I've gone multiple times and lowkey I've been disappointed in at least one thing each time. The tiramisu was dry, the Korean style cheese and corn dogs were so hollow and the bun was chewy, the strawberry tiramisu seemed like it used frozen strawberries, the mochi was kinda mid, and the milk tea was mid as well. Some good things are their bingsu, their fruit teas, and that's it. But because I've been disappointed thrice, I'm not really down to go anymore. Their service is fast and their tables are always clean but most people don't even sit and eat there, there is always online orders.

Still love this place, but today, something was way off with the ube croffle. Cream color and texture was off and the actual croffle dough was more dense than usual and not as fluffy.

Honestly it was pretty fire, could be more cookies-and-creamy but I get that they didn't want to overpower the light dessert. Super yummy!! And prepared very quickly

This location seems to be in the same place where Feng Cha is located. We came last night after kareoke with a group of 8. The entrance was Dessert Cafe, but inside on the wall it said Feng Cha. I don't know if you can order from the counter or not, because there were 3 self ordering kiosks available and no one at the counter. A majority of our group ordered croffles. They said it was tough and tasted stale; it was difficult to cut into. We have tried Dessert Cafe in Concord before and their croffles were fresh and crispy. The bathrooms "weren't working" either. There was a sign that said "No Public Restroom". Legally I think they're supposed to have their bathrooms open/fixed for customers to use if they are a food service establishment. It took awhile for our bingsoo to come out, even though there weren't many people dining in. Also, looking at other people's photos, our mango bingsoo did not look like theirs! The presentation wasn't the same and ours just look sad compared to what was advertised. No ice cream on top either. The bingsoo was good though.

I was just looking for a quick dessert, something sweet and this place was perfect! The prep croffle was really good, not overly sweet at all! I usually don't like creams/frosting type topping, but this was fluffy, airy and actually pretty good! The creme brûlée was my favorite! It's really a perfect crème brûlée, perfect sweetness! Wasn't a huge fan of the pistachio cake, wasn't terrible but I wouldn't get it again. There's also other snacks (cheese sticks, corn dogs, fries, boba, ice tea/milk tea and more!) The service was quick and friendly. The ambiance was super cute, cafe style environment. Could probably sit there and do homework or something. Social seating, plenty of tables. Very clean! AND the best part is, pricing was amazing! Each item did not exceed $6! Definitely going again! (Actually came back the next day, lol) Check it out for yourself!

The place is cute I went in and ordered on the tablet they definitely have lots of options. One thing I didn't like was that some of the pictures in the menu looked like Ai. The croffle was tasty and not too sweet. It was definitely smaller than I thought but I didn't mind it. Would probably go again to try a different item.

There are three ordering kiosks by the door to help the line move quickly. There are tons of seating- which I'm sure goes quickly. The staff were feverishly working in the back- the menu is pretty diverse, which is cool there is something for everyone. Tonight I got some delicious goodies to sample. Uber tiramisu and a delicious smoothie/milk tea non dairy treat... so mango, so demure (see what I did there!!! Lol) The taste is as good as it looks! And it is difficult to get ube these days that taste real. Delicious options!

We were looking for dessert after dinner and this place popped up. It was close to where we were and open late. There were so many delicious looking options it was definitely hard to choose. There were a few people inside, but it was super chill. Quiet with some music playing. We got our orders in a few minutes. The croffle. The croffle. If I hadn't had so much at dinner I probably would have ordered another. I'll probably be back sooner than later. Sending anyone who will listen.

After learning that this had opened, I wanted to give it a try. I ordered the strawberry cream waffle to go; though they sell croffles too, I don't particularly like croissants so I figured the traditional waffles would be better. They also sell boba and bingsu, so I'm hoping to try the latter sometime. The strawberries tasted fresh and just the right balance between tart and sweet. The cream is sweet, and very pink. The waffle was cold, though this may have been intentional to avoid melting the cream, and I wish it was a little more crispy. Overall, it was decent and I like that they have a large menu, so I'm sure there will be plenty of things for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Dessert Cafe made a fan of me on my first visit. The previous restaurant wasn't here very long, although it showed flashes of promise. I'm more than happy with the replacement and all the sweet treats offered. The interior is the same, except for the new signs with the name of the restaurant. I suspect it may be the same owners. It's easy to order from the kiosk just inside the front door. My croffle was awesome. I have to admit that it was the first one I ever had. Croissant + waffle = delightfully light and delicious. It was pretty cool that my waffle was made fresh and the chef whipped up the batter just for me. Still, there's something about the waffle wasn't quite gourmet. I was just expecting or hoping for something different. I like mine to be crisp on the edges with a soft interior. Instead, the effect was more like a blueberries and whipped cream version of an ice cream sandwich. Five stars for the croffle and three stars for the waffle. Four stars total for now.

They were having a special if you spent x amount, your coffee was complimentary or in all reality, I think it came to about .25 cents! They chose the cutest panda bear donuts as the decorated donuts, and it was such a fun breakfast vibe full of all the whimsy. They included a bag with napkins and coffee creamer which was a nice touch. And omg, the egg/cheese croissant...so good! There is truly something special about the discovery of breakfast croissants at spots that don't typically market them. (See pic) but the croissant was hearty and layered high with gooey cheese and warm egg. The croissant was warm, buttery, and it seemed like potentially put in a press. Chefs kiss, no notes. I noticed you could add meat and/or avocado, but it was perfect paired down. All in all, a food delivery gone right! Hard to come by these days, and my first time ever executing a delivery order before 7am haha. Thank you for adding to a truly special day, can't wait to visit soon!

The apple fritter was crispy with a nice glaze on top and delicious chunks of caramelized apple inside. This donut was extremely sweet, but honestly it's exactly what we needed! A GLAZED BACK TO WINCHELL'S…read more Growing up as a kid in the 1980s my family and me would go to Winchell's on Sundays after Mass. The only donut I really like at Winchell's was the glazed as it had the lightly coated frosting yet the donut was not dense inside. Eventually Winchell's in the 1990s were later phased out by Krispy Kreme. I like Krispy Kreme because of the glazed also, but the sugar frosting can be too much. There are a lot of mom-and-pop donut shops that sell glazed raised donuts. However the glazed raised donuts at those shops tend to be dense inside. I like my glazed raised donuts with the balance between the ones I ate at Winchell's and Krispy Kreme. When I was a student at California I liked going to Kin Pin Donuts because of the butter milk bar. I came here to King Pin Donuts today as tomorrow is National Glazed Donut Day. The glazed I ordered had a lightly coated sugar frosting, yet the donut wasn't dense inside. If a glazed donut is dense I cannot order another one. I would equate this to a pizza if the crust is dense I can only eat one slice. At Kin Pin Donuts since I didn't feel bloated after eating the glazed raised donut I ordered another raised donut but this time with a chocolate frosting. What I really liked about the raised donuts at King Pin Donuts are the crispy outside. At King Pin Donuts for the raised donuts there are three textures: sweet frosting, fluffy inside, and crispy outside. How do you know if donuts at a donut shop are good? Just order a glazed or chocolate raised donuts to taste to find out if they're not dense. If a donut shop cannot bake a basic donut like raised donut, then most likely the rest of the donuts are not that good. If you are unsure what donuts to order at Kin Pin Donuts just order a raised donut.

I also ended up taking my sister so she could see what vegan food is about. 1. My sister had the breakfast burrito. The breakfast burrito was an absolute texture nightmare, the coconut rice was gross and mushy, the tofu was completely bland, the random spicy curry sauce was unblended & completely overpowered everything. Just really one of the worst burritos I've had in my life. She couldn't get past two bites before throwing it out. I also bit it, and I agree with everything my sister said. 2. I got the tempeh reuben sandwich and it was equally bad with bland soggy fries. It was edible and I finished half of the sandwich with a ton of hot sauce but I threw out the other half. I legitimately could not finish it. I think king oyster mushrooms would be a better substitute for the "bacon". 3. The donuts are AMAZING & deserve to stand alone. The lemon one was absolutely incredible. If I would've only purchased the donuts I would've given Donut farm 5 stars. There's a price range from $3.00, $3.50, $4.00, and $4.50. I think they're reasonable prices for how good they were. The only one that was okay was the chocolate coconut. In conclusion, the food needs a lot of work. I know this is a small business, but please taste the food that comes out . The sandwich was $18 and the burrito was $16. I never complain about the prices from small business owners because I love to support but it was expensive for the quality of food I received.
