Strawberry funnel cake with cup of ice cream, sliced caramel apple, popcorn mix, and cotton candy
    Jen H.

Food was very good. Price is good also although with the funnel cake you have to pay for every topping so even if you are ordering the strawberry funnel cake, you have to add the strawberry, the chocolate syrup, the whipping cream- each at additional cost. No one really serves you because you order at the kiosk and then they call your name when your order is ready but they seem friendly. The place is small so there is not too many tables but the decor is really cute and fun. Lots of people coming in to pick up to go orders.

9.4/10 Absolutely amazing! I got the classic trio strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate and each scoop was generous and so satisfying. The whipped cream was one of the highlights: super addictive, fluffy, and it honestly tasted homemade. The churro, though, really stole the show soft, warm, and absolutely worth it. The banana was also a nice touch, and I appreciated that they used a full-sized one instead of a small piece. If I had one tiny critique, I would have loved a bit more texture maybe some peanuts or crushed nuts for a crunch. They did offer toppings like Oreos or Fruity Pebbles, but I passed since it felt like a little too much for me. A drizzle of chocolate syrup would've been the perfect finishing touch. That said, the overall experience was fantastic. Service was fast and efficient, and the staff were super friendly. The ambiance felt fun and whimsical, almost like a circus theme, with colorful and thoughtful décor that really fit the vibe. A fun, delicious, and memorable treat I'll definitely be back!

Who needs to go to the fair or wait for the summer when you can head to Endless Summer Sweets any day of the week! The decor is cute and fun. Today we had the mild link corn dog and the chicken tenders. The mild link corn dog is always delicious. The chicken tenders were crispy and well seasoned. And they give you a lot!!! The owner is always friendly and helpful! You can't go wrong with whatever you order. They even have funnel cakes, candied apples and churros.

PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY!!! When you walk in to the time you walk out, you just feel ECSTATIC!!! Due to everything being so cute, everyone so bubbly ( staff and other customers)... who's not happy when they get sweets!!! I love how all ages are seen here at this establishment- today there was a family sitting down having something to eat and desert!!! I didn't even know they had food!! How cool is that!!! I ordered the mini funnel cake fruity pebbles with vanilla ice cream- it was AMAZING!!! The fruity pebbles was literally the icing on top!!! I do wish the cake itself was a bit more soft and easier to break but it was still good!! I also had a Oreo shake- yummy yummy yummy!!!! The store is so full of cute decorations and fun little spots to take pictures- they are definitely social media/Yelp ready for those who love to snap a million pics like me. * you can also phone order, something I did not know but seen others pick up, also Uber eats and doordash. GREAT FIND TODAY

Came by just to kill time and decided to get the spicy corn, I don't know what happened within the year but last I got a corn from here there was FLAVOR! What I just received was quite bland and something I can and have definitely made before at home, but better. Daughter got an Oreo funnel cake and was happy with that. Hopefully the corn recipe will improve. Staff are always very friendly & Parking was pretty easy on a Sunday.

Endless Summer Sweets is a must-visit for anyone that loves carnival food and/or has a sweet tooth. Best known for their delicious desserts, especially the funnel cakes being crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside which is then customarily topped with powdered sugar, whipped cream, and fruit. Other popular items include the churros, caramel apples, and corn dogs, Chicago Mix popcorn and unique ice cream flavors that might surprise you. The restaurant has a casual and family-friendly atmosphere. It is a great place to go for a sweet treat or a fun meal.

If you're looking to satisfy a churro craving, then this place is it. For the price of 1 Disney churro, you get three 7-8 in long churros that are warm, crispy, and delicious. I can't speak on any other food, but this place has all the classic fair foods at pretty much the same prices. Corn dogs, fried Oreos and Twinkies, or caramel apples, they got it. Small place and the churros were quick, about 2 minute wait with a friendly staff. Check them out.

It's been freezing lately in the Bay Area, and I've been craving all the carnival food from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Luckily, I found @Endless_Summer_Sweets_, which serves the best carnival snacks made with the freshest ingredients. I started with their most popular dessert--the Extreme Fruity Pebbles Funnel Cake--topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a crown of Fruity Pebbles caramel apple. It was over the top but absolutely delicious! Perfect for sharing between two to three people. I also tried the spiral potatoes topped with Hot Cheetos--crispy, flavorful, and addictive. The cheese dog was incredible, with a legit cheese pull, and the nachos were just as tasty. I love that everything is made fresh daily--the only thing frozen is the ice cream! Get through this cold winter with some amazing food from @Endless_Summer_Sweets_! Endless Summer Sweets on on Shattuck Ave in Berkeley, CA.

We got an order of their hand dipped hot link corn dog, and it was better than any fair corn dog I've ever tasted! I'm also a huge funnel cake fan, so I had to get one of those, and they give you THE WORKS! Warm made to order funnel cake with house made whipped cream, fresh strawberries, toped with deep fried oreos, all decorated in some powder sugar! They even have a selection of Carmel apples, and the strawberry cheesecake apple might just be my favorite thing I had. I was addicted I could not stop eating it. All this food paired perfectly with their freshly squeezed lemonade that they make in house as well, and you can just tell by how good it is that they make it themselves. For those of you celebrating valentine day this place is the perfect spot to pick your partner up a sweet treat like their chocolate covered strawberries! Even the popcorn was fresh and delicious!

Called Endless Summer Sweets for a reason! Everything was so sweet and very pricey-- but the staff were very nice and the seating area was pretty chill for a conversation and eating. We got a deep fried Oreo (2), sundae (9), 3 churros (7). My friend loved the deep fried Oreo and said it was pretty doughy and good! There's also a deep fried Oreo sundae with 4 deep fried Oreos for cheaper so if you're super into them, check that out. I liked the strawberry ice cream as the ice cream bits slapped, but the cream and the drizzle was too much for me. We also removed the peanuts since my friend had a peanut allergy. The churros were good though! They were phat! Probably wouldn't come back as it was way too sweet for our palette but it was def worth a try!

If you don't have high blood pressure or diabetes, then come here. Otherwise, consumer beware. They sell great size portions and offer an array of various things. As soon as you walk-in, you can smell fried things and sugar. There's a small seating area inside, but it gets hot. I ordered the churro sundae with strawberry topping. The churro was warm and cinnamon sugar was generous, but it was too thick for my liking. The strawberry topping was on the top and bottom which was nice. The soft serve was average. The BF got the oreo topping with his and it literally was halved oreo cookies placed around the soft serve swirl lol. We all thought the oreo topping would be like other places, the oreo crumbles. My friend got a mini funnel cake with strawberries and whipped cream which smells delicious and tasted just the ones you get at the fair. Definitely a must order if we come here again. They also serve food or "junk" food if you like that. I heard their corn dogs are pretty fire too. Nice place to have different options, but definitely a treat and not something for the every day diet.

Starting with an arresting blow-up of Italian movie star Monica Vitti behind the checkout, it's a visually pleasing emporium because it's not overcrowded with idiosyncratic products. The wine collection is particularly interesting with labels unknown to me. I've been tempted by the delectables in the Grab & Go section, but I've demurred for the sake of discretion. In fact, having almost no knowledge of any of these products, I only recently bought something here because I want to support them. I got a box of Rooibos tea and a jar of Hawaiian masala (Photo 10). I look forward to buying more in the future, though one thought I had was that this store would benefit from samples. On a previous visit, there was a bakery pop-up in front (Photo 8), and I think more of that activity could encourage more in-store traffic. It'll be interesting to see how this business evolves. The "Rice & Pickles" menu also varies, so you don't know what you'll be getting until you show up. I had booked my reservation via email months in advance and requested for a bar seat. We showed up early and looked around the shop; they didn't seem ready yet so we told them we'll wait outside until it was time to check in. Once people started showing up, they were essentially in front of us. I had presumed the staff we talked to would remember we were there first already, but just wanted to wait outside since they weren't ready. Luckily, we were still sat at the bar as we requested, but it was just a chaotic check in system - or I would say there really wasn't one at all. Once we sat down at opening along with everyone else, it still took a while to be served. They were essentially still prepping as we were sat there. The bar seating area was preferred because we could listen to Kevin introduce the food. He was very passionate, but everyone else working there just seemed annoyed to be there. However, the stools are wildly uncomfortable and we were really squished in. The height was also just wrong so you either had to hold the bowl (which was pretty big and heavy) or lean over very far to eat. Now, the pickling/fermenting was Japanese inspired? But it wasn't done well, in my opinion. They used a lot of Asian ingredients but the actual execution was poor. For example, I usually love all things daikon but their daikon bettarazuke was much too fermented. Texture and flavor were both overwhelming - not sweet or crunchy. The only item I really liked was the koji garlic on the avocado (additional supplement $6). That was flavorful and delicious - wish there was more of that. The cured egg was something soy based but tasted like it was sat in the curing liquid for way too long - not good. The rice itself was honestly terrible; brown rice, but just didn't taste like it was properly cooked. The dashi had no flavor even though it was supposed to be fennel leek apple- it was just extremely sour. We didn't like most of the pickled vegetables, just flavor-wise and texturally. Everything was extremely sour and one-note, with no nuance in flavor besides from that, making it not that palatable as whole. Overall, I wouldn't be back but hey if you really like sour vegetables... $36 per bowl per person, 20% automatic gratuity added. Oh, and it was also difficult to pay; we got up and stood by the iPad for a good 10 minutes until they came over to help us pay to leave.

I…read morelove my community, and I make a point of supporting small businesses, especially those owned by Arab, North African, and Muslim families because they remind me of home. My family, friends, and I have shopped here for a long time, but after what happened today, that will no longer be the case. With the World Cup playing, I knew this store was selling Algerian jerseys. I wanted to surprise two of my American friends who have been proudly supporting Algeria by buying them jerseys. Today, I asked a friend to stop by the store and buy two jerseys. The employee working at the store today 06/30/25 between approximately 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. told my friend that the jerseys were $40 each. My friend noticed the jerseys did not have the star on them and politely asked whether they could be $35 instead (we had previously purchased 2 jerseys that had 2 stars and were $40) . The employee responded by saying, "As a matter of fact, I'll charge you $45." My friend asked why and even mentioned that he was Algerian, hoping there might be some flexibility. Instead, according to my friend, the employee responded by calling him a homophobic slur in Arabic. My friend is one of the kindest people I know. He wasn't rude, he wasn't disrespectful, and he wasn't looking for an argument. He simply wanted to buy two jerseys. Rather than make a scene, he paid for the jerseys and left. He later called me, and hearing how hurt and humiliated he was absolutely broke my heart. No customer should ever have to experience that. It is disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.Whether you personally agree with someone's sexuality is your own business. However, when you are working in customer service, your job is to treat every paying customer with basic human dignity and respect. Calling someone a slur because of who they are or as a matter of fact who you think they are has absolutely no place in any business. An employee represents the business they work for. Their actions reflect on the store and its management. If this employee felt comfortable speaking to a customer this way, I have to question what kind of environment allows that behavior. I'm not asking for special treatment, not asking anyone to change their personal or religious beliefs. I am asking for the bare minimum: RESPECT . Every customer who walks through your doors deserves to be treated with courtesy regardless of their race, religion, nationality, gender, or sexual orientation. I am very interested to see how the owners respond to this review. If what happened to my friend is consistent with how customers are treated, I believe it deserves to be taken seriously. No one should be subjected to homophobic slurs while simply trying to make a purchase. If they choose not to address this, I will consider reporting the incident to the appropriate agencies and organizations that handle discrimination complaints, as well as sharing my experience on other review platforms. This isn't about seeking revenge it's about expecting every customer to be treated with basic dignity and respect. I have always made an effort to support Arab, North African, and Muslim-owned businesses because they represent my community and my culture. That support, however, should never come at the expense of basic human decency. Until this matter is properly addressed, neither I, my family, nor my friends will be returning or recommending this business to others.

Because I've finally had it with the lackluster, tired attitude of most of the staff who work here. WHAT'S HAPPENING, Berkeley Bowl West Management? Why aren't your employees happier? I love, love, love that you do not play music in your store. My sensitive nature thanks you, very much.
