I had wrapped my hair in a nice scarf and when she was done my scarf was off my head. My daughter said the young lady she had was breathing hard over her so she really couldn't relax. I was kind of disappointed that they didn't have a locker room nor a shower, or bottled water. They offered you water and came back with a little plastic cup with water in it, not sure if it was tap water. The staff was really nice they tried to sale us a membership and I am glad they were not too aggressive. Would we go back, probaley not.

Chantal is so knowledgeable and adept at what she does that I wish I could have a weekly massage!! I'm greeted by the front desk personnel with a smile and a warm welcome. I looked it up and read some reviews but kept an open mind. To be honest I was expecting to experience at least one of the negative points in the reviews...but not even one instance came up!! My massage therapist proved every negative to be completely wrong. The therapists are really great and professional at their trade and use really great techniques. They have great heated beds for the massage that actually don't get too hot but keep you really comfortable through the experience. I got a 60-min swedish massage. If you address beforehand you would like less pressure they won't ignore your request. I told them I prefer less pressure and they gave me just the right amount I desired. The music was very fitting, the timing of all areas of massage worked out perfect. They use those nice hot cloths at the end to remove the massage oil which is another hidden perk and the prices are very affordable compared to most massage places! Because the price is more affordable of course you can't expect the same exact experience, aromas, and environment that the Red Door Spa gives you for the same massage at $150. I think some people have too high expectations of that sort of thing when this place is really strictly about the quality of the actual massage. I had a great experience and recommend them most definitely! My back feels so much better along with my leg and arm muscles!!

I could either wait 30 minutes and they would include enhancements or I could cancel and they wouldn't charge me. Since the drive was over an hour to the store and back and I had another appointment what I really wanted was to charge THEM gas money and my time. I just don't understand how they didn't know this until three minutes before my appointment.
