Walked in while doing errands to see if they could adjust the bracelet on my Omega Speedmaster. Was greeted with a friendly hello and was promptly helped. The staff was 100% top notch. A bit far west from where we live but worth the drive. When you arrive you have to be buzzed in (then out) for security, no problem. Ilost a small diamond out of my wedding ring. They offered either a real or man made diamond and installed it along with a new setting then polished and cleaned the ring. It looks like new again! Scanning over their jewelry I fell in love with a diamond Texas pendant But they only had it in yellow gold and I prefer white gold. No problem, they had it within 2-days. They also do custom jewelry. I had a necklace with a one caret diamond that my husband designed for me several years ago that unfortunately I lost. I stopped in on a whim looking for a jade necklace as an anniversary present for my girlfriend. At first they didn't have any Jade in stock but April was quick to help. She helped me place an order for a Jade necklace exactly how I was looking for it and even ordered a few gems to the store for me to have a selection. During this time the store always kept in contact with me and gave me updates as well as sent pictures of what they had got in. When it was time to choose a gem, I wasn't pressured to pick the most expensive one. Hi. I visited Rialto Jewelers after a Dr appointment today. Since our other jeweler retired in 2019..we hadn't found a new jeweler to do business with until today. I've been dealing with high end jewelry n watches for many years personally. After doing some research of jewelers n our area, I found this hidden gem of a store. I spoke to April (staff personnel) earlier this am and when I walked in this afternoon she knew who I was. The floor layout n display cases with inventory was completely amazing. My wife's engagement ring lost 1 of the step down diamonds over the weekend. This was main reason for going by their business. Luckily, April found a diamond in stock that would work and after inspection of the ring I was told the pointers needed to be redone because other 2 stones were loose. Also while there I met Mr Luis, who is the owner and I showed him the Rolex datejust I was wearing and asked him for a quote for maintenance, fixing the bezel and the crown. The prices I was quoted I feel are more than fair and April said my wife's ring would be done soon. I also had another watch I needed a battery replacement done and Mr Luis did it while I waited. I'm truly glad that I decided to stop in and visit this location. Their inventory displayed is very nice n neatly arranged, April n Mr Luis went above and beyond to help me and my wife. Was able to make an appointment to have my beautiful engagement ring resized. My husband was also able to get his ring altered with small beads as well, even though we didn't make an appointment for it. The owner responded to my message very quickly and the ladies at the location that day were helpful. I originally thought I was a different size and I was able to get fitted correctly. Although I asked a ton of questions, I never felt rushed or disrespected. They practice social distancing and only allowed 1-2 people in the store at a time.
