What an amazing experience…read more I walked into the office of a maxiofacial surgeon expecting to get my tooth pulled that day. The surgeon explained that because of my age, I would not be able to receive an implant until 10+ years and that I would run into issues with that tooth if I decided to pull it so early. He then referred us to RC Endodontics for an emergency root canal. I walked in terrified because of the poor thoughts on root canals and the issues that could arise later from failed root canals or root canals in general. They got me into the office in about 30 minutes, which was wonderful because I had been losing sleep over this tooth and experiencing horrible ear aches and jaw pain for days. They took a look at the tooth and saw that I had bone loss and a severe infection through that part of my jaw and tooth. Dr.Parmer was extremely kind and helped with my worries and concerns without judging. She performed the procedure and injected me multiple times to make the procedure more comfortable. It's been about 3 months since I've received it and I'm no longer in any pain and my bone has gone back to its normal state. I am so grateful for such a kind office and such a well done procedure. I must say that my experience there was really pleasant with a really friendly staff. I didn't have a long wait to see the Dentist, Dr. Luiza Portnoff. She did the extraction and it was over before I knew it and it was painless. Of course with any dental procedure there will be some discomfort afterward, but he following day I was fine with almost no pain at all. I am really impressed with this dental office. Great staff, great Dentist. I highly recommend them. I plan on using them for an implant to replace my missing tooth.

It was my first time experiencing such excruciating tooth pain and I was naturally scared and anxious because I had never had a root canal done before. When I came to MVE, they were running late as the patient before me had complications. I had another place to be right after because I needed to sing for a previously scheduled event. Luckily, the lovely Minna Chun (who is no longer at MVE) assisted me, listened to my concerns, and had me out by the dental office in time for my singing gig! During the root canal, I was surprisingly relaxed and it was quicker than I thought!
