After several years of not wearing a "nice" watch, I finally caved in and got a couple in different styles. A Fossil chronograph and a Daniel Wellington (this was a gift!) on a nice NATO strap. This was by no means a close match for my dad's Rolex Submariner Datejust, but it allowed me to at least look presentable when I'm not doing extreme sports. However, I was dismayed to find out that their batteries do die, unlike my Casio G-SHOCK Tough Solar watches.. some of which I have had for over 10 years and are still on their original batteries. Because, obviously, solar. A quick google search led me to this mall kiosk. The guy who ran it was very nice and accommodating.. and might I add.. very fast! I thought about dropping the watches off and popping down to the LEGO store for a quick visit, but before the conversation was over, the batteries were already installed. He was upfront about the costs and made sure to check that the batteries were working. Even set the correct time (and date) on my watches, which is a huge plus because I'm too lazy to do it myself. The batteries do come with a 1-year warranty. On top of that, he placed each watch into a ziploc back and put it into a shopping bag so I don't walk around the mall looking like I just stole two watches. We took 4 watches to them for battery replacement. They replaced the battery on 3 of them with no problem but 1 Invicta watch came back to us with a screw that's sticking out of the back. Yes we are at fault also for not checking the watch before leaving but nevertheless we did not. We live far from Northstar Mall and returning to is really very inconvenient. I told him I needed to get a link taken out of my band. He asked if I wanted to leave it, but I said I would wait. I was in no rush. Turns out it only needed one link taken out and I was on my way. The person who performed the work was amiable and professional. I usually I get my watch battery replaced at Matter of Time but due to my lack of planning, I decided to get it done at the mall at Endless Time. Now I echo the other reviews regarding quickness of the replacement and being professional but what I didn't see was the price of the battery replacement. It cost $29 to replace my Raymond Weil battery. This is about in line with other mall kiosk watch replacements costs but still yikes. Just giving 4 stars only due to the battery cost and having to go to the mall to get here otherwise a good transaction. read more
