daughters 24th birthday. We showed up yesterday on Aug 18th and they were a no show. I've been trying to call them and the phone isn't working. I've sent an email no response. I've paid a deposit and I want my refund. I've used another company before and will definitely go back to that company for future use because the no show was unprofessional! read more

This seems to be one of the best kept secrets in PCB. While we had pretty good beach service at our condo, we envied the beach set-up right down the beach in front of Schooners. It wasn't until we watched the breakdown later in the day that we realized it was a service. We immediately looked it up and the day we rented one was the best in the week! We did the endless rental that came with cooler and cornhole. The guys setting it up forgot the cooler, but as soon as we saw that and called they brought one down promptly. Things you should know- 1) Beaus does not in fact deliver to these canopy's. The restaurant basically told us that they don't waste their time if it's not catering over 100. 2) Be prepared to answer LOTS of questions about it! I would almost recommend the company leave a few business cards or flyers. 3) Even though Beaus does not service the canopy's, if you set up outside Schooners they have really good food and amazing daiquiris in souvenir cups. We will be coming back to PCB and will rent from Endless! read more

Been here three days, they set up for one of them. Neighbors used a different service they have been set up all three days. No way to reach these guys. Phone is voicemail and they don't call you back. The worst. Don't waste your money, go with someone else. read more

Last time we were in PCB we saw the bonfire set up at Schooners. We scheduled to do it on our trip down this time since all of our kids and spouses would be there with us. It was AMAZING!!! The perfectly set up bonfire, chairs, corn hole game, s'mores, and music! The best part is it was worry free. We didn't have to do any of the set up or tear down. Just walk on the beach and enjoy!! We come to the beach every year with our family. I happened to see Endless Beach Rentals on Pinterest. We scheduled the beach bonfire. The weather was iffy, so we called to cancel. We were assured that they would keep an eye on the weather, inform us, and issue a refund if we were rained out. This was reassuring in a day and time where customer service seems to be the exception rather than the rule. The weather did indeed turn out to be perfect. We arrived to comfortable beach chairs, corn hole, hammocks, and of course, the bonfire and s'mores fixings. We brought our own bottled water, but they will provide beverages for an extra cost. It was an absolute lovely evening!!! Our family of 22 had a great time, adults, teens, down to littles. The only caveat was the amount of supplies for s'mores. It was not sufficient for our numbers. We ran to our condo to get some more. I recommend this service. Our family loves it!! read more

Ordered one of their beach packages, they assured me they would have it set up for the morning I ordered it. Get a call at 8:30 in the morning saying there is a Highwind warning and they won't be able to set up. After hanging up I pulled up AccuWeather and there was no Highwind warning as a matter of fact the wind was 5 mph, and that's what it was estimated at for the whole day, at that's what it was all day. If they didn't have the people, or they couldn't do it I wish they had let me know I would've hired another company thar would've shown up. It really put a damper on our vacation, we were really looking forward to the tent, hammock etc. it' was going to be a surprise for our family's. also they didn't issue my refund I watched my credit card for five days no refund, I finally had to call them which they have said they have issued the refund I have not seen it yet. I hope it comes through I will have to reach out to the credit card company if it does not. I would not recommend this company! read more

This was such a great experience to add to our annual summer family vacay. We had a blast! S'mores, hot dogs, beach bonfire, music, dancing and surrounded by family. Worth experience ever for my wedding anniversary. My husband and I booked the service this past weekend. When we arrive the owner was there waiting on us. They said they will be back in a hour. When we left to go to get a drink from Hang Five and came back another couple was there. The couple told us the owner told them to tell us we were in the wrong spot. The owner never told me anything. I asked for a refund and a refund was given. The next day they charged my card for the full amount and I didn't received any service. The company is a fraud and very unprofessional. I reported this company for fraud and the better business bureau. read more

Endless beach rentals are amazing! My 20 year old grandson and 6 of his friends were visiting panama city beach so I called endless beach rentals to do a bonfire on the beach. They set up chairs , hammock, table and had fixing for smores everyone LOVED it!! After everyone had a great time they came back and picked everything up all my grandson and friends had to do was relax and have fun on the beach with a bonfire!
